Un porte-outils Unimog doté d'un nouveau système d'exploitation entrera en production en série à partir de mai 2024.
Également exposés au salon de l'agriculture : l'Unimog U 535 avec homologation tracteur et 354 ch ainsi que l'Unimog U 530 avec ressort hydraulique.

Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks présentera le nouveau système de commande UNI-TOUCH pour le porte-outils Unimog à Agritechnica, le salon leader des innovations technologiques dans l'agriculture. Les nouvelles fonctionnalités du système d'exploitation se concentrent sur la console centrale entièrement revue, un écran tactile et un positionnement plus flexible du joystick.

Le constructeur présentera également deux autres véhicules à usage agricole et forestier sur le stand D38 dans le hall 6 : le puissant Unimog U 535 développant 260 kW (354 ch) et un Unimog U 530 avec la nouvelle suspension hydropneumatique sur l'essieu arrière, qui assure la stabilisation lors de la conduite et lors du travail avec des charges lourdes et est destiné à faciliter l'attelage et le dételage des outils. Sur le terrain, l'Unimog peut effectuer les tâches habituelles d'un agriculteur avec des outils adaptés. Le nouveau système d'exploitation UNI-TOUCH : Plus léger, plus flexible et personnalisable

La console centrale a un design plus mince et peut être déplacée latéralement ainsi qu'avant et arrière. Le nombre d'éléments de commande a également été réduit pour gagner de la place, augmenter l'intuitivité et accélérer le fonctionnement. Ceci est rendu possible par l'affectation personnalisable des boutons pour un accès rapide aux fonctions fréquemment utilisées.

Un écran tactile de 10,5 pouces (26 cm) permet à l'utilisateur d'effectuer les réglages appropriés pour le travail à accomplir. Les procédures de fonctionnement peuvent être programmées via l'écran, de sorte qu'un processus préconfigurable individuellement, qui nécessiterait autrement un certain nombre d'étapes de fonctionnement distinctes, puisse être lancé par simple pression sur un bouton. Pour un angle de vision sans miroir quelle que soit la taille et la posture du conducteur, l'écran peut être tourné et l'angle peut être ajusté.

Le joystick multifonction en option dispose également d'éléments de commande librement assignables qui peuvent être utilisés pour des séquences préprogrammées. Une particularité du nouveau système de commande UNI-TOUCH est que le joystick peut être monté à l'avance directement sur l'accoudoir rabattable droit. Cela garantit que l'élément de commande principal est ainsi plus proche de la position du siège du conducteur, que celui-ci peut poser son bras sur l'accoudoir et faire fonctionner l'outil facilement, même en cas d'utilisation prolongée. De plus, le joystick se déplace avec les mouvements de haut en bas du véhicule pendant la conduite grâce à la connexion fixe au siège à suspension. Cela élimine le besoin d’ajustements brusques.

Si nécessaire, le joystick peut également être monté sur l'accoudoir droit du siège passager avant. Si la direction bimode VarioPilot® est utilisée et que l'outil est contrôlé par le passager avant ou depuis le siège passager avant, l'opération peut être effectuée comme d'habitude avec la main droite. La détection capacitive de la main augmente la sécurité de fonctionnement : le joystick n'exécute les instructions que lorsqu'il est contrôlé par une main humaine.

D'autres éléments du nouveau système de commande sont le bouton marche/arrêt, qui remplace la clé de contact traditionnelle du porte-outils et les nouveaux panneaux de commande des portes conducteur, passager avant et de tonte en option. Avec le nouveau système d'exploitation, le système de verrouillage centralisé pratique devient également un équipement de série.

Le nouveau système d'exploitation UNI-TOUCH sera installé de série sur chaque Unimog de la série de modèles de porte-outils U 219 – U 535 à partir du deuxième trimestre 2024.
Puissant Unimog U 535 avec homologation tracteur

La puissance moteur élevée de l'Unimog U 535 avec 260 kW (354 ch) répond aux exigences de nombreux clients du secteur des poids lourds avec des poids bruts allant jusqu'à 16,5 tonnes. En combinaison avec l'arbre de prise de force mécanique pour une utilisation complète de la puissance du moteur, cela permet d'utiliser des outils exigeants en puissance, comme une déchiqueteuse à bois.

L'Unimog peut accélérer jusqu'à 89 km/h. Grâce au système de traction synergique EasyDrive, il est possible de basculer rapidement entre la transmission manuelle et la transmission hydrostatique pour une conduite en douceur jusqu'à 50 km/h. En mode travail, EasyDrive permet d'ajuster en continu la vitesse de travail indépendamment du régime moteur et de la maintenir grâce à la fonction régulateur de vitesse. Grâce au système de contrôle de la pression des pneus en option, tirecontrol plus, le conducteur peut d'une simple pression sur un bouton dégonfler les pneus dans les champs et les regonfler sur la route, même pendant la conduite. La plus grande surface de contact des pneus augmente la traction et favorise une conduite et un travail avec un faible impact sur le sol.

Avec l'accréditation comme véhicule tracteur ou selon l'homologation UE pour tracteurs à grande vitesse (désignation officielle : T1b), l'Unimog bénéficie de réductions de taxes et de péages et de l'exonération du tachygraphe CE et de la carte de conducteur, et évite les restrictions de circulation le dimanche et vacances publiques. Limité à 60 km/h, un permis de conduire tracteur suffit pour conduire l’Unimog.
Facilite le couplage et le dételage : Unimog U 530 avec ressort hydraulique

L'Unimog U 530 est équipé de la nouvelle suspension hydropneumatique sur l'essieu arrière pour rendre le travail plus efficace et plus confortable. Le ressort hydraulique est disponible en option. Le nouveau système de suspension est basé sur des réservoirs de gaz et des vérins hydrauliques au lieu des ressorts hélicoïdaux habituels et est disponible pour les séries de modèles 400 et 500. Le ressort hydraulique a été présenté au public par Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks il y a seulement quelques mois au salon Demopark et va maintenant démontrer ses avantages à l'Agritechnica. La suspension spéciale maintient le châssis du véhicule stable à la même hauteur, quelles que soient la charge et sa position. Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks presents new a Unimog operating system at Agritechnica.
A Unimog implement carrier with new operating system will enter series production from May 2024.
Also on display at the agricultural trade fair: The Unimog U 535 with tractor approval and 354 hp as well as the Unimog U 530 with hydraulic spring.

Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks will be presenting the new UNI-TOUCH operating system for the Unimog implement carrier at Agritechnica, the leading trade fair for technological innovations in agriculture. The new features of the operating system focus on the comprehensively revised center console, a touchscreen and a more flexible positioning of the joystick.

The manufacturer will also be presenting two other vehicles for agricultural and forestry use at Stand D38 in Hall 6: The powerful Unimog U 535 delivering 260 kW (354 hp) and a Unimog U 530 with the newly developed hydropneumatic suspension on the rear axle, which provides stabilization when driving and when working with heavy loads and is intended to aid the coupling and uncoupling of implements. In the field, the Unimog can carry out the usual tasks of a farmer with suitable implements. The advantages of the highway-compatible Unimog are particularly relevant for transport over longer distances.
The new UNI-TOUCH operating system: Leaner, more flexible and customizable

The center console has a leaner design and can be moved sideways as well as forward and back. The number of control elements has also been reduced to save space, increase intuitiveness and speed up operation. This is made possible by the customizable assignment of buttons for quick access to frequently used functions.

A 10.5 inch (26 cm) touchscreen allows the user to make the right settings for the job at hand. Operating procedures can be programmed via the screen so that an individually preconfigurable process, which would otherwise require a number of separate operating steps, can be initiated at the touch of a button. For a mirror-free viewing angle with almost any driver height and posture, the screen can be rotated and the angle can be adjusted.

The optional multifunction joystick also has freely assignable control elements that can be used for preprogrammed sequences. A feature of the new UNI-TOUCH operating system is that the joystick can be fitted in advance directly on the right-hand folding armrest. This ensures that the main control element is therefore closer to the driver’s seat position, they can put their arm on the armrest and operate the implement easily even during extended use. In addition, the joystick moves with the vehicle’s up and down movements while driving because of the fixed connection to the suspension seat. This eliminates the need for sudden adjustments.

If required, the joystick can also be fitted on the right armrest of the front passenger seat. If VarioPilot® dual-mode steering is used and the implement is controlled by the front passenger or from the front passenger seat, operation can be carried out as usual with the right hand. The capacitive hand detection increases operating safety: The joystick only performs instructions when it is controlled by a human hand.

Other elements of the new operating system are the start/stop button, which replaces the traditional ignition key of the implement carrier and the new door control panels on the driver, front passenger and optional mowing doors. With the new operating system, the practical central locking system also becomes series equipment.

The new UNI-TOUCH operating system will be installed as standard in every Unimog of the implement carrier model series U 219 – U 535 from the second quarter of 2024.
Powerful Unimog U 535 with tractor approval

The high engine output of the Unimog U 535 with 260 kW (354 hp) meets the requirements of many customers in the heavy duty sector with gross weights of up to 16.5 tons. In combination with the mechanical power take-off shaft for full use of the engine output, this allows power-demanding implements such as a wood chipper to be operated.

The Unimog can accelerate up to 89 km/h. With the synergetic EasyDrive traction system, it is possible to switch quickly between the manual transmission and hydrostatic transmission for smooth driving at up to 50 km/h. In work mode, EasyDrive allows the working speed to be continuously adjusted independently of the engine speed and maintained using the cruise control function. With the optional tire pressure control system tirecontrol plus, the driver can release air from the tires in the field at the touch of a button and reinflate them on the road, even while driving. The larger contact area of the tires increases traction and promotes driving and working with low impact on the ground.

With accreditation as a towing vehicle or according to EU type approval for high-speed tractors (official designation: T1b), the Unimog benefits from tax and toll concessions and exemption from the EC tachograph and driver card, and avoids the driving restriction on Sundays and public holidays. Limited to 60 km/h, a tractor driver’s license is sufficient to drive the Unimog.
Makes coupling and uncoupling simple: Unimog U 530 with hydraulic spring

The Unimog U 530 is equipped with the newly developed hydropneumatic suspension on the rear axle to make work more efficient and comfortable. The hydraulic spring is available as an optional extra. The new suspension system is based on gas reservoirs and hydraulic cylinders instead of the usual coil springs and is available for the 400 and 500 model series. The hydraulic spring was only presented to the public by Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks a few months ago at the Demopark trade fair and will now demonstrate its advantages at Agritechnica. The special suspension keeps the vehicle frame stable at the same height, regardless of the load and its position. This ensures more stable handling, particularly with high supporting and rear axle loads and with loads on one side due to large implements.

The hydraulic spring also allows a faster implement change: In the driver’s cab, the height of the vehicle frame can be lowered by up to 16 cm at the touch of a button for simpler and faster coupling and uncoupling.

The Unimog U 530 on display with the Krone Easy Cut B mower combination also comes with agricultural equipment for farming: Front and rear power lifts with hoist control, front power take-off shaft and mechanical rear power take-off shaft for full use of the engine output, EasyDrive, tire pressure control system and high ground clearance. The user can connect additional components via ISOBUS. The cooler can be cleaned quickly with the Cleanfix function, even after dusty work. The high driving speed makes it possible to move quickly from one field to the next on the road, especially during the intensive harvesting period. This gives the driver of the Unimog a greater working range and more efficient use of short harvest time windows.

Een Unimog-werktuigdrager met nieuw besturingssysteem zal vanaf mei 2024 in serieproductie gaan.
Ook te zien op de landbouwbeurs: de Unimog U 535 met tractorgoedkeuring en 354 pk en de Unimog U 530 met hydraulische veer.

Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks presenteert op Agritechnica, de toonaangevende vakbeurs voor technologische innovaties in de landbouw, het nieuwe UNI-TOUCH-besturingssysteem voor de Unimog-werktuigdrager. De nieuwe kenmerken van het besturingssysteem concentreren zich op de grondig herziene middenconsole, een touchscreen en een flexibelere positionering van de joystick.

Het nieuwe UNI-TOUCH-besturingssysteem: slanker, flexibeler en aanpasbaar

De middenconsole heeft een slanker ontwerp en kan zowel zijwaarts als naar voren en naar achteren worden verplaatst. Het aantal bedieningselementen is ook verminderd om ruimte te besparen, de intuïtiviteit te vergroten en de bediening te versnellen. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de aanpasbare toewijzing van knoppen voor snelle toegang tot veelgebruikte functies.

Via een touchscreen van 10,5 inch (26 cm) kan de gebruiker de juiste instellingen voor de uit te voeren klus uitvoeren. Bedieningsprocedures kunnen via het scherm worden geprogrammeerd, zodat met een druk op de knop een individueel voorconfigureerbaar proces, dat anders een aantal afzonderlijke bedieningsstappen zou vereisen, kan worden gestart. Voor een spiegelvrije kijkhoek bij vrijwel elke bestuurdershoogte en -houding is het scherm draaibaar en is de hoek verstelbaar.

Kenmerkend voor het nieuwe UNI-TOUCH besturingssysteem is dat de joystick vooraf direct op de rechter opklapbare armleuning kan worden gemonteerd. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het hoofdbedieningselement zich dus dichter bij de positie van de bestuurdersstoel bevindt, zij kunnen hun arm op de armleuning leggen en het werktuig ook bij langdurig gebruik gemakkelijk bedienen. Bovendien beweegt de joystick tijdens het rijden mee met de op- en neergaande bewegingen van het voertuig vanwege de vaste verbinding met de geveerde stoel. Dit elimineert de noodzaak voor plotselinge aanpassingen.

Indien gewenst kan de joystick ook op de rechter armleuning van de bijrijdersstoel worden gemonteerd. Als VarioPilot® dual-mode besturing wordt gebruikt en het werktuig wordt bestuurd door de voorpassagier of vanaf de voorpassagiersstoel, kan de bediening zoals gebruikelijk met de rechterhand worden uitgevoerd. De capacitieve handdetectie verhoogt de bedieningsveiligheid: de joystick voert alleen instructies uit als deze door een menselijke hand wordt bestuurd.

Andere elementen van het nieuwe besturingssysteem zijn de start/stop-knop, die de traditionele contactsleutel van de werktuigdrager vervangt, en de nieuwe deurbedieningspanelen op de bestuurder, voorpassagier en optionele maaideuren. Met het nieuwe besturingssysteem wordt ook de praktische centrale vergrendeling standaarduitrusting.

Het nieuwe UNI-TOUCH-besturingssysteem wordt vanaf het tweede kwartaal van 2024 standaard in elke Unimog van de werktuigdragerserie U 219 – U 535 geïnstalleerd.
Krachtige Unimog U 535 met tractorgoedkeuring

Het hoge motorvermogen van de Unimog U 535 met 260 kW (354 pk) voldoet aan de eisen van veel klanten in de zware sector met brutogewichten tot 16,5 ton. In combinatie met de mechanische aftakas voor een volledige benutting van het motorvermogen, kunnen hierdoor vermogensvragende werktuigen zoals een houtversnipperaar worden bediend.

De Unimog kan tot 89 km/u accelereren. Met het synergetische EasyDrive-tractiesysteem is het mogelijk om snel te schakelen tussen de handgeschakelde transmissie en de hydrostatische transmissie, voor soepel rijden tot 50 km/u. In de werkmodus zorgt EasyDrive ervoor dat de werksnelheid onafhankelijk van het motortoerental traploos kan worden aangepast en gehandhaafd met behulp van de cruise control-functie. Met het optionele bandenspanningscontrolesysteem Tirecontrol Plus kan de bestuurder in het veld met één druk op de knop lucht uit de banden laten ontsnappen en deze onderweg weer oppompen, zelfs tijdens het rijden. Het grotere contactoppervlak van de banden vergroot de tractie en bevordert het rijden en werken met een lage impact op de grond.

Met accreditatie als trekvoertuig of volgens EU-typegoedkeuring voor hogesnelheidstrekkers (officiële aanduiding: T1b) profiteert de Unimog van belasting- en tolvoordelen en vrijstelling van de EG-tachograaf en chauffeurskaart, en vermijdt hij de rijbeperking op zondag en feestdagen. Gelimiteerd tot 60 km/u is een tractorrijbewijs voldoende om met de Unimog te rijden.
Maakt aan- en afkoppelen eenvoudig: Unimog U 530 met hydraulische veer

De Unimog U 530 is uitgerust met de nieuw ontwikkelde hydropneumatische vering op de achteras om het werken efficiënter en comfortabeler te maken. De hydraulische veer is als optie verkrijgbaar. Het nieuwe veersysteem is gebaseerd op gasreservoirs en hydraulische cilinders in plaats van de gebruikelijke schroefveren en is beschikbaar voor de modelseries 400 en 500. De hydraulische veer werd pas enkele maanden geleden op de beurs Demopark aan het publiek gepresenteerd door Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks en zal nu op de Agritechnica zijn voordelen demonstreren. De speciale vering houdt het voertuigframe stabiel op dezelfde hoogte, ongeacht de lading en de positie ervan. Dit zorgt voor een stabieler rijgedrag, vooral bij hoge steun- en achterasbelastingen en bij belasting aan één kant door grote werktuigen.

De hydraulische veer maakt bovendien een snellere werktuigwissel mogelijk: in de bestuurderscabine kan de hoogte van het voertuigframe met één druk op de knop tot 16 cm worden verlaagd, voor eenvoudiger en sneller aan- en afkoppelen.

De Unimog U 530 die wordt tentoongesteld met de Krone Easy Cut B-maaiercombinatie wordt ook geleverd met landbouwuitrusting voor de landbouw: voor- en achterhefinrichtingen met hijsbediening, voorste aftakas en mechanische achterste aftakas voor volledig gebruik van de motorvermogen, EasyDrive, bandenspanningscontrolesysteem en hoge bodemvrijheid. Via ISOBUS kan de gebruiker extra componenten aansluiten. Met de Cleanfix functie is de koeler snel schoon te maken, ook na stoffig werk. De hoge rijsnelheid maakt het mogelijk om snel van het ene perceel naar het andere te rijden, vooral tijdens de intensieve oogstperiode. Dit geeft de bestuurder van de Unimog een groter werkbereik en efficiënter gebruik van korte oogsttijden.
