Deux ambitions industrielles se rencontrent. Manitou Group et HD Construction Equipment viennent de signer un accord de partenariat fondé sur la distribution croisée, avec un objectif clair : accélérer leur présence sur le marché mondial des équipements compacts de construction.

À travers son réseau international de concessionnaires, Manitou Group commercialisera certaines gammes développées par HD Construction Equipment sous les marques Manitou et GEHL, en leur apportant son réseau, ses services et son savoir-faire commercial.

De son côté, HD Construction Equipment bénéficiera de l’expertise industrielle, technologique et manufacturière de Manitou afin d’enrichir son propre catalogue et de renforcer sa présence sur les marchés internationaux.

Au-delà d’un simple accord commercial, cette alliance dessine une nouvelle dynamique industrielle : plus de produits, davantage de marchés et une capacité renforcée à répondre aux besoins d’un secteur de la construction en pleine transformation.

L’ambition est déjà chiffrée : cette nouvelle activité pourrait représenter environ 5 % du chiffre d’affaires total de Manitou Group à l’horizon 2030.

Pour Sylvain Blaise, Président-Directeur Général de Manitou Group, cette coopération s’inscrit dans la stratégie d’accélération du groupe sur les équipements compacts. Pour Jaeyoung Moon, Président-Directeur Général de HD Construction Equipment, elle ouvre surtout la voie à de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et à une présence internationale renforcée.

Two industrial ambitions converge. Manitou Group and HD Construction Equipment have just signed a partnership agreement based on cross-distribution, with a clear objective: to accelerate their presence in the global market for compact construction equipment.

Through its international dealer network, Manitou Group will market certain product lines developed by HD Construction Equipment under the Manitou and GEHL brands, providing them with its network, services, and sales expertise.

For its part, HD Construction Equipment will benefit from Manitou's industrial, technological, and manufacturing expertise to enrich its own product catalog and strengthen its presence in international markets.

Beyond a simple commercial agreement, this alliance is shaping a new industrial dynamic: more products, more markets, and an enhanced capacity to meet the needs of a rapidly transforming construction sector.

The ambition has already been quantified: this new activity could represent approximately 5% of Manitou Group's total revenue by 2030.

Twee industriële ambities komen samen. Manitou Group en HD Construction Equipment hebben een samenwerkingsovereenkomst getekend op basis van wederzijdse distributie, met een duidelijk doel: hun aanwezigheid op de wereldmarkt voor compacte bouwmachines versnellen.

Via haar internationale dealernetwerk zal Manitou Group bepaalde productlijnen van HD Construction Equipment onder de merken Manitou en GEHL op de markt brengen en hen voorzien van haar netwerk, diensten en verkoopexpertise.

HD Construction Equipment profiteert op haar beurt van Manitou's industriële, technologische en productie-expertise om haar eigen productcatalogus te verrijken en haar aanwezigheid op internationale markten te versterken.

Deze alliantie gaat verder dan een eenvoudige commerciële overeenkomst en geeft vorm aan een nieuwe industriële dynamiek: meer producten, meer markten en een grotere capaciteit om te voldoen aan de behoeften van een snel veranderende bouwsector.

De ambitie is al concreet gemaakt: deze nieuwe activiteit zou in 2030 ongeveer 5% van de totale omzet van de Manitou Group kunnen vertegenwoordigen.
