MGX Equipment Services, filiale du groupe Manitowoc, poursuit son développement en Amérique latine avec l'ouverture d'une nouvelle base opérationnelle à Lima, au Pérou. Cette implantation stratégique vise à rapprocher les équipes techniques des clients et à renforcer le support après-vente pour les secteurs les plus exigeants, notamment les mines, le pétrole et gaz ainsi que les grandes industries.

Véritable centre d'intervention, le nouveau site de Lima déploiera des techniciens hautement qualifiés spécialisés dans les équipements de levage et de manutention multimarques : grues, nacelles élévatrices, chariots télescopiques et autres machines lourdes. L'objectif est clair : intervenir directement sur les chantiers afin de réduire les temps d'arrêt, d'accélérer les réparations et d'optimiser la disponibilité des équipements, un atout majeur pour les exploitations situées dans des zones isolées où le transport des machines représente un coût considérable.

Au-delà des interventions d'urgence, MGX proposera une gamme complète de services comprenant maintenance préventive, réparations majeures, inspections techniques et formations spécialisées, permettant aux exploitants d'améliorer durablement la performance de leurs flottes.

MGX Equipment Services, a subsidiary of the Manitowoc Group, continues its expansion in Latin America with the opening of a new operational base in Lima, Peru. This strategic location aims to bring technical teams closer to customers and strengthen after-sales support for the most demanding sectors, including mining, oil and gas, and major industries.

A true intervention center, the new Lima site will deploy highly qualified technicians specializing in multi-brand lifting and handling equipment: cranes, aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and other heavy machinery. The objective is clear: to intervene directly on job sites to reduce downtime, accelerate repairs, and optimize equipment availability—a major advantage for operations located in remote areas where transporting machinery represents a significant cost.

Beyond emergency response, MGX will offer a full range of services including preventative maintenance, major repairs, technical inspections, and specialized training, enabling operators to sustainably improve the performance of their fleets.

MGX Equipment Services, een dochteronderneming van de Manitowoc Group, zet haar expansie in Latijns-Amerika voort met de opening van een nieuwe operationele basis in Lima, Peru.
