Accessible depuis un navigateur, la plateforme centralise commandes, livraisons, gestion des matériels, retours et documents financiers dans un environnement unique.
Sa particularité : intégrer l’intelligence artificielle au comptage des équipements. Une simple photographie de panneaux, d’étais ou d’autres composants peut être analysée afin d’en estimer les quantités, avec l’objectif de réduire les contrôles manuels et de faciliter les inventaires. La fiabilité dépendra toutefois des conditions de prise de vue et de la visibilité des éléments.
Disponible dans sa version de base sans frais supplémentaires pour les clients Doka, la solution permet également de partager les informations entre collaborateurs et d’accéder aux données depuis un ordinateur ou un appareil mobile. À terme, Doka prévoit d’enrichir son écosystème avec des données issues de capteurs et de nouveaux services numériques.
Le déploiement américain, annoncé pour septembre 2026 dans plusieurs États du Sud-Est, s’inscrit dans une introduction progressive, avec un accès sur invitation et une extension ultérieure prévue.

On large construction sites, performance isn't measured solely by speed of execution. It also depends on equipment management, delivery tracking, and the handling of thousands of components that circulate daily between warehouses and work areas.
With Doka 360, formwork specialist Doka aims to transform this often complex logistics into a smoother digital process. Accessible via a web browser, the platform centralizes orders, deliveries, equipment management, returns, and financial documents in a single environment.

Its unique feature: integrating artificial intelligence into equipment counting. A simple photograph of panels, props, or other components can be analyzed to estimate quantities, with the goal of reducing manual checks and facilitating inventory. However, accuracy will depend on the shooting conditions and the visibility of the items.

Available in its basic version at no extra cost to Doka customers, the solution also allows for information sharing among collaborators and access to data from a computer or mobile device. Doka plans to eventually enrich its ecosystem with data from sensors and new digital services.
The US rollout, announced for September 2026 in several Southeastern states, is part of a phased introduction, with access by invitation and a planned expansion later.

The ambition is clear: less paperwork, better visibility into equipment, and more time spent on the job site. With Doka 360, the digitalization of formwork now goes beyond technical design to address another essential productivity driver: the daily management of materials.

Met Doka 360 wil bekistingsspecialist Doka deze vaak complexe logistiek transformeren in een soepeler digitaal proces. Het platform, toegankelijk via een webbrowser, centraliseert orders, leveringen, materieelbeheer, retouren en financiële documenten in één omgeving.

De unieke functie: de integratie van kunstmatige intelligentie in het tellen van materieel. Een simpele foto van panelen, steunbalken of andere componenten kan worden geanalyseerd om de hoeveelheden te schatten, met als doel handmatige controles te verminderen en de inventaris te vereenvoudigen. De nauwkeurigheid is echter afhankelijk van de opnameomstandigheden en de zichtbaarheid van de items.

De basisversie is zonder extra kosten beschikbaar voor Doka-klanten en maakt ook het delen van informatie tussen samenwerkende partijen en toegang tot gegevens vanaf een computer of mobiel apparaat mogelijk. Doka is van plan om het ecosysteem in de toekomst te verrijken met data van sensoren en nieuwe digitale diensten. De Amerikaanse uitrol, aangekondigd voor september 2026 in verschillende staten in het zuidoosten, maakt deel uit van een gefaseerde introductie, met toegang op uitnodiging en een geplande uitbreiding later.
