Pento spol. S.r.o. a utilisé l'échafaudage modulaire PERI UP pour la modernisation de la raffinerie ORLEN Unipetrol.

Le projet visait à améliorer l'efficacité énergétique et à réduire les émissions de carbone, impliquant des tâches complexes telles que le renouvellement des compresseurs et l'optimisation du système d'additifs pour carburant.

La conception légère, le montage rapide et l'adaptabilité modulaire de PERI UP ont permis une utilisation efficace du temps et des ressources, avec 3 000 m³ de matériaux d'échafaudage utilisés.

Un escalier de 18 mètres de haut permettait un accès sécurisé à la colonne MTBE, démontrant la polyvalence de PERI UP et son respect des normes de sécurité élevées.

La conception précise et la réalisation ponctuelle de l'échafaudage ont permis de mener à bien le projet en toute sécurité et dans les délais.

Le projet de modernisation de la raffinerie ORLEN Unipetrol de Kralupy nad Vltavou avait un objectif clair : accroître l'efficacité énergétique et réduire les émissions de carbone. Ce projet impliquait des travaux complexes tels que le renouvellement du compresseur et l'optimisation des systèmes de production d'additifs pour carburants tels que le MTBE et l'ETBE. L'échafaudage modulaire PERI UP s'est avéré idéal pour répondre aux exigences spécifiques du projet de raffinerie. Par exemple, l'échafaudage a été installé sous des ponts électriques, des chemins de câbles et dans des zones difficiles d'accès, et a été utilisé pour la construction de ponts et de pylônes d'accès. Grâce à sa conception légère, à son montage rapide et à sa modularité, il a été possible d'optimiser le temps et les ressources. Au total, 3 000 m³ de matériaux d'échafaudage ont été utilisés. La polyvalence du système modulaire a permis des ajustements en hauteur et en largeur, permettant ainsi de s'adapter aux exigences changeantes de la raffinerie et de réduire considérablement les temps de montage et de démontage.

L'un des points forts du projet était la tour d'escalier de 18 mètres de haut, qui offrait un accès sécurisé à la colonne MTBE. Ancrée à la structure métallique de l'usine et soutenue par la plateforme de l'installation MTBE à 15 mètres de hauteur, la tour a permis à PERI UP de démontrer sa polyvalence. La grille métrique a permis d'adapter l'échafaudage aux exigences spécifiques du projet sur site, tout en respectant les normes strictes de sécurité et de stabilité.

La conception précise de l'échafaudage et sa ponctualité d'exécution ont joué un rôle clé dans la sécurité et le respect des délais des travaux. Le système s'est avéré une solution précieuse, notamment dans les zones difficiles d'accès.

Czech company Pento spol. S.r.o. put its faith in PERI UP Modular Scaffold during the modernisation of the ORLEN Unipetrol Refinery. The innovative scaffolding system makes a decisive contribution to safety levels and work efficiency.

The modernisation project at the ORLEN Unipetrol Refinery in Kralupy nad Vltavou had a clear objective: to increase energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. This involved complex works such as renewing the compressor and optimising the systems for producing fuel additives such as MTBE and ETBE. The PERI UP Modular Scaffold proved to be the ideal choice to fulfil the specific requirements of the refinery project. For example, the scaffolding has been erected beneath power bridges, cable routes and in areas that were difficult to access and has been used for the construction of bridges and access towers. Thanks to its lightweight design, quick assembly characteristics and modular adaptability, it was possible to make efficient use of time and resources. A total of 3,000 m³ of scaffolding material was used. The versatility of the modular system allowed for adjustments to height and width, meaning that the changing requirements of the refinery could be accommodated and the time for assembly and disassembly could be significantly reduced.

A striking feature of the project was the 18-metre-high stair tower, which provided safe access to the MTBE column. The tower was anchored to the steel structure of the plant and supported by the platform of the MTBE facility at a height of 15 metres. This allowed PERI UP to demonstrate its versatility. The metric grid enabled the scaffolding to be adjusted to the specific requirements of the project on site, while adhering to the high safety and stability standards.

The precise scaffolding design and punctual execution played a key role in ensuring that the work was completed safely and on time. The system proved to be an invaluable solution, particularly in areas that were difficult to access.

Pento spol. S.r.o. gebruikte de PERI UP Modular Scaffold voor de modernisering van de ORLEN Unipetrol Refinery.

Het project was gericht op het verbeteren van de energie-efficiëntie en het verminderen van de CO2-uitstoot, met complexe taken zoals het vervangen van de compressor en het optimaliseren van het brandstofadditiefsysteem.

Het lichtgewicht ontwerp, de snelle montage en de modulaire aanpasbaarheid van PERI UP zorgden voor een efficiënt gebruik van tijd en middelen, met 3.000 m³ aan steigermateriaal.

Een 18 meter hoge trappentoren bood veilige toegang tot de MTBE-kolom, wat de veelzijdigheid en naleving van hoge veiligheidsnormen van PERI UP liet zien.

Het moderniseringsproject bij de ORLEN Unipetrol-raffinaderij in Kralupy nad Vltavou had een duidelijk doel: de energie-efficiëntie verhogen en de CO2-uitstoot verminderen. Dit omvatte complexe werkzaamheden zoals het vernieuwen van de compressor en het optimaliseren van de systemen voor de productie van brandstofadditieven zoals MTBE en ETBE. De PERI UP Modular Scaffold bleek de ideale keuze om te voldoen aan de specifieke vereisten van het raffinaderijproject. Zo is de steiger bijvoorbeeld onder hoogspanningsbruggen, kabelroutes en op moeilijk toegankelijke plaatsen opgetrokken en is deze gebruikt voor de bouw van bruggen en toegangstorens. Dankzij het lichtgewicht ontwerp, de snelle montage-eigenschappen en de modulaire aanpasbaarheid was het mogelijk om efficiënt gebruik te maken van tijd en middelen. In totaal werd 3.000 m³ steigermateriaal gebruikt. De veelzijdigheid van het modulaire systeem maakte aanpassingen in hoogte en breedte mogelijk, wat betekende dat de veranderende eisen van de raffinaderij konden worden geaccommodeerd en de tijd voor montage en demontage aanzienlijk kon worden verkort.

Een opvallend kenmerk van het project was de 18 meter hoge trappentoren, die veilige toegang bood tot de MTBE-kolom. De toren was verankerd aan de stalen constructie van de fabriek en werd ondersteund door het platform van de MTBE-faciliteit op een hoogte van 15 meter. Hierdoor kon PERI UP zijn veelzijdigheid demonstreren. Het metrische raster maakte het mogelijk om de steiger ter plaatse aan te passen aan de specifieke vereisten van het project, terwijl werd voldaan aan de hoge veiligheids- en stabiliteitsnormen.

Het nauwkeurige steigerontwerp en de stipte uitvoering speelden een belangrijke rol bij het veilig en op tijd voltooien van het werk. Het systeem bleek een onschatbare oplossing, met name in gebieden die moeilijk toegankelijk waren.

Het project is een indrukwekkende demonstratie van de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van PERI als partner voor industriële moderniseringsprojecten in uitdagende omgevingen.
