Sur le chantier du pont HŽ-2, à Križevci, la Croatie écrit une nouvelle page de son ingénierie. Pour la première fois dans le pays, la construction d’un ouvrage d’art utilise la VARIOKIT VCT Composite Track de PERI — une innovation primée au bauma Innovation Award 2025.

Ce système révolutionnaire permet d’avancer à un rythme impressionnant : un cycle de bétonnage tous les cinq jours pour des sections de dix mètres. Grâce à sa conception ingénieuse, aucune perforation n’est nécessaire dans le tablier, garantissant une qualité et une durabilité optimales.

Sous la superstructure, le rail composite se déplace hydrauliquement, sans recourir à des engins lourds. Cette mobilité simplifie les opérations, réduit les besoins matériels et soutient une approche plus durable et économe en ressources.

On the HŽ-2 bridge construction site in Križevci, Croatia is writing a new chapter in its engineering history. For the first time in the country, the construction of a bridge is utilizing PERI's VARIOKIT VCT Composite Track – an innovation that won the bauma Innovation Award 2025.

This revolutionary system allows for impressive progress: a concrete pouring cycle every five days for ten-meter sections. Thanks to its ingenious design, no drilling is required in the bridge deck, guaranteeing optimal quality and durability.

Beneath the superstructure, the composite track moves hydraulically, without the need for heavy machinery. This mobility simplifies operations, reduces material requirements, and supports a more sustainable and resource-efficient approach.

Op de bouwplaats van de HŽ-2-brug in Križevci schrijft Kroatië een nieuw hoofdstuk in zijn technische geschiedenis. Voor het eerst in het land wordt bij de bouw van een brug gebruikgemaakt van PERI's VARIOKIT VCT Composite Rail – een bekroonde innovatie die de Bauma Innovation Award 2025 heeft gewonnen.
