Hydraulic Power Under Control

In response to increasing demands for automation and energy efficiency, Bosch Rexroth is evolving its H4U platform with the H4U.cube pQ. This solution controls the pressure and flow of one or two variable displacement pumps, precisely adjusting their operation to improve performance and minimize energy losses.

A single control module can manage two pumps, thus reducing hardware requirements and integration costs.

Guided commissioning

Thanks to the H4U.ui interface, users benefit from a configuration wizard, self-tuning functions, and diagnostic tools. The system facilitates parameter optimization, even without in-depth hydraulic knowledge.

Compatible with standardized industrial communication interfaces, including PROFINET RT, it integrates with machine control systems, regardless of the manufacturer.
