La Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E, nouvelle venue dans la gamme de machines à vide d'Optimas, offre un fonctionnement silencieux et une manutention efficace grâce à l'énergie électrique.
La Vacu-Mobil Allrounder, en version électrique, offre un fonctionnement plus silencieux et une capacité de charge élevée, idéale pour les espaces restreints et les charges lourdes.
La PaveJet S24 est équipée de la climatisation, de sièges et de rétroviseurs chauffants, améliorant le confort de l'opérateur quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques.
Optimas a présenté une large gamme d'outils et d'équipements au salon Bauma, notamment la mini-table Connect et le fendeur de pierres, destinés à améliorer l'efficacité des travaux de pavage et de construction routière.
Optimas a reçu un accueil très favorable au salon Bauma : la machine de pose de pavés PaveJet S24 climatisée a suscité un vif intérêt ; une large gamme d'équipements était également exposée.

Optimas était déjà experte en technologie du vide. La Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E vient enrichir sa gamme de machines. Elle transporte les bordures, les pierres de caniveau, les dalles, etc., de manière quasi silencieuse. Elle peut transporter jusqu'à 1 600 kg entre les deux chenilles en caoutchouc. La pose des matériaux est un jeu d'enfant grâce au tube de levage à vide. Vous pouvez soulever et installer 140 kg jusqu'à 3 m de hauteur dans un rayon de 360°, sans effort et sans bruit de moteur. Le système de translation et la pompe à vide sont alimentés par un moteur électrique refroidi par air. L'énergie provient de batteries lithium-ion d'une puissance de 7 kWh et d'une autonomie allant jusqu'à cinq heures. Deux batteries peuvent être utilisées sur la machine mobile. Cette machine silencieuse crée un environnement de travail agréable, car elle est pratiquement silencieuse.
La Vacu-Mobil Allrounder se déplace sur deux chenilles. La version électrique est équipée d'une pompe à vide supplémentaire avec moteur électrique 230 V. La pose des matériaux est ainsi beaucoup plus silencieuse, un avantage pour le voisinage et l'opérateur. La capacité de charge de la flèche est de 80 kg en mode électrique. Avec un moteur à essence, la VMA peut déplacer 140 kg. Avec un bras raccourci, elle peut même déplacer jusqu'à 200 kg. Avec une largeur de seulement 920 mm, la VMA-E s'intègre dans des espaces ou des passages extrêmement étroits. Elle permet de déplacer des charges lourdes d'un simple geste. Son bras articulé, d'une longueur de 3 m, pivote à 360°, soulage considérablement le corps et préserve la force de travail à vie.
La machine de pose de pavés PaveJet S24 est le fleuron de la gamme de machines et d'équipements Optimas. Une nouvelle version climatisée a été lancée au salon Bauma. Conçue pour les journées chaudes, elle garantit un espace de travail frais et donc une rentabilité durable. L'Optimas PaveJet S24 est équipée en option de la climatisation et d'un siège confort à suspension pneumatique. Des sièges et des rétroviseurs extérieurs chauffants sont disponibles pour les journées froides. Pour un rendu encore plus attrayant, elle peut être déclinée dans une palette de couleurs attrayante, à l'image de celle du salon Bauma. En bref, elle attirera tous les regards et sera un véritable plaisir de travail.
Optimas a exposé sur son stand la mini-chape Connect, le fendeur de pierres, la table de nivellement continue et bien plus encore. Enfin, un support technique permet de réaliser toutes les étapes de la construction de pavages et de chemins plus rapidement et plus économiquement grâce à l'assistance de machines ou d'équipements. Pavage, nivellement, bordures, épandage de matériaux, jointoiement, construction de manèges, installation de glissières de sécurité, protection contre les inondations, techniques de levage et outils : autant de domaines pour lesquels Optimas propose des machines et équipements adaptés.

Optimas showcased the PaveJet S24 paver laying machine with air conditioning at bauma, receiving significant interest and numerous orders.
The Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E, a new addition to Optimas' vacuum technology range, offers silent operation and efficient material handling with electric power.
The Vacu-Mobil Allrounder in its electric version provides quieter operation and high load capacity, suitable for narrow spaces and heavy loads.

‘We were pleasantly surprised by the large number of visitors and the great response we received at bauma. The great atmosphere with the visitors to our stand and numerous enquiries and orders made this bauma a success,’ says Franz-Josef Werner, Managing Director of Optimas Maschinenfabrik from Saterland. Optimas is the full-liner in paving and road construction.
Optimas was already strong in vacuum technology. Now the Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E has been added to the machine range. The Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E transports the kerbstones, gutter stones, slabs, etc. to be processed almost silently. Up to 1,600 kg can be transported between the two rubber tracks. The Vacu-Mobil Allrounder moves on two crawler tracks. The electric version has an additional vacuum pump with a 230 V electric motor. This makes laying material much quieter. Good for the neighbourhood and the operator. The load capacity of the boom is 80 kg in electric mode. With petrol drive, the VMA can move 140 kg. With a shortened arm, it can even move up to 200 kg. With a width of just 920 mm, the VMA-E fits into extremely narrow gaps or passages. It can be used to move heavy loads with just two fingers. The articulated extension arm reaches 3 m and can be swivelled through 360°. This takes a huge amount of strain off the body and preserves labour power for life.
The PaveJet S24 paver laying machine is the flagship of Optimas fleet of machines and equipment. A new version with air conditioning was launched at bauma. Designed for hot days to ensure a cool workplace and therefore long-term economical working. The Optimas PaveJet S24 is optionally equipped with air conditioning and an air-suspended comfort seat. Heated seats and heated exterior mirrors are available for cold days. To make the model even more attractive, it can be given an eye-catching colour scheme, just like the one at bauma. In other words, it will be a real eye-catcher and fun to work with.
Optimas exhibited the Connect Mini-Screed, Stone splitter, stepless levelling screed and much more at its stand. Last but not least, technical support to enable all steps of paving and path construction to be carried out faster and more economically with machine or equipment support. Optimas presenteerde op de Bauma de PaveJet S24 asfalteermachine met airconditioning, die veel belangstelling en talrijke bestellingen opleverde.
De Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E, een nieuwe toevoeging aan Optimas' assortiment vacuümtechnologie, biedt een stille werking en efficiënte materiaalverwerking met elektrische aandrijving.
De elektrische versie van de Vacu-Mobil Allrounder biedt een stillere werking en een hoog laadvermogen, geschikt voor smalle ruimtes en zware lasten.
De PaveJet S24 is voorzien van airconditioning, verwarmde stoelen en verwarmde spiegels, wat het comfort van de machinist verbetert bij verschillende weersomstandigheden.

Optmas was al sterk in vacuümtechnologie. Nu is de Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E aan het machineaanbod toegevoegd. De Vacu-Pallet-Mobil E transporteert de te verwerken stoepranden, gootstenen, platen, enz. vrijwel geruisloos. Tussen de twee rubberen rupsbanden kan tot 1600 kg worden getransporteerd. Met de vacuümbuisheffer is het leggen van het materiaal kinderspel. U kunt 140 kg tot 3 m heffen en installeren in een straal van 360°. Zonder kracht te gebruiken en zonder motorgeluid. De Vacu-Mobil Allrounder beweegt zich voort op twee rupsbanden. De elektrische versie heeft een extra vacuümpomp met een 230V-elektromotor. Dit maakt het leggen van materiaal aanzienlijk stiller.
