Lafarge Canada est fier d'annoncer aujourd'hui l'acquisition des activités Mathers' St-Eustache Quarry (Carrière St-Eustache Ltée) et Asphalt (Pavage St-Eustache Ltée) (QC).
L'investissement complétera davantage le réseau de Lafarge Agrégats et renforcera la position de leader de l'entreprise en tant que fournisseur de solutions de construction durables et innovantes dans la région de Montréal (Rive-Est et Rive-Sud) et des Basses-Laurentides (Québec). L'accord réitère la stratégie 2025 de l'entreprise pour développer son activité Granulats grâce à des acquisitions critiques de puits, de carrières, de quais et de dépôts sur des marchés stratégiques à forte croissance.

Mathers’ St-Eustache Quarry and Asphalt Operations acquired by Lafarge Canada
Lafarge Canada is proud to announce today the acquisition of the Mathers’ St-Eustache Quarry (Carrière St-Eustache Ltée) and Asphalt (Pavage St-Eustache Ltée) operations (QC).
The investment will further complement Lafarge Aggregates’ network and reinforce the company’s leading position as a sustainable and innovative building solutions provider in the Montreal (East and South Shore) and Lower Laurentians (Quebec) region. The deal reiterates the company’s Strategy 2025 to expand its Aggregates business through critical acquisitions of pits, quarries, docks, and depots in strategic high growth markets.

De investering vormt een verdere aanvulling op het netwerk van Lafarge Aggregates en versterkt de leidende positie van het bedrijf als leverancier van duurzame en innovatieve bouwoplossingen in de regio's Montreal (East and South Shore) en Lower Laurentians (Quebec). De deal herhaalt de Strategie 2025 van het bedrijf om zijn Aggregaten-activiteiten uit te breiden door cruciale overnames van mijnen, steengroeven, dokken en depots in strategische snelgroeiende markten.
