Le 18 mai 2025, le 4e Salon international des équipements de construction de Changsha (CICEE 2025) s'est clôturé avec succès au Centre international des congrès et des expositions de Changsha, après quatre jours d'événements. Placé sous le thème « Haut de gamme, intelligent et écologique — La nouvelle génération d'engins de chantier, d'équipements d'urgence, d'équipements miniers, de machines agricoles et d'équipements de transport », le salon a réuni 1 806 exposants du monde entier sur 300 000 mètres carrés et attiré plus de 300 000 visiteurs professionnels venus de plus de 60 pays et régions, ce qui en fait l'un des salons professionnels des engins de chantier les plus importants et les plus influents au monde.

I. Internationalisation : Un « super aimant » pour l'intégration industrielle mondiale

Baromètre de l'industrie mondiale des engins de chantier, le 4e CICEE a démontré un niveau d'internationalisation sans précédent, créant un solide pont pour la coopération transfrontalière et laissant une empreinte durable sur la scène internationale.

En termes de participation, l'événement a eu un effet d'attraction majeur pour les entreprises mondiales d'équipements de construction. Au total, 76 entreprises étrangères étaient présentes, dont 35 des 50 plus grandes marques mondiales d'engins de chantier, telles que Caterpillar, Hitachi Construction Machinery et Volvo, toutes présentes pour une année supplémentaire. Pour la première fois, quatre grandes marques – BOMAG, Manitou, Haulotte et Skyjack – ont fait leurs débuts au CICEE, insufflant une nouvelle dynamique au salon. La présence de ces acteurs internationaux de premier plan a permis de se classer parmi les meilleurs salons professionnels mondiaux, soulignant ainsi le rayonnement international et le fort attrait du salon.

En termes de participation professionnelle, l'événement a enregistré une participation internationale sans précédent. Des diplomates de 55 pays, ainsi que le représentant de l'Union africaine en Chine, étaient présents. Des représentants de quatre organisations internationales et de 38 associations professionnelles mondiales étaient également présents, aux côtés de 1 100 entreprises commerciales internationales de 21 pays. Le nombre d'acheteurs internationaux a dépassé les 5 000, et des sujets clés tels que la coopération sino-africaine, l'interconnexion technique sino-russe et l'accord de reconnaissance mutuelle sino-malaisien sur les normes relatives aux engins de chantier ont dominé les discussions.

Des délégations d'approvisionnement de pays tels que l'Inde, la Russie, l'Asie du Sud-Est et l'Amérique latine ont participé à des forums internationaux de mise en relation, où plus de 600 exposants ont conclu des accords commerciaux. Six grands fabricants de Changsha ont signé à eux seuls des contrats d'approvisionnement en pièces détachées pour un montant de 13 milliards de RMB. • La perceuse rotative électrique SWDM320EE de SUNWARD offre 4 heures d'autonomie en mode électrique pur et 14 heures en mode hybride, avec un taux de régénération d'énergie proche de 70 %, ce qui en fait un produit phare pour les infrastructures vertes.

• Les drones à hydrogène, développés conjointement par Xiehydro New Energy et Freed, offrent une autonomie de vol de 3 heures, une charge utile de 50 kg et des performances fiables à -40 °C, offrant ainsi de nouvelles solutions pour la logistique et les interventions d'urgence.

LiuGong, marque leader de machines électriques, a présenté une gamme composée à plus de 90 % de nouveaux produits énergétiques sous le thème « Intelligent et vert : étendre l'énergie humaine ».

III. Transformation intelligente : les technologies de pointe révolutionnent le secteur

Pour la première fois, le salon proposait une « Zone de lancement de nouvelles technologies et de nouveaux produits », présentant 1 500 innovations mondiales en première mondiale, couvrant l'IA, la 5G et les jumeaux numériques.

• Le système de télécommande de grue à tour de Zoomlion permet un fonctionnement précis grâce à l'interaction en langage naturel.

Plus qu'un simple « festival de l'acier », ce salon a mis en avant la force d'innovation de la Chine dans le domaine des machines de construction. Avec 300 000 mètres carrés d'espace d'exposition et 1 806 entreprises exposantes, l'événement a incarné avec brio les objectifs de développement d'une fabrication haut de gamme, intelligente et verte.

On May 18, 2025, the 4th Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE 2025) came to a successful close at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center after four days of events. With the theme “High-End, Intelligent, and Green — The New Generation of Construction Machinery, Emergency Equipment, Mining Equipment, Agricultural Machinery, and Transport Equipment”, the exhibition brought together 1,806 exhibitors from around the globe, covering 300,000 square meters of exhibition space and attracting over 300,000 professional visitors from more than 60 countries and regions, making it one of the world’s largest and most influential construction machinery trade shows.
I. Internationalization: A “Super Magnet” for Global Industrial Integration

As a barometer of the global construction machinery industry, the 4th CICEE demonstrated an unprecedented level of internationalization, building a robust bridge for cross-border cooperation and leaving a lasting mark on the global stage.

In terms of participation, the event acted like a super magnet attracting elite global construction equipment enterprises. A total of 76 foreign companies took part, including 35 of the world’s Top 50 construction machinery brands, such as Caterpillar, Hitachi Construction Machinery, and Volvo, all of whom returned for another year. For the first time, four major brands—BOMAG, Manitou, Haulotte, and Skyjack—made their CICEE debut, injecting new energy into the exhibition. The presence of these leading international players ranked among the top for industry expos worldwide, highlighting the exhibition’s global influence and strong appeal.

In terms of professional attendees, the event witnessed unprecedented international participation. Diplomats from 55 countries, along with the African Union’s representative in China, attended the event. Representatives from 4 international organizations and 38 global trade associations were also present, alongside 1,100 international trade companies from 21 countries. The number of international buyers exceeded 5,000, and key topics such as China-Africa cooperation, China-Russia technical docking, and the China-Malaysia mutual recognition agreement on construction machinery standards dominated discussions.

Procurement delegations from countries such as India, Russia, Southeast Asia, and Latin America participated in international matchmaking forums, where over 600 exhibitors reached business agreements. Six major manufacturers from Changsha alone signed supporting parts procurement deals worth 13 billion RMB. Numerous Chinese and international firms also reached technical cooperation agreements, accelerating the integration of “Made-in-China Intelligence” with the global industrial chain.

Martin Mpana, the Cameroonian Ambassador to China, remarked after visiting the event, “Hunan’s innovation in construction machinery is truly impressive.                •             Zoomlion unveiled the world’s largest 4,000-ton all-terrain crane (ZAT40000H), featuring lightweight design and energy-saving systems that reduce consumption by 20% compared to conventional models.

               •             SUNWARD’s SWDM320EE electric rotary drill offers 4 hours of pure-electric operation and 14 hours of hybrid runtime, with an energy regeneration rate close to 70%, making it a star product for green infrastructure.

               •             Hydrogen-powered drones, co-developed by Xiehydro New Energy and Freed, deliver 3-hour flight time, 50kg payload, and reliable performance in -40°C conditions, providing new solutions for logistics and emergency response.

Leading electric machinery brand LiuGong showcased a lineup with over 90% new energy products under the theme “Smart & Green: Extending Human Power.”

 III. Intelligent Transformation: Cutting-Edge Technologies Reshaping the Industry

For the first time, the exhibition featured a “New Tech & Product Release Zone”, showcasing 1,500 global debut innovations spanning AI, 5G, and digital twins.

               •             Zoomlion’s tower crane remote control system enables precise operation via natural language interaction.

               •             Their smart mine solution achieves full-process automation for loading, transport, and unloading.

               •             Sinoboom’s TB42ERJ Plus HD aerial platform integrates a 336V high-voltage drive system and auto-grade Inovance tech, significantly enhancing performance—over 1,000 units were pre-ordered on day one.

               •             In the emergency equipment zone, Huanuo Sky’s slope radar offered millimeter-level deformation monitoring, and Jingjia Micro’s integrated satellite-terrestrial communication system ensured real-time data transmission for disaster relief.

               •             SANY launched 16 new products, including a 250-ton hybrid crane and the SE636 electric heavy-duty truck, underscoring the deep integration of intelligence and electrification.
IV. Specialization: High-Level Dialogue and Industrial Synergy as a “Smart Engine”

Over 100 events including industry forums, technical exchanges, and business matchmaking were held during the exhibition. More than 2,560 global leaders, academicians, experts, and company executives engaged in deep discussions on standards, trends, and cooperation.

Over 120 enterprises participated in the “Five-Province Construction Equipment Cooperation Forum”, working together on shared technology and market mechanisms.

More than just a “steel feast,” this exhibition showcased China’s innovation strength in construction machinery to the world. With 300,000 square meters of exhibition space and 1,806 exhibiting companies, the event vividly embodied the development goals of high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing.

It aligns perfectly with the “Three Highs and Four News” strategy—building a national hub for advanced manufacturing, a globally competitive innovation center, and a reform and opening-up hub in inland China.

As Hunan Party Secretary Shen Xiaoming said at the opening ceremony:

Met als thema "High-End, Intelligent en Groen — De Nieuwe Generatie Bouwmachines, Noodapparatuur, Mijnbouwapparatuur, Landbouwmachines en Transportmaterieel", bracht de beurs 1.806 exposanten van over de hele wereld samen, verdeeld over 300.000 vierkante meter tentoonstellingsruimte en meer dan 300.000 professionele bezoekers uit meer dan 60 landen en regio's. Daarmee is het een van 's werelds grootste en meest invloedrijke vakbeurzen voor bouwmachines.
