Le Groupe Euro Auctions acquiert North Toronto Auction

North Toronto Auction se spécialise dans la vente d'équipements industriels, d'automobiles et de véhicules récréatifs. Fondée en 2002 par Matt Rispin, Frank Panza et Stuart Ralph, North Toronto Auction est devenue une maison de vente aux enchères de premier plan dans la région du Grand Toronto.

« L'acquisition par le Groupe Euro Auctions, et l'alliance avec nos proches alliés canadiens, Michener Allen et Jardine Auctions Inc., marquent un nouveau chapitre passionnant de notre parcours. Euro Auctions conservera les 64 employés de NTA et la marque North Toronto Auction, deux valeurs très prisées par le groupe.

L'entreprise continuera d'être dirigée par Rispin et exercera ses activités depuis son centre de vente aux enchères ultramoderne de 17 acres à Innisfil, en Ontario.

Avec l'arrivée de North Toronto Auction, Euro Auctions Group est désormais présent dans 15 sites, notamment au Canada, aux États-Unis, en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Australie. L'entreprise compte cinq sites au Canada, offrant ainsi une couverture nationale importante.

North Toronto Auction a débuté comme une vente aux enchères automobile réservée aux concessionnaires à Innisfil. Face à la demande croissante de la clientèle, l'entreprise a rapidement étendu ses activités aux ventes aux enchères publiques de voitures, de camions commerciaux, d'équipement lourd et de véhicules récréatifs. Des ventes aux enchères d'équipement lourd sont désormais organisées mensuellement, complétant ainsi la gamme automobile.

Euro Auctions Group acquires North Toronto Auction

North Toronto Auction specializes in industrial equipment, automotive and RV sales. Founded in 2002 by Matt Rispin, Frank Panza, and Stuart Ralph, North Toronto Auction has become a leading auction house in the Greater Toronto Area.

“The acquisition by the Euro Auctions Group, and aligning with our close Canadian allies Michener Allen and Jardine Auctions Inc, marks the next exciting chapter in our journey. This is a perfect fit for North Toronto Auction, and we’re excited for what lies ahead,” Rispin said.

Euro Auctions will retain NTA’s 64 employees and maintain the North Toronto Auction brand, both of which are highly valued by the group.

The business will continue to be led by Rispin and will operate from its state-of-the-art 17-acre auction facility in lnnisfil, Ontario.

North Toronto Auction began life as a dealer-only automotive auction in lnnisfil. Due to growing customer demand, the company quickly expanded into public auctions for cars, commercial trucks, heavy equipment and recreational vehicles. Heavy equipment auctions are now held monthly which have complemented the automotive base.

North Toronto Auction is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop van industriële apparatuur, auto's en campers. North Toronto Auction, opgericht in 2002 door Matt Rispin, Frank Panza en Stuart Ralph, is uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevend veilinghuis in de regio Groot-Toronto.
