Depuis son usine de Pune, en Inde, Manitowoc dévoile le tout dernier joyau de sa gamme Potain : la MCT 105 H5, une grue topless pensée pour conjuguer puissance, compacité et polyvalence.

Capable de soulever jusqu’à 5 tonnes et d’atteindre une charge d’une tonne en bout de flèche à 60 mètres, la MCT 105 H5 se distingue par sa portée et sa robustesse. Elle se dresse fièrement à une hauteur autoportante de 38,6 mètres, et son transport, optimisé, ne nécessite que quatre camions ou conteneurs, gage d’une mise en œuvre rapide et économique sur les chantiers.

Comparée à la très populaire MCT 85, la nouvelle venue offre des performances supérieures, tout en partageant avec elle des composants clés, comme le chariot 4 D3V3, capable de filer à 70 m/min selon l’alimentation électrique locale. Les propriétaires de flottes apprécieront cette standardisation, synonyme de simplification et de réduction des coûts de maintenance.

Avec sa flèche modulable de 20 à 60 mètres, la MCT 105 H5 déploie une courbe de charge optimisée : elle peut lever 5 tonnes jusqu’à 19,8 mètres, et maintenir cette capacité jusqu’à 14,7 mètres lorsque la flèche est étendue au maximum. Montée sur des mâts de 1,2 mètre de largeur, elle s’adapte aussi bien aux chantiers urbains exigus qu’aux grands projets d’infrastructure.

Pour répondre aux différents besoins, des treuils alternatifs sont disponibles, compatibles avec des alimentations en 400 ou 480 volts, et offrant une vitesse de levage allant jusqu’à 18 m/min, avec une capacité de corde impressionnante de 500 mètres.

From its factory in Pune, India, Manitowoc unveils the latest addition to its Potain range: the MCT 105 H5, a topless crane designed to combine power, compactness, and versatility.

Capable of lifting up to 5 tons and reaching a one-ton load at the boom tip at 60 meters, the MCT 105 H5 stands out for its reach and robustness. It stands proudly at a self-supporting height of 38.6 meters, and its optimized transport requires only four trucks or containers, ensuring rapid and cost-effective deployment on construction sites.

Compared to the highly popular MCT 85, the new model offers superior performance while sharing key components, such as the 4 D3V3 forklift, capable of traveling at 70 m/min depending on the local power supply. Fleet owners will appreciate this standardization, which simplifies maintenance and reduces costs.

With its boom, which can be adjusted from 20 to 60 meters, the MCT 105 H5 boasts an optimized load curve: it can lift 5 tons up to 19.8 meters, and maintain this capacity up to 14.7 meters when the boom is fully extended. Mounted on 1.2-meter-wide masts, it is equally suited to tight urban construction sites and large infrastructure projects.

To meet different needs, alternative winches are available, compatible with 400 or 480 volt power supplies, and offer lifting speeds of up to 18 m/min, with an impressive rope capacity of 500 meters.
