Au Brésil, la municipalité vient de mettre en service une nouvelle Lintec CSD2500B, véritable cœur industriel destiné à renforcer l’autonomie de production d’enrobés de la ville.

Avec une capacité pouvant atteindre 180 tonnes par heure, cette centrale moderne doit permettre à Emurb de répondre directement aux besoins de voirie d’Aracaju, tout en ouvrant à nouveau la production aux projets privés dans un rayon pouvant atteindre 250 km.

Derrière ses lignes compactes et sa conception containerisée se cache une technologie pensée pour la précision : dosage maîtrisé, contrôle accru de la qualité, système RAP pour réintroduire les matériaux recyclés et tambour multifonction favorisant l’efficacité énergétique.

L’investissement va bien au-delà de la simple production d’enrobé. En combinant l’ancienne centrale à la nouvelle installation, Emurb pourra multiplier jusqu’à 2,5 fois sa capacité, transformant l’outil industriel en véritable levier économique pour la ville.

In Aracaju, the road is taking on a new dimension.

In Brazil, the municipality has just commissioned a new Lintec CSD2500B, a true industrial hub designed to strengthen the city's self-sufficiency in asphalt production.

With a capacity of up to 180 tons per hour, this modern plant will allow Emurb to directly meet Aracaju's road maintenance needs, while also reopening production to private projects within a radius of up to 250 km.

Behind its compact lines and containerized design lies technology designed for precision: controlled dosing, enhanced quality control, a RAP system for reintroducing recycled materials, and a multifunctional drum that promotes energy efficiency.

The investment goes far beyond simply producing asphalt. By combining the old power plant with the new facility, Emurb will be able to increase its capacity by up to 2.5 times, transforming the industrial tool into a true economic driver for the city.

In Aracaju krijgt de weg een nieuwe dimensie.

De Braziliaanse gemeente heeft onlangs een nieuwe Lintec CSD2500B in gebruik genomen, een ware industriële hub die is ontworpen om de zelfvoorziening van de stad in asfaltproductie te versterken.

Met een capaciteit van maximaal 180 ton per uur stelt deze moderne installatie Emurb in staat om direct te voorzien in de behoeften van Aracaju op het gebied van wegonderhoud, en tegelijkertijd de productie weer open te stellen voor particuliere projecten binnen een straal van maximaal 250 km.

Achter de compacte lijnen en het containerontwerp schuilt technologie die is ontworpen voor precisie: gecontroleerde dosering, verbeterde kwaliteitscontrole, een RAP-systeem voor het hergebruik van gerecyclede materialen en een multifunctionele trommel die de energie-efficiëntie bevordert.

De investering gaat veel verder dan alleen de productie van asfalt. Door de oude energiecentrale te combineren met de nieuwe installatie, kan Emurb de capaciteit tot wel 2,5 keer verhogen, waardoor het industriële instrument een echte economische motor voor de stad wordt.
