Avec le lancement du Panther T23r, Prinoth introduit son plus imposant transporteur à chenilles rotatif à ce jour. Conçu pour les environnements les plus exigeants, ce nouveau modèle inaugure le système de train de roulement PowerForce, une innovation soutenue par plus de 20 demandes de brevets visant à améliorer la capacité de charge, le confort de conduite et les performances tout-terrain.

Capable de transporter jusqu’à 22,5 tonnes de charge utile pour un poids opérationnel de 40 tonnes, le Panther T23r conserve des dimensions compactes avec une largeur de seulement 3 mètres. Sa structure supérieure rotative à 360 degrés et sa benne en acier Hardox à profil arrondi permettent un déchargement précis, même dans les espaces restreints.

Un train de roulement révolutionnaire

Au cœur de cette nouvelle génération de porteurs, le système PowerForce abandonne l’architecture traditionnelle à balancier au profit de huit roues montées sur des bras indépendants. Chaque roue bénéficie d’un débattement de 18 cm grâce à des amortisseurs hydropneumatiques capables de s’adapter automatiquement à la charge transportée. Cette conception absorbe efficacement les irrégularités du terrain, améliore le confort de l’opérateur et optimise le transfert de puissance au sol.

Prinoth annonce également une géométrie de chenille inédite, caractérisée par une forme ovale qui réduit de 50 % les points de flexion et double le rayon de courbure par rapport aux conceptions conventionnelles. Résultat : moins de pertes d’énergie, une meilleure traction en terrain meuble et une pression au sol réduite.

Le constructeur met aussi en avant une précision d’engrènement des chenilles dix fois supérieure à celle des transporteurs traditionnels. Associée à un système automatique de tension adaptative, cette technologie contribue à limiter l’usure des composants, à réduire les risques de déchenillage et à prolonger la durée de vie du train de roulement.

Une benne optimisée et une cabine repensée

La benne profonde en acier Hardox adopte un profil arrondi favorisant l’écoulement des matériaux et réduisant les phénomènes de collage, notamment avec les sols argileux ou les granulats humides. Son positionnement plus près de l’axe central du châssis améliore la répartition des charges et réduit les contraintes structurelles.

Le Panther T23r reçoit également une nouvelle cabine offrant une visibilité accrue grâce à une position de conduite quasi centrale. Parmi les équipements de série figurent un siège à suspension pneumatique, un écran tactile de 18 cm, des commandes ergonomiques pour les fonctions de rotation et de déchargement, un régulateur de vitesse ainsi qu’un pare-soleil. Un siège passager est proposé en option.

With the launch of the Panther T23r, Prinoth introduces its largest rotating tracked carrier to date. Designed for the most demanding environments, this new model debuts the PowerForce undercarriage system, an innovation supported by more than 20 patent applications aimed at improving load capacity, driving comfort, and off-road performance.

Capable of carrying up to 22.5 tonnes of payload with an operating weight of 40 tonnes, the Panther T23r maintains compact dimensions with a width of only 3 meters. Its 360-degree rotating upper structure and rounded-profile Hardox steel body allow for precise unloading, even in tight spaces.

A Revolutionary Undercarriage

At the heart of this new generation of carriers, the PowerForce system abandons the traditional rocker arm design in favor of eight wheels mounted on independent arms. Each wheel benefits from 18 cm of travel thanks to hydropneumatic shock absorbers that automatically adapt to the load being carried. This design effectively absorbs uneven terrain, improves operator comfort, and optimizes power transfer to the ground.

Prinoth also announces a new track geometry, characterized by an oval shape that reduces flex points by 50% and doubles the radius of curvature compared to conventional designs. The result: less energy loss, better traction on soft ground, and reduced ground pressure.

The manufacturer also highlights track engagement precision that is ten times greater than that of traditional carriers. Combined with an automatic adaptive tensioning system, this technology helps limit component wear, reduce the risk of track derailment, and extend the undercarriage's lifespan.

An optimized tipper body and a redesigned cab

The deep Hardox steel tipper body features a rounded profile that promotes material flow and reduces sticking, particularly with clay soils or wet aggregates. Its positioning closer to the chassis's central axis improves load distribution and reduces structural stress.

The Panther T23r also features a new cab offering enhanced visibility thanks to a near-central driving position. Standard equipment includes an air-suspension seat, an 18 cm touchscreen, ergonomic controls for rotation and unloading functions, cruise control, and a sun visor. A passenger seat is available as an option.

With the Panther T23r, Prinoth is clearly targeting remote worksites and sensitive environments where productivity, mobility, and reliability are essential.

De fabrikant benadrukt tevens de tien keer grotere precisie van de rupsbandinschakeling dan bij traditionele wagens. In combinatie met een automatisch adaptief spansysteem helpt deze technologie slijtage van componenten te beperken, het risico op ontsporing van de rupsbanden te verminderen en de levensduur van het onderstel te verlengen.

Een geoptimaliseerde kipperbak en een opnieuw ontworpen cabine

De diepe kipperbak van Hardox-staal heeft een afgerond profiel dat de materiaalstroom bevordert en aanhechting vermindert, met name bij kleigrond of natte aggregaten. De positionering dichter bij de centrale as van het chassis verbetert de lastverdeling en vermindert de structurele spanning.

De Panther T23r is ook voorzien van een nieuwe cabine met verbeterd zicht dankzij een bijna centrale bestuurderspositie. Tot de standaarduitrusting behoren een luchtgeveerde stoel, een 18 cm touchscreen, ergonomische bedieningselementen voor de draai- en losfuncties, cruise control en een zonneklep.
