Avec une portée pouvant atteindre 15 mètres et un poids opérationnel à partir de 31 tonnes, cette nouvelle pelle de manutention associe robustesse, polyvalence et équipements numériques modernes.
Une machine adaptable à chaque application
Conçue pour le chargement, le tri et la manutention de ferrailles, la 828G se distingue par sa conception modulaire. Elle est proposée avec un châssis mobile ou sur chenilles, tandis que la version mobile bénéficie de différentes configurations d'équipement, de K12 à K15.

Selon les besoins du chantier, elle peut recevoir un grappin multiprise, une benne preneuse, un aimant ou encore un grappin de tri. Une version ULM avec cinématique de basculement complète également la gamme.
Une motorisation Stage V de 129 kW
Sous le capot, la 828G reçoit un moteur diesel Cummins B6.7 Stage V développant 129 kW. Compatible avec le carburant HVO, il est associé à un système hydraulique optimisé, une fonction automatique de ralenti et un arrêt moteur automatique afin de limiter les consommations lors des périodes d'inactivité.
Une cabine pensée pour la visibilité
L'opérateur bénéficie de la nouvelle cabine Maxcab, réglable hydrauliquement en hauteur, offrant une hauteur de vue d'environ 5,60 mètres. Les grandes surfaces vitrées, les caméras de sécurité et le système de visualisation améliorent le contrôle de la zone de travail.

À bord, le confort passe également par une climatisation automatique, un siège à suspension pneumatique et un écran tactile central de 10 pouces. Les commandes et les joysticks configurables permettent d'adapter l'environnement de travail aux préférences de chaque conducteur.
SENcon et SENtrack : la manutention connectée
La technologie occupe une place importante dans cette nouvelle génération. Le système SENcon centralise les informations relatives à l'état de la machine, à sa consommation et aux fonctions d'assistance, notamment les limitations de hauteur et de rayon.

Associé à SENtrack, il permet d'analyser l'utilisation de la machine et les processus de travail. Le diagnostic à distance et les mises à jour logicielles à distance facilitent également la maintenance et contribuent à réduire les immobilisations.

In recycling centers and scrap yards, machines are put to the test. Loading heavy materials, continuous sorting, and feeding the facilities demand power, precision, and uptime. To meet these daily demands, SENNEBOGEN unveils the new 828G, which succeeds the renowned 825E with the latest generation technologies of the G series.

With a reach of up to 15 meters and an operating weight starting at 31 tons, this new material handler combines robustness, versatility, and modern digital equipment.

A Machine Adaptable to Every Application
Designed for loading, sorting, and handling scrap metal, the 828G stands out thanks to its modular design. It is available with a mobile chassis or tracks, while the mobile version benefits from various equipment configurations, from K12 to K15.

Depending on the job site's needs, it can be equipped with a multi-grip grapple, a clamshell bucket, a magnet, or a sorting grapple. A ULM version with a tipping mechanism also completes the range.

A 129 kW Stage V engine
Under the hood, the 828G features a Cummins B6.7 Stage V diesel engine producing 129 kW. Compatible with HVO fuel, it is paired with an optimized hydraulic system, an automatic idle function, and an automatic engine shutdown to minimize fuel consumption during periods of inactivity.

A cab designed for visibility
The operator benefits from the new Maxcab, which is hydraulically height-adjustable, offering a viewing height of approximately 5.60 meters. Large windows, safety cameras, and a display system enhance control of the work area.

On board, comfort is further enhanced by automatic climate control, an air-suspension seat, and a 10-inch central touchscreen. Configurable controls and joysticks allow the work environment to be adapted to each operator's preferences.

SENcon and SENtrack: Connected Material Handling
Technology plays a key role in this new generation. The SENcon system centralizes information on machine status, fuel consumption, and assistance functions, including height and radius limitations.

Combined with SENtrack, it enables the analysis of machine usage and work processes. Remote diagnostics and software updates also facilitate maintenance and help reduce downtime.

Om aan deze dagelijkse eisen te voldoen, introduceert SENNEBOGEN de nieuwe 828G, de opvolger van de befaamde 825E met de nieuwste generatie technologieën van de G-serie.

Met een reikwijdte tot 15 meter en een bedrijfsgewicht vanaf 31 ton combineert deze nieuwe materiaalhandler robuustheid, veelzijdigheid en moderne digitale apparatuur.

Een machine aanpasbaar aan elke toepassing
De 828G is ontworpen voor het laden, sorteren en verwerken van metaalschroot en onderscheidt zich door zijn modulaire ontwerp. Hij is verkrijgbaar met een mobiel chassis of rupsbanden, waarbij de mobiele versie profiteert van diverse uitrustingsconfiguraties, van K12 tot K15.
