Chez ENERCON, l’innovation n’est pas un slogan : c’est un état d’esprit. Et cet automne, cette philosophie s’est illustrée sur les routes sinueuses de Rhénanie-Palatinat, où l’entreprise a déployé pour la première fois son tout nouveau BladeLifter G4 signé TII SCHEUERLE.

La mission : acheminer d’immenses pales de rotor de 68 mètres de long jusqu’au parc éolien d’Olsbrücken, un chantier niché entre collines et villages étroits. Les défis logistiques étaient nombreux : ruelles serrées, passages à niveau, virages en épingle et obstacles urbains. Autant d’épreuves que le BladeLifter a su surmonter avec brio grâce à sa technologie hydraulique de levage et d’inclinaison jusqu’à 60°, permettant un passage sécurisé et fluide, même dans les environnements les plus complexes.

« Le BladeLifter G4 ouvre de nouvelles perspectives pour nos transports de pales », explique Björn Feddermann, chef de projet logistique mondiale chez ENERCON. « Face à des itinéraires exigeants et à des composants de plus en plus longs, cette technologie nous offre flexibilité et fiabilité. Ce premier déploiement était un véritable test — et notre équipe, comme l’équipement, l’ont relevé avec brio. »

La scène, nocturne, relevait presque du ballet industriel : le convoi se faufilant entre les maisons, les pales s’élevant au-dessus des toits et des lampadaires, chaque manœuvre soigneusement orchestrée. Sous la direction de Björn Feddermann, l’équipe composée de Stefan Grote, Kevin Hellbach, Malte Tjarks, Klaus Richter et Andre Engel a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exemplaire, conjuguant précision, coordination et sang-froid.

Au-delà de la prouesse technique, cette opération marque une nouvelle étape dans la collaboration entre ENERCON et TII SCHEUERLE. World premiere for ENERCON: TII SCHEUERLE's new BladeLifter meets the challenge of transporting giant blades

At ENERCON, innovation isn't a slogan: it's a state of mind. And this fall, this philosophy was demonstrated on the winding roads of Rhineland-Palatinate, where the company deployed its brand-new TII SCHEUERLE BladeLifter G4 for the first time.

The mission: to transport immense 68-meter-long rotor blades to the Olsbrücken wind farm, a construction site nestled between hills and narrow villages. The logistical challenges were numerous: narrow streets, level crossings, hairpin bends, and urban obstacles. The BladeLifter successfully overcame these challenges thanks to its hydraulic lifting and tilting technology of up to 60°, enabling safe and smooth passage, even in the most complex environments.

"The BladeLifter G4 opens up new possibilities for our blade transport," explains Björn Feddermann, Global Logistics Project Manager at ENERCON. The nighttime scene was almost reminiscent of an industrial ballet: the convoy weaving between houses, the blades rising above rooftops and streetlights, each maneuver carefully orchestrated. Under the leadership of Björn Feddermann, the team of Stefan Grote, Kevin Hellbach, Malte Tjarks, Klaus Richter, and Andre Engel demonstrated exemplary professionalism, combining precision, coordination, and composure.

Beyond the technical feat, this operation marks a new milestone in the collaboration between ENERCON and TII SCHEUERLE. The German manufacturer of heavy-duty transport solutions has established itself as a trusted partner, capable of supporting ENERCON in its most ambitious projects.

De missie: immense rotorbladen van 68 meter lang transporteren naar het windmolenpark Olsbrücken, een bouwplaats tussen heuvels en smalle dorpen. De logistieke uitdagingen waren talrijk: smalle straten, spoorwegovergangen, haarspeldbochten en stedelijke obstakels.
