Désormais, Record360 veut donner à ces inspections un nouvel allié : 360AI, une intelligence artificielle intégrée directement à son application mobile.

Son rôle est simple, mais ambitieux : observer, analyser et signaler. L’IA détecte les dommages potentiels, identifie les zones nécessitant une vérification et attire l’attention de l’inspecteur. Mais la décision finale reste humaine, selon le principe du human-in-the-loop.

Autour de cette technologie gravite tout un nouvel écosystème : analyse intelligente des photos, transcription automatique des commentaires vocaux, lecture des plaques et VIN, reconnaissance des codes-barres et détection des images floues.

Le chiffre donne la mesure de l’expérimentation : durant sa phase bêta, 360AI a analysé près de 3 millions de photographies et identifié plus de 50 000 dommages confirmés.

Trois niveaux d’abonnement permettront progressivement d’accéder à ces fonctionnalités, jusqu’à la formule professionnelle qui réunit l’ensemble des outils d’intelligence artificielle.

Acquis par Point of Rental en 2024, Record360 franchit ainsi une nouvelle étape : celle où l’inspection d’une machine ne consiste plus seulement à regarder une photo, mais à faire dialoguer l’œil humain avec l’intelligence de la donnée.
