Imaginée pour accompagner la montée en puissance des infrastructures liées à l’hydrogène et à l’électricité en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et en Allemagne, la nouvelle trancheuse horizontale de déshydratation allie performance, polyvalence et respect de l’environnement.
Héritière directe du succès du modèle 40/50, la 50/50 repousse les limites avec une capacité de travail jusqu’à 5 mètres de profondeur, tout en restant facilement transportable grâce à son poids inférieur à 35 tonnes et à sa largeur contenue de 2,95 mètres. Une conception qui la rend aussi agile qu’efficace sur le terrain.
Sous son capot, le moteur Volvo EU Stage 5 de 405 kW (551 ch) lui confère une puissance impressionnante tout en respectant les normes environnementales les plus strictes. Sa robustesse se double d’une précision remarquable : le mécanisme vertical de tranchage, capable de s’incliner pour suivre des tracés courbes, garantit une verticalité parfaite du sillon grâce à un pilotage automatique basé sur l’assiette et l’inclinaison de la machine.
« Nous constatons un regain d’intérêt de la part des entrepreneurs européens spécialisés dans la déshydratation. Est-ce dû à notre gigantesque 160/18, capable d’atteindre 9 mètres de profondeur en Amérique du Nord, ou encore au Bulldog conçu spécifiquement pour le marché américain ? Designed to support the growth of hydrogen and electricity infrastructure in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, the new horizontal dehydration trencher combines performance, versatility, and environmental friendliness.
A direct successor to the success of the 40/50 model, the 50/50 pushes the boundaries with a working capacity of up to 5 meters deep, while remaining easily transportable thanks to its weight of less than 35 tons and its compact width of 2.95 meters. This design makes it as agile as it is efficient in the field.
Under its hood, the 405 kW (551 hp) Volvo EU Stage 5 engine provides impressive power while meeting the strictest environmental standards. Its robustness is matched by remarkable precision: the vertical trenching mechanism, capable of tilting to follow curved lines, ensures perfect furrow verticality thanks to automatic control based on the machine's trim and inclination.
"We're seeing renewed interest from European contractors specializing in dewatering. Is it due to our gigantic 160/18, capable of reaching 9 meters in depth in North America, or the Bulldog designed specifically for the American market? Als pionier in het ontwerp van sleuvengravers en drooginstallaties schrijft Mastenbroek een nieuw hoofdstuk in zijn geschiedenis met de lancering van de 50/50, een model speciaal ontworpen voor Europese aannemers.
De nieuwe horizontale drooginstallatie, ontworpen om de groei van de waterstof- en elektriciteitsinfrastructuur in België, Nederland en Duitsland te ondersteunen, combineert prestaties, veelzijdigheid en milieuvriendelijkheid.
Als directe opvolger van het succes van het 40/50-model verlegt de 50/50 de grenzen met een werkcapaciteit tot 5 meter diep, terwijl hij dankzij zijn gewicht van minder dan 35 ton en zijn compacte breedte van 2,95 meter gemakkelijk te vervoeren is.
