2026 s’ouvre dans un climat à la fois grave et résolument tourné vers l’avenir. Anciennement connu sous le nom de Salon des Mandataires, l’événement n’a jamais autant incarné cette tension féconde entre inquiétude et nécessité d’agir. Car si le monde tangue — entre crises internationales, dont la guerre au Moyen-Orient, et réformes structurelles comme celle des Provinces — les pouvoirs locaux, eux, avancent.

Une inquiétude bien réelle… mais porteuse d’élan
