Aujourd’hui, TII Group célèbre l’ascension de TII India, devenu en une décennie un véritable carrefour mondial du transport lourd.

Tout commence en 2015, à Bawal, près de New Delhi. À l’époque, quelques modules préassemblés prennent vie dans un site encore jeune. Dix ans plus tard, ce même site s’étend sur 30 000 m², mobilise 350 experts, et alimente les marchés du monde entier avec des milliers de lignes d’essieux livrées. Intégré dès le départ aux standards allemands du groupe, il s’impose aujourd’hui comme un pilier stratégique de la production globale.

Au cœur de cette réussite bat un système : le SCHEUERLE K25. Une plateforme modulaire pensée comme une langue universelle du transport lourd. Flexible, adaptable, elle permet de configurer des convois capables de répondre aussi bien aux exigences locales qu’aux normes internationales, y compris les réglementations UNECE. Une architecture unique, déclinable à l’infini, qui réduit la complexité tout en garantissant une déployabilité mondiale.

Mais cette montée en puissance s’est aussi écrite à travers des jalons techniques forts. Dès 2016, les premiers extenders télescopiques quittent Bawal, capables de transporter des pales d’éoliennes jusqu’à 62 mètres — une réponse directe à l’essor du secteur énergétique. Puis viennent les défis de masse : des girder bridges capables de supporter jusqu’à 550 tonnes, franchissant un cap décisif dans la maîtrise des charges extrêmes. À partir de là, TII India ne suit plus le marché — il le redéfinit.

Aujourd’hui, les solutions conçues à Bawal parcourent le Moyen-Orient, l’Asie du Sud-Est, l’Europe, l’Afrique ou encore l’Amérique latine. Près des deux tiers de son activité s’inscrivent à l’international. Et pour accompagner cette expansion, un nouveau pôle stratégique à Pune vient renforcer l’ingénierie, le service et la proximité client sur toute la région.

Mais au-delà des chiffres et des machines, c’est une vision qui se dessine : celle d’un futur où la modularité devient la clé. Car face à des projets toujours plus vastes, toujours plus complexes, seules des solutions évolutives, robustes et intelligentes pourront suivre le rythme.

Ainsi, en dix ans, TII India n’a pas seulement grandi. Elle a appris à porter le monde.

Ten years. Ten years to go from discreet assembly to an industrial powerhouse whose influence now extends far beyond its borders.

Today, TII Group celebrates the rise of TII India, which in a decade has become a true global hub for heavy transport.

It all began in 2015 in Bawal, near New Delhi. At the time, a few pre-assembled modules came to life in a still-young facility. Ten years later, that same site spans 30,000 m², employs 350 experts, and supplies markets worldwide with thousands of axle lines delivered. Integrated from the outset into the group's German standards, it has now established itself as a strategic pillar of global production.

At the heart of this success lies a system: the SCHEUERLE K25. A modular platform designed as a universal language for heavy transport. Flexible and adaptable, it allows for the configuration of convoys capable of meeting both local requirements and international standards, including UNECE regulations. A unique, infinitely adaptable architecture that reduces complexity while ensuring global deployment.

But this growth has also been marked by significant technological milestones. As early as 2016, the first telescopic extenders left Bawal, capable of transporting wind turbine blades up to 62 meters long—a direct response to the booming energy sector. Then came the mass-load challenges: girder bridges capable of supporting up to 550 tons, marking a decisive step forward in the management of extreme loads. From then on, TII India no longer followed the market—it redefined it.

Today, the solutions designed in Bawal are used throughout the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Nearly two-thirds of its business is international. And to support this expansion, a new strategic hub in Pune strengthens engineering, service, and customer proximity across the entire region.

But beyond the numbers and the machines, a vision is emerging: that of a future where modularity becomes key. Because faced with ever-larger, ever-more complex projects, only scalable, robust, and intelligent solutions will be able to keep pace.

Thus, in ten years, TII India has not only grown. It has learned to scale the world.

Tien jaar. Tien jaar om van een bescheiden assemblagebedrijf uit te groeien tot een industriële grootmacht waarvan de invloed nu ver buiten de landsgrenzen reikt.

Vandaag viert de TII Group de opkomst van TII India, dat in een decennium is uitgegroeid tot een ware wereldwijde hub voor zwaar transport.

Het begon allemaal in 2015 in Bawal, vlakbij New Delhi. Destijds kwamen een paar voorgeassembleerde modules tot leven in een nog jonge fabriek. Tien jaar later beslaat diezelfde locatie 30.000 m², biedt werk aan 350 experts en levert duizenden aslijnen aan markten over de hele wereld. Vanaf het begin geïntegreerd volgens de Duitse standaarden van de groep, heeft het zich inmiddels gevestigd als een strategische pijler van de wereldwijde productie.

De kern van dit succes wordt gevormd door een systeem: de SCHEUERLE K25. Een modulair platform ontworpen als universele taal voor zwaar transport. Flexibel en aanpasbaar, maakt het de configuratie mogelijk van konvooien die voldoen aan zowel lokale eisen als internationale normen, waaronder de UNECE-regelgeving. Een unieke, oneindig aanpasbare architectuur die de complexiteit vermindert en tegelijkertijd wereldwijde inzetbaarheid garandeert.

Maar deze groei is ook gepaard gegaan met belangrijke technologische mijlpalen. Al in 2016 verlieten de eerste telescopische uitschuifsystemen Bawal, waarmee windturbinebladen tot 62 meter lang konden worden vervoerd – een direct antwoord op de snelgroeiende energiesector. Daarna volgden de uitdagingen op het gebied van massatransport: liggerbruggen die tot 550 ton konden dragen, een beslissende stap voorwaarts in het beheersen van extreme belastingen. Vanaf dat moment volgde TII India de markt niet langer – het herdefinieerde deze.

Tegenwoordig worden de in Bawal ontworpen oplossingen gebruikt in het hele Midden-Oosten, Zuidoost-Azië, Europa, Afrika en Latijns-Amerika. Bijna twee derde van de omzet is internationaal. Om deze expansie te ondersteunen, versterkt een nieuwe strategische hub in Pune de engineering, service en klantnabijheid in de hele regio.

Maar naast de cijfers en de machines ontstaat er een visie: die van een toekomst waarin modulariteit de sleutel is. Want geconfronteerd met steeds grotere, steeds complexere projecten, zullen alleen schaalbare, robuuste en intelligente oplossingen gelijke tred kunnen houden.

Zo is TII India in tien jaar tijd niet alleen gegroeid, maar heeft het ook geleerd om wereldwijd te opereren.
