John Deere a présenté sa nouvelle pelle 510 P-Tier de 51 tonnes, qui remplace la 470 P-Tier dans sa gamme.

Cette nouvelle machine est conçue pour offrir des performances exceptionnelles, un rendement énergétique accru et différents niveaux de technologie de gestion du nivellement.

S'appuyant sur la 470 P-Tier, la 510 P-Tier offre des coûts d'exploitation réduits et propose la technologie de contrôle du nivellement SmartGrade en option pour optimiser la productivité.

Équipée d'un moteur John Deere Power Systems de 9 litres, la 510 P-Tier offre les mêmes 367 ch et la même réactivité que le moteur 13,5 litres de la 470 P-Tier, tout en réduisant la consommation de carburant en fonction de l'application et de la vitesse de travail.

Cette efficacité accrue est due, en partie, à un nouveau système de refroidissement électronique à la demande qui remplace les ventilateurs hydrauliques traditionnels, réduisant ainsi la charge du moteur. Le système de refroidissement comprend 10 ventilateurs électriques qui optimisent la circulation de l'air tout en maintenant des performances de refroidissement adéquates.

« Nous avons conservé la même puissance nette pour offrir aux opérateurs les performances impressionnantes qu'ils attendent d'une machine de 51 tonnes », a déclaré Justin Steger, responsable marketing produit chez John Deere.

« La valeur ajoutée pour le client réside dans la réduction des coûts de possession et d'exploitation de cette machine. »

La 510 P-Tier est conçue pour réduire le coût total de possession, notamment grâce à une réduction de 10 % des coûts de maintenance et de 16 % des frais de réparation sur l'ensemble de son cycle de vie, par rapport à la 470 P-Tier.

Avec une profondeur d'excavation maximale de 8,37 mètres, la nouvelle 510 P-Tier offre les mêmes options de gestion de nivellement que la 470 P-Tier. Les opérateurs peuvent atteindre le nivellement plus rapidement et obtenir plus de points, ce qui permet d'éviter les reprises et les interventions supplémentaires sur le chantier dues à une excavation excessive. Les clients peuvent choisir entre le guidage 2D Grade, le SmartGrade Ready Control 2D ou le SmartGrade 3D complet.

De plus, le système de caméras droite, arrière et gauche avec éclairage LED est de série et intégré au moniteur principal de la machine. La nouvelle pelle John Deere 510 P-Tier est conçue pour une productivité élevée et une efficacité maximale, tout en réduisant les coûts d'exploitation, tout en offrant la fiabilité et les solutions technologiques attendues de John Deere.

John Deere debuts the 510 P-Tier excavator

John Deere has introduced its new 51-tonne 510 P-Tier excavator, which replaces the 470 P-Tier in the company’s lineup.

The new machine is designed to deliver exceptional performance, increased fuel efficiency and various levels of grade management technology.

Building on the foundation of the 470 P-Tier, the 510 P-Tier delivers lower operating costs and offers the optional SmartGrade grade control technology to maximize productivity.

With a 9-litre John Deere Power Systems engine, the 510 P-Tier delivers the same 367-hp and responsive performance as the 470 P-Tier’s larger 13.5-litre engine, while reducing fuel consumption, depending on application and operating speed.

The improved efficiency is thanks to, in part, a new electronic, on-demand cooling system that replaces traditional hydraulic fans, reducing engine load. The cooling package features 10 electric fans that optimize airflow, while maintaining adequate cooling performance.

“We maintained the same net horsepower to give operators the impressive performance they expect from a 51 metric ton machine,” said Justin Steger, Product Marketing Manager at John Deere.

“The additional value to the customer is found in lower ownership and operating costs with this machine.”

The 510 P-Tier is designed to reduce total cost of ownership, in part due to a 10 per cent decrease in maintenance costs and a 16 per cent drop in repair expenses, over the machine’s full lifecycle, compared to the 470 P-Tier.

Featuring an 8.37-metre maximum digging depth, the new 510 P-Tier offers the same grade management technology options as the 470 P-Tier. Operators can reach grade faster and achieve more points on grade, helping eliminate rework and additional jobsite inputs caused by over-excavation. Customers can choose from 2D Grade Guidance, 2D SmartGrade Ready Control or full 3D SmartGrade.

As well, the right, rear and left camera system with LED surround lighting comes standard and is integrated into the main monitor of the machine. The new John Deere 510 P-Tier excavator is designed for high productivity and maximum efficiency, offering reduced operating costs, all while delivering the reliability and technology solutions expected from John Deere.

John Deere heeft zijn nieuwe 51-tons 510 P-Tier graafmachine geïntroduceerd, die de 470 P-Tier in het assortiment van het bedrijf vervangt.

De nieuwe machine is ontworpen voor uitzonderlijke prestaties, een hogere brandstofefficiëntie en diverse niveaus van nivelleringtechnologie.

Voortbouwend op de basis van de 470 P-Tier, biedt de 510 P-Tier lagere bedrijfskosten en de optionele SmartGrade nivelleringtechnologie voor maximale productiviteit.

Met een 9-liter John Deere Power Systems-motor levert de 510 P-Tier dezelfde 367 pk en responsieve prestaties als de grotere 13,5-liter motor van de 470 P-Tier, terwijl het brandstofverbruik wordt verlaagd, afhankelijk van de toepassing en de werksnelheid.

De verbeterde efficiëntie is mede te danken aan een nieuw elektronisch, vraaggestuurd koelsysteem dat traditionele hydraulische ventilatoren vervangt, waardoor de motorbelasting wordt verlaagd. Het koelsysteem is voorzien van 10 elektrische ventilatoren die de luchtstroom optimaliseren en tegelijkertijd voldoende koelprestaties behouden.

"We hebben hetzelfde nettovermogen behouden om machinisten de indrukwekkende prestaties te bieden die ze van een machine van 51 ton verwachten", aldus Justin Steger, Product Marketing Manager bij John Deere.

"De extra waarde voor de klant zit in de lagere eigendoms- en bedrijfskosten van deze machine."

De 510 P-Tier is ontworpen om de totale eigendomskosten te verlagen, mede dankzij een daling van 10 procent in onderhoudskosten en een daling van 16 procent in reparatiekosten gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van de machine, vergeleken met de 470 P-Tier.

Met een maximale graafdiepte van 8,37 meter biedt de nieuwe 510 P-Tier dezelfde technologie voor niveaubeheer als de 470 P-Tier. Machinisten kunnen sneller het juiste niveau bereiken en meer punten op het juiste niveau bereiken, waardoor herbewerking en extra werk op de werklocatie door te veel graafwerk wordt voorkomen. Klanten kunnen kiezen uit 2D Grade Guidance, 2D SmartGrade Ready Control of volledige 3D SmartGrade.

Bovendien is het rechter-, achter- en linkercamerasysteem met led-surroundverlichting standaard en geïntegreerd in de hoofdmonitor van de machine. De nieuwe John Deere 510 P-Tier graafmachine is ontworpen voor hoge productiviteit en maximale efficiëntie, met lagere bedrijfskosten, en biedt tegelijkertijd de betrouwbaarheid en technologische oplossingen die u van John Deere mag verwachten.
