Marquera une étape majeure dans l’histoire de l’urbanisme numérique : Hangzhou s’apprête à accueillir la toute première édition de l’International Smart Space Exhibition (ISSE).

Organisé en septembre 2025 au Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Centre, et intégré au Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE), l’événement se tiendra sous le thème inspirant « Shaping the Future of Smart Space ». Plus qu’une vitrine, l’ISSE se veut un catalyseur d’innovations dans les domaines des bâtiments intelligents, des espaces publics urbains, des environnements commerciaux et du smart living.

Un carrefour d’innovation mondiale

Véritable aimant pour les fournisseurs technologiques, décideurs et leaders industriels, l’exposition proposera une immersion dans l’univers des espaces connectés. Dans le Hall 8, les visiteurs découvriront des zones thématiques allant des parcs zéro carbone aux systèmes de gestion de l’énergie, en passant par les data centers, hôtels intelligents et même des solutions de gérontechnologie adaptées à une population vieillissante.

Au cœur du programme, le Zero-Carbon Smart Space Experience, développé avec Siemens, offrira une expérience interactive inédite grâce aux digital twins. Les participants pourront se projeter dans un parc neutre en carbone, où efficacité énergétique et régulations intelligentes se vivent en temps réel.

Le Data Centre Zone, élaboré en collaboration avec le CIDC et IDC Quan, rassemblera des acteurs majeurs tels qu’AUX, Legrand, Shenling et Tellhow. Ils y présenteront les dernières avancées en matière de distribution électrique, de refroidissement, d’infrastructures serveurs et de maintenance opérationnelle – des enjeux clés à l’ère de la puissance de calcul exponentielle.

Des villes plus intelligentes

ISSE ne se limite pas aux bâtiments : il explore aussi comment les villes entières peuvent devenir plus connectées et durables. Le Digital City Zone, piloté par la Zhejiang Contractors Association, mettra en avant des projets d’infrastructures intégrées, de gouvernance numérique et d’outils de développement urbain digital.

Autre annonce phare : le lancement du cadre international pour l’économie numérique et le développement vert, une initiative portée par le Département du Commerce de la province du Zhejiang et le GDTE, avec la création d’un comité dédié au développement des villes numériques.

Les services urbains ne seront pas en reste : la société Roleds dévoilera ses innovations en éclairage intelligent, tandis qu’ATT PUMP, Shui Zhi Dao et Taiyu Information présenteront leurs solutions pour la gestion de l’eau et des archives urbaines.

La mobilité intelligente fera l’objet d’un focus inédit avec le Smart Parking Zone, en partenariat avec la China Parking Industry Conference. Des entreprises comme Xiziiparking et Zhongke Construction y proposeront des solutions concrètes pour lutter contre l’éternel problème des embouteillages et du manque de stationnement.

To be held in September 2025 at the Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Centre and integrated into the Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE), the event will be held under the inspiring theme "Shaping the Future of Smart Space." More than a showcase, the ISSE aims to be a catalyst for innovation in the fields of smart buildings, urban public spaces, commercial environments, and smart living.

A true magnet for technology suppliers, decision-makers, and industry leaders, the exhibition will offer an immersion into the world of connected spaces. In Hall 8, visitors will discover thematic areas ranging from zero-carbon parks to energy management systems, data centers, smart hotels, and even gerontechnology solutions adapted to an aging population.

At the heart of the program, the Zero-Carbon Smart Space Experience, developed with Siemens, will offer a unique interactive experience thanks to digital twins. The Data Center Zone, developed in collaboration with CIDC and IDC Quan, will bring together major players such as AUX, Legrand, Shenling, and Tellhow. Smarter Cities

ISSE isn't just about buildings: it also explores how entire cities can become more connected and sustainable. The Digital City Zone, led by the Zhejiang Contractors Association, will showcase integrated infrastructure projects, digital governance, and digital urban development tools.

Another key announcement: the launch of the International Framework for the Digital Economy and Green Development, an initiative led by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce and the GDTE, with the creation of a committee dedicated to the development of digital cities.
