TII KAMAG a lancé le nouveau KAMAG PrecisionTractor 201, un tracteur terminal avancé conçu pour les chantiers logistiques.

Ce nouveau modèle présente un design ergonomique avec une cabine panoramique spacieuse, un siège conducteur à suspension pneumatique et une suspension de cabine optimisée pour un confort accru.

La sécurité est une priorité : conformité aux normes européennes pour véhicules utilitaires (ECE R29), éclairage LED intégral et visibilité étendue grâce aux rétroviseurs réglables.

Le PrecisionTractor 201 est équipé d'un puissant moteur Deutz TCD 5.2 L4, d'une vitesse de pointe de 40 km/h et d'une sellette d'attelage hydraulique réglable en hauteur pour une efficacité accrue.

L'entretien est simplifié grâce à une cabine inclinable à commande hydraulique qui facilite l'accès aux composants clés et garantit une disponibilité maximale du véhicule.

Le KAMAG PT 201 est le premier d'une nouvelle gamme de produits, dont les futurs modèles sont prévus pour répondre aux exigences changeantes du secteur.

TII KAMAG, spécialiste du transport interne au sein du groupe TII, a dévoilé son nouveau KAMAG PrecisionTractor. Ce nouveau modèle de tracteur terminal sophistiqué établit de nouvelles normes dans le secteur de la logistique et offre des améliorations significatives en termes d'ergonomie, de sécurité et d'efficacité.

Avec le lancement du KAMAG PrecisionTractor en 2021, TII KAMAG a présenté un tracteur terminal extrêmement maniable, spécialement conçu pour le déplacement aisé des semi-remorques et des châssis porte-conteneurs. Avec le lancement en 2025 du nouveau KAMAG PrecisionTractor 201, TII KAMAG propose un tracteur optimisé pour les parcs logistiques.

Le nouveau KAMAG PrecisionTractor a été perfectionné et met l'accent sur le confort de conduite. « La cabine panoramique ergonomique et spacieuse offre une excellente visibilité panoramique et garantit une expérience de conduite exceptionnelle grâce à sa suspension optimisée », a souligné Bastian Großmann, responsable du développement commercial chez TII KAMAG. Le siège conducteur à suspension pneumatique, avec chauffage en option et soutien lombaire réglable, assure un confort optimal, même pendant les longues journées de travail. La disposition claire des commandes sur la console centrale permet au conducteur d'accéder rapidement et facilement à toutes les fonctions importantes. La faible hauteur d'entrée et de sortie de la cabine ainsi que les larges marchepieds offrent un accès sûr et ergonomique à tous les postes de travail.

Sécurité maximale dans la cour

Le PrecisionTractor 201 établit de nouvelles normes en matière de sécurité. Conforme aux normes européennes pour véhicules utilitaires (ECE R29), il garantit une protection accrue des occupants de la cabine et minimise les risques d'accident. L'éclairage Full LED assure une excellente visibilité. La visibilité étendue à l'avant, renforcée par des rétroviseurs extérieurs réglables, des rétroviseurs grand angle et un rétroviseur supplémentaire, améliore la visibilité panoramique et accroît ainsi la sécurité lors des manœuvres.

Le nouveau PrecisionTractor est non seulement sûr et ergonomique, mais aussi très performant. Équipé d'un puissant moteur Deutz TCD 5.2 L4 et d'une vitesse de pointe pouvant atteindre 40 km/h, il est parfaitement équipé pour répondre à toutes les exigences des chantiers logistiques. La sellette d'attelage hydraulique réglable en hauteur permet une prise rapide des porte-charges avec une vitesse de levage de 50 mm/s. Grâce à son faible rayon de braquage et à son angle de braquage allant jusqu'à 52 degrés, il permet des manœuvres précises, même dans les espaces les plus restreints. TII KAMAG has launched the new KAMAG PrecisionTractor 201, an advanced terminal tractor designed for logistics yards.

The new model features an ergonomic design with a spacious panoramic cabin, air-suspended driver's seat, and optimized cab suspension for enhanced comfort.

Safety is prioritized with compliance to European commercial vehicle standards (ECE R29), full LED lighting, and extended visibility through adjustable mirrors.

The PrecisionTractor 201 is equipped with a powerful Deutz TCD 5.2 L4 engine, a top speed of 40 km/h, and a hydraulic, height-adjustable fifth wheel coupling for increased efficiency.

Maintenance is simplified with a hydraulically-operated tilting cab for easy access to key components, ensuring maximum vehicle availability.

The KAMAG PT 201 is the first in a new product family, with future models planned to meet evolving industry demands.

TII KAMAG, specialist for inhouse transportation at the TII Group, has unveiled its new KAMAG PrecisionTractor. The new model of the advanced terminal tractor has set new standards in the logistics sector and offers significant improvements in ergonomics, safety and efficiency.

With the introduction of the KAMAG PrecisionTractor in 2021, TII KAMAG presented an extremely maneuverable terminal tractor unit that had been specially designed for the easy moving of semi-trailers and container chassis. Through the 2025 launch of the newly developed KAMAG PrecisionTractor 201, TII KAMAG is offering an improved tractor unit for use in logistics yards.

The new KAMAG PrecisionTractor has been further developed with a clear focus on driving comfort. “The ergonomically designed and spacious panoramic cabin provides excellent all-round visibility and ensures a first-class driving experience thanks to the optimised cab suspension,” emphasised Bastian Großmann, Business Development at TII KAMAG. There is also an air-suspended driver's seat with optional seat heating and adjustable lumbar support which ensures a high level of comfort even during long work shifts. The clear arrangement of the control features in the centre console allows the driver to access all important functions quickly and effortlessly. This is complemented by a low entry and exit height to the driver's cab as well as large tread surfaces that allow safe and ergonomic access to all work areas.

Providing the greatest possible safety in the yard

The PrecisionTractor 201 has set new standards in terms of safety. Compliance with European commercial vehicle standards (ECE R29) guarantees even greater protection for cab occupants and minimises the risk of accidents. Full LED lighting ensures excellent visibility. The extended visibility at the front, supported by adjustable exterior mirrors as well as additional wide-angle and rearview mirrors, enhances the all-round vision and thus increases the level of safety when manoeuvring.

The new PrecisionTractor is not only safe and ergonomic but also a highly efficient vehicle. Equipped with a powerful Deutz TCD 5.2 L4 engine and a top speed of up to 40 km/h, it is optimally equipped for meeting all requirements in the logistics yard. The hydraulic, height-adjustable fifth wheel coupling facilitates a rapid pick up of load carriers with a lifting speed of 50 mm/s. Thanks to the small turning radius and a steering angle of up to 52 degrees, it allows precise manoeuvring even in the tightest of spaces. The hydrostatic drive promises wear-free manoeuvring operations while significantly shortening manoeuvring times and thus sustainably increases productivity on the company premises.

Maintenance of the PrecisionTractor has been further simplified in order to maximise vehicle availability. The hydraulically-operated tilting cab provides easy access to key components such as the engine and hydraulic system resulting in faster and more efficient maintenance.

Likewise, the KAMAG PrecisionTractor stands out when it comes to sustainability. Thanks to optimal coordination between the engine and exhaust gas after-treatment in combination with HVO fuel compatibility, cost-efficient and sustainable vehicle operation is guaranteed from the start.

De nieuwe PrecisionTractor is niet alleen veilig en ergonomisch, maar ook een zeer efficiënt voertuig. Uitgerust met een krachtige Deutz TCD 5.2 L4-motor en een topsnelheid tot 40 km/u is hij optimaal uitgerust om aan alle eisen op het logistieke terrein te voldoen. De hydraulisch in hoogte verstelbare koppelschotel maakt het snel oppakken van lastdragers mogelijk met een hefsnelheid van 50 mm/s. Dankzij de kleine draaicirkel en een stuurhoek tot 52 graden is nauwkeurig manoeuvreren mogelijk, zelfs in de krapste ruimtes. De hydrostatische aandrijving garandeert slijtagevrije manoeuvreerbewegingen en verkort de manoeuvreertijden aanzienlijk, wat de productiviteit op het bedrijfsterrein duurzaam verhoogt.

Het onderhoud van de PrecisionTractor is verder vereenvoudigd om de beschikbaarheid van het voertuig te maximaliseren.
