Lors de la restauration de la mythique fontaine de Trevi à Rome, une solution exceptionnelle a permis aux visiteurs d’approcher ce chef-d’œuvre baroque comme jamais auparavant. Au cœur du bassin temporairement asséché, une passerelle éphémère conçue avec le système modulaire PERI UP et l’escalier public PERI UP Public Stair a offert une expérience unique, alliant proximité, sécurité et respect du monument.

Adaptée à la géométrie complexe du site, la structure supportait jusqu’à 500 kg/m², garantissant une stabilité optimale même en forte affluence. Entièrement montée sans soudure ni découpe, elle protégeait la fontaine grâce à des appuis sur patins en caoutchouc et planches en bois, tandis que des panneaux multicouches assuraient un cheminement confortable et sûr. Démontable sans laisser de trace et entièrement réutilisable, cette réalisation illustre le savoir-faire de PERI dans la conception de solutions temporaires fiables, économiques et respectueuses du patrimoine, même dans les environnements les plus sensibles.

During the restoration of Rome’s iconic Trevi Fountain, an exceptional solution allowed visitors to experience this Baroque masterpiece like never before. In the heart of the temporarily drained basin, a temporary walkway designed with the PERI UP modular system and the PERI UP Public Stair offered a unique experience, combining proximity, safety, and respect for the monument.

Adapted to the site’s complex geometry, the structure supported up to 500 kg/m², ensuring optimal stability even during peak times. Assembled entirely without welding or cutting, it protected the fountain with rubber pads and wooden planks, while multi-layered panels provided a comfortable and safe passage. Dismantled without leaving a trace and fully reusable, this project exemplifies PERI’s expertise in designing reliable, cost-effective, and heritage-respectful temporary solutions, even in the most sensitive environments.

Tijdens de restauratie van de iconische Trevifontein in Rome bood een uitzonderlijke oplossing bezoekers de mogelijkheid om dit barokke meesterwerk als nooit tevoren te beleven. In het hart van het tijdelijk leeggepompte bassin bood een tijdelijke loopbrug, ontworpen met het modulaire systeem van PERI UP en de openbare trap van PERI UP, een unieke ervaring die nabijheid, veiligheid en respect voor het monument combineerde.

De constructie, aangepast aan de complexe geometrie van de locatie, kon tot 500 kg/m² dragen en garandeerde optimale stabiliteit, zelfs tijdens piekuren. De constructie werd volledig zonder lassen of zagen gemonteerd en beschermde de fontein met rubberen kussens en houten planken, terwijl meerlaagse panelen een comfortabele en veilige doorgang boden. De constructie is volledig herbruikbaar en kan zonder sporen te verwijderen worden gedemonteerd. Dit project illustreert de expertise van PERI in het ontwerpen van betrouwbare, kosteneffectieve en erfgoedvriendelijke tijdelijke oplossingen, zelfs in de meest gevoelige omgevingen.
