Op CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 onthult Superior Industries een belangrijke innovatie: de Independence™ hoogfrequente zeefinstallatie, een oplossing die is ontworpen om de volledige controle over de kwaliteit van fijne materialen terug te winnen.

In een context van steeds strengere eisen aan de deeltjesgrootte, maakt deze nieuwe generatie hoogfrequente zeven een uiterst nauwkeurige afstelling mogelijk dankzij een instelbaar snelheidsbereik van 3.000 tot 6.000 tpm, onafhankelijk van elk deksegment. Het resultaat: een ongeëvenaard vermogen om perfect aan specificaties te voldoen, zelfs onder de meest wisselende omstandigheden.

Het hart van het systeem wordt gevormd door een 1,8 x 6 meter groot ontwerp met meerdere hellingen, dat de doorvoer met wel 20% verhoogt, terwijl de compacte afmetingen behouden blijven. De apparatuur past zich aan het materiaal aan – niet andersom – wat de weg vrijmaakt voor een geoptimaliseerde productie, inclusief terugwinning van fijne deeltjes en valorisatie van bijproducten.
