mêlant nouveautés, prototypes et démonstrations en conditions réelles. Installé sur le stand L3, le constructeur mettra particulièrement en avant sa nouvelle génération de concasseurs à percussion, avec la première apparition publique du I-130RS.

Positionné entre les modèles I-120RS et I-140RS, ce nouvel impacteur a été conçu pour répondre aux besoins des exploitants recherchant un excellent compromis entre performances de concassage, mobilité et facilité de configuration sur chantier.

Dans la zone de démonstration carrière, les visiteurs pourront découvrir plusieurs machines en fonctionnement sur matériaux réels. La vedette des essais dynamiques sera le crible incliné 694, lancé en 2025, pensé pour les applications à haut rendement dans les carrières, mines, sablières ou encore le recyclage. Compatible avec une alimentation hybride, il peut fonctionner via une source électrique externe ou son moteur embarqué.

Finlay présentera également en avant-première le prototype du concasseur à cône C-1540+, attendu en production pour 2027. Cette nouvelle version bénéficie d’une chambre de concassage optimisée afin d’améliorer les performances de traitement et la maintenance. Les démonstrations seront complétées par le concasseur à mâchoires J-1170+, conçu pour offrir une forte capacité de production et des ratios de réduction élevés dans les applications de carrière comme de recyclage.

L’exposition statique accueillera par ailleurs plusieurs premières au Royaume-Uni, notamment le concasseur à mâchoires J-1280 équipé d’un pré-crible indépendant, d’un alimentateur rallongé et de vérins stabilisateurs. Les visiteurs pourront également découvrir le convoyeur TC-60 ainsi que le scalpeur lourd 883+.

Au-delà des équipements, Finlay mettra en avant son écosystème numérique et ses solutions d’assistance. Les visiteurs pourront découvrir la plateforme télématique T-LINK, le service de support technique Ask Finlay ainsi que TRAC, une solution multi-capteurs pilotée par intelligence artificielle via INNEX, destinée à optimiser les performances et la durabilité des installations de criblage.

At Hillhead 2026, Finlay will unveil a full range of mobile crushers and screens,

showcasing new products, prototypes, and real-world demonstrations. Located at booth L3, the manufacturer will particularly highlight its new generation of impact crushers, with the first public appearance of the I-130RS.

Positioned between the I-120RS and I-140RS models, this new impactor has been designed to meet the needs of operators seeking an excellent balance between crushing performance, mobility, and ease of on-site setup.

In the quarry demonstration area, visitors will be able to see several machines operating on real materials. The star of the dynamic tests will be the 694 inclined screen, launching in 2025, designed for high-throughput applications in quarries, mines, sand pits, and recycling facilities. Compatible with hybrid power, it can operate via an external electrical source or its onboard engine.

Finlay will also be previewing the prototype of the C-1540+ cone crusher, expected to enter production in 2027. This new version features an optimized crushing chamber to improve processing performance and maintenance. Demonstrations will be complemented by the J-1170+ jaw crusher, designed to deliver high production capacity and high reduction ratios in both quarrying and recycling applications.

The static display will also host several UK premieres, including the J-1280 jaw crusher equipped with an independent pre-screen, an extended feeder, and stabilizing jacks. Visitors will also be able to discover the TC-60 conveyor and the 883+ heavy-duty scalper.

Beyond equipment, Finlay will be showcasing its digital ecosystem and support solutions. Visitors will be able to discover the T-LINK telematics platform, the Ask Finlay technical support service, and TRAC, an AI-driven multi-sensor solution via INNEX, designed to optimize the performance and durability of screening plants.

Op Hillhead 2026 presenteert Finlay een compleet assortiment mobiele brekers en zeefmachines,

met nieuwe producten, prototypes en praktijkdemonstraties. Op stand L3 zal de fabrikant met name zijn nieuwe generatie impactbrekers in de schijnwerpers zetten, met de eerste publieke presentatie van de I-130RS.
