Les premiers produits de la nouvelle gamme diesel-électrique de concasseurs et cribles Lokotrack® de Metso seront lancés au printemps 2024. L'événement de lancement, appelé Lokolaunch, aura lieu à la Nokia Arena de Tampere, en Finlande, du 14 au 16 mai 2024. et ce sera le plus grand événement client de l'année pour les granulats.

La nouvelle gamme Lokotrack® montée sur chenilles, appelée gamme EC, est conçue et construite sur une nouvelle plate-forme unique que Metso développe depuis 2020. Les unités Lokotrack EC sont dotées d'une ligne électrique diesel-électrique de nouvelle génération. Toutes les fonctions du processus sont pilotées électriquement et contrôlées par automatisation pour toujours fonctionner au niveau de charge optimal. Le nouveau Lokotrack aura une conception robuste et distinctive et sera doté des derniers outils numériques, rendant l'exploitation et la maintenance des unités plus faciles que jamais.

The first products of Metso’s new diesel-electric range of Lokotrack® crushers and screens will be launched in spring 2024. The launch event, called Lokolaunch, will take place at the Nokia Arena in Tampere, Finland, on May 14-16, 2024, and it will be the biggest aggregates customer event of the year.

The new track mounted Lokotrack® range, called EC range, is designed and built on a unique new platform that Metso has been developing since 2020. The Lokotrack EC units feature a next-generation diesel-electric powerline. All process functions are electrically driven and controlled by automation to always perform at the optimal load level. The new Lokotrack will have a robust and distinctive design and it will feature the latest digital tools, making operating and maintaining the units easier than ever.

“The new Lokotrack EC range will be transformational for the mobile crushing and screening of aggregates. This new hybrid equipment with higher efficiency and lower emissions will also significantly contribute to Metso’s Planet Positive offering and the company’s commitment to reach its ambitious climate targets. In addition to launching the new Lokotrack EC range at the Lokolaunch event, Metso will present the latest advancements of crushing technology, utilization of digital tools, and parts and services designed to significantly enhance the customer’s operational efficiency and productivity throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment.
