Les nouvelles grues PALFINGER TEC sont le fer de lance technologique du premier fabricant et fournisseur mondial de solutions innovantes de grues et de levage. La dernière gamme de modèles a été développée en étroite collaboration avec des clients et des opérateurs sélectionnés. Le résultat - une combinaison parfaite de matériel et de logiciel - a été présenté hier à un public sélectionné lors de la conférence EMEA Sales & Service à Salzbourg.

Ruelles étroites, chantiers à l'abri des regards et trafic constant : les projets en centre-ville sont complexes. Et travailler dans des zones rurales ou sur de grands chantiers de construction pose ses propres défis. Ces environnements nécessitent de larges portées, une stabilité suprême et des options de contrôle intuitives. C'est précisément pour cette raison que PALFINGER a entièrement repensé son produit phare, la grue de chargement, inaugurant rien de moins qu'une nouvelle ère de modèles de grues. À cette fin, PALFINGER combine les points forts éprouvés de la gamme précédente avec des technologies intelligentes, telles que le système de contrôle innovant PALTRONIC 180 et la vanne de contrôle imbattable LX-6. Le résultat est impressionnant : une précision nettement supérieure, une maniabilité plus aisée, une utilisation plus efficace de l'énergie et des fonctions plus pratiques facilitent grandement le travail. La nouvelle campagne d'image "Le rêve de tout grutier" lancée hier dans le Hangar 7, Salzbourg, Autriche présente toutes ces caractéristiques et plus encore. Les neuf nouveaux modèles de grues TEC actuellement dans la gamme sont disponibles depuis le début de l'année.

« En tant que leader de la technologie et de l'innovation, PALFINGER est constamment mis au défi de trouver de meilleures solutions pour nos clients », déclare Stefan Oberleitner, Product Line Loader Cranes chez PALFINGER. « Dans le processus de développement avec l'équipe de projet interdisciplinaire, nous avons impliqué les clients dès le départ afin de développer la nouvelle série TEC en fonction de leurs besoins. L'objectif affiché : réaliser le rêve de tout grutier.

Pour faciliter chaque aspect du travail du client, les modèles de grue de la nouvelle gamme TEC sont également dotés de l'innovant Smart Control pour contrôler la pointe de la grue avec un seul mouvement de levier et de la Memory Position - un système de positionnement de la grue, qui peut stocker jusqu'à à quatre positions de la grue et y revient avec une précision absolue. Le Leveling Assist vous aide à niveler parfaitement le véhicule au début de l'opération. De plus, le grutier est constamment assisté par l'Operator Monitor de PALFINGER Connected et peut, entre autres, vérifier à tout moment l'état de la machine et corriger les défauts directement sur place. Dans l'ensemble, la gamme TEC permet de démarrer le travail plus rapidement et permet des processus de travail plus efficaces et plus simples dans un design distinctif, élégant et fonctionnel.

Neuf modèles de 25 à 100 tonnes sont disponibles depuis le début de l'année. Parmi eux se trouve la PK 1050 TEC avec laquelle PALFINGER offre un point culminant absolu dans le segment des grues pour charges lourdes. Il impressionne par son incroyable déport de 37 mètres et est la nouvelle référence dans la catégorie des 100 mètres avec fly jib. De plus, l'énorme capacité de levage est maximisée en permanence dans toutes les positions grâce au DPS-C, car le système intelligent sait exactement où se trouve la pointe de la grue à tout moment. En plus des modèles du segment des grues pour charges lourdes, la nouvelle PK 250 TEC en tant que variante de système d'orientation continue et la PK 245 TEC avec mécanisme d'orientation à crémaillère montrent que même une taille compacte a des performances impressionnantes. Ils font leurs preuves avec une portée hydraulique de près de 20 mètres et une capacité de levage maximale de 23,5 mètres-tonnes.

The new PALFINGER TEC cranes are the technological spearhead of the world's leading manufacturer and provider of innovative crane and lifting solutions. The latest model range was developed in close cooperation with selected customers and operators. The result — a perfect combination of hardware and software — was presented to a selected audience yesterday at the EMEA Sales & Service Conference in Salzburg.

Narrow alleys, construction sites blocked from view and constant traffic — inner-city projects are complex. And work in rural areas or on large construction sites poses its own challenges. These environments require wide outreaches, supreme stability and intuitive control options. It is precisely for this reason that PALFINGER has completely redesigned its core product, the loader crane, ushering in nothing less than a new era of crane models. To this end, PALFINGER combines the proven strengths of the preceding range with intelligent technologies, such as the innovative PALTRONIC 180 control system and the unbeatable LX-6 control valve. The result is impressive: Significantly greater precision, easier maneuverability, more efficient use of energy and more convenient functions make work so much easier. The new image campaign “Every crane operator's dream” launched yesterday in Hangar 7, Salzburg, Austria presents all these features and more. The nine new TEC crane models currently in the range have been available since the beginning of the year.

Total Customer Focus

“As a technology and innovation leader, PALFINGER is constantly challenged to find better solutions for our customers,” says Stefan Oberleitner, Product Line Leader Loader Cranes at PALFINGER. “In the development process with the interdisciplinary project team, we involved customers right from the start in order to develop the new TEC series according to their needs. The stated aim: to develop every crane operator's dream.”

To make every aspect of the work easier for the customer, the crane models in the new TEC range also feature the innovative Smart Control to control the crane tip with only one lever movement and the Memory Position – a crane positioning system, which can store up to four crane positions and returns to them with absolute precision. The Leveling Assist helps you to perfectly level the vehicle at the start of the operation. In addition, the crane operator is constantly supported by the Operator Monitor from PALFINGER Connected and can, among other things, check the status of the machine at any time and rectify faults directly on site. Overall, the TEC range makes it possible to start work faster and enables more efficient and simpler work processes in a distinctive, elegant and functional design.

Nine models of 25- to 100-meter-tons have been available since the beginning of the year. Among them is the PK 1050 TEC with which PALFINGER provides an absolute highlight in the heavy-duty crane segment. It impresses with its incredible outreach of 37 meters and is the new benchmark in the 100-meter-ton class with fly jib. What is more, the enormous lifting capacity is continuously maximized in every position through DPS-C, because the intelligent system knows exactly where the crane tip is at any given moment. In addition to the models in the heavy-duty crane segment, the new PK 250 TEC as a continuous slewing system variant and the PK 245 TEC with rack-and-pinion slewing gear show that even a compact size has got an impressive performance. They prove themselves with a hydraulic outreach of almost 20 meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 23.5-meter-tons.

The TEC range, which was presented for the first time at bauma and has been available since the beginning of 2023, exemplifies PALFINGER's unconditional customer focus and its ongoing ambition to set new standards as an innovation leader.

De nieuwe PALFINGER TEC-kranen zijn het technologische speerpunt van 's werelds toonaangevende fabrikant en leverancier van innovatieve kraan- en hijsoplossingen. De nieuwste modellenreeks is ontwikkeld in nauwe samenwerking met geselecteerde klanten en operators. Het resultaat — een perfecte combinatie van hardware en software — werd gisteren gepresenteerd aan een geselecteerd publiek op de EMEA Sales & Service Conference in Salzburg.

Smalle steegjes, aan het zicht onttrokken bouwplaatsen en constant verkeer: projecten in de binnenstad zijn complex. En werken op het platteland of op grote bouwplaatsen brengt zo zijn eigen uitdagingen met zich mee. Deze omgevingen vereisen een groot bereik, superieure stabiliteit en intuïtieve besturingsopties. Precies om deze reden heeft PALFINGER zijn kernproduct, de autolaadkraan, volledig opnieuw ontworpen en daarmee niets minder dan een nieuw tijdperk van kraanmodellen ingeluid. Hiervoor combineert PALFINGER de beproefde sterke punten van de vorige serie met intelligente technologieën, zoals het innovatieve besturingssysteem PALTRONIC 180 en het onovertroffen regelventiel LX-6. Het resultaat mag er zijn: een aanzienlijk grotere precisie, eenvoudigere wendbaarheid, efficiënter gebruik van energie en comfortabelere functies maken het werk zoveel gemakkelijker. De nieuwe imagocampagne "De droom van elke kraanmachinist", die gisteren werd gelanceerd in Hangar 7, Salzburg, Oostenrijk, presenteert al deze functies en meer. De negen nieuwe TEC-kraanmodellen die momenteel in het assortiment zitten, zijn sinds het begin van het jaar leverbaar.

Het gestelde doel: de droom van elke kraanmachinist verwezenlijken.”

Om elk aspect van het werk voor de klant te vergemakkelijken, beschikken de kraanmodellen in de nieuwe TEC-serie ook over de innovatieve Smart Control om de kraantip met slechts één hendelbeweging te bedienen, en over Memory Position – een kraanpositioneringssysteem dat naar vier kraanposities en keert er met absolute precisie naar terug. De Leveling Assist helpt u om het voertuig bij aanvang van de werkzaamheden perfect waterpas te zetten. Bovendien wordt de kraanmachinist voortdurend ondersteund door de Operator Monitor van PALFINGER Connected en kan hij onder andere op elk moment de status van de machine controleren en storingen direct ter plaatse verhelpen. Al met al maakt het TEC-assortiment het mogelijk om sneller aan het werk te gaan en efficiëntere en eenvoudigere werkprocessen mogelijk te maken in een onderscheidend, elegant en functioneel ontwerp.

Sinds het begin van het jaar zijn er negen modellen van 25 tot 100 ton beschikbaar. Onder hen is de PK 1050 TEC waarmee PALFINGER een absoluut hoogtepunt in het segment van de zware kranen neerzet. Hij maakt indruk met zijn ongelooflijke reikwijdte van 37 meter en is de nieuwe maatstaf in de klasse van 100 meter ton met fly-jib. Bovendien wordt het enorme hijsvermogen door DPS-C continu in elke positie gemaximaliseerd, omdat het intelligente systeem precies weet waar de kraanpunt zich op elk moment bevindt. Naast de modellen in het heavy-duty kraansegment tonen de nieuwe PK 250 TEC als continu-zwenksysteemvariant en de PK 245 TEC met tandheugel-zwenkwerk dat zelfs een compact formaat over indrukwekkende prestaties beschikt.
