La présentation spéciale se concentrera sur la production d'asphalte

Pour rendre l’avenir de la construction routière plus durable, le plus grand potentiel de levier réside dans le domaine de la production d’asphalte. Avec le premier brûleur au monde pouvant être alimenté exclusivement avec de l’hydrogène vert, Benninghoven présente une solution révolutionnaire pour l’avenir, déjà disponible sur le marché aujourd’hui. Outre la dernière génération de brûleurs destinés à être utilisés avec des carburants alternatifs, la présentation spéciale sur le stand présentera également d'autres technologies pour la production durable d'asphalte.

Le nouveau concasseur à percussion mobile MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe fait sa première apparition au Royaume-Uni à Hillhead 2024. La gamme NEO est la nouvelle classe efficace et compacte de Kleemann. Grâce à ses dimensions compactes et à son faible poids de transport, le MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe peut être utilisé de manière flexible, rapide et dans une très grande variété d'applications. Il est facilement possible de travailler dans des espaces restreints sur des chantiers ou dans des lieux de travail qui changent fréquemment. Les activités s'étendent de différentes applications de recyclage, telles que le traitement du béton, des gravats et de l'asphalte, jusqu'au traitement de la pierre naturelle tendre à moyennement dure. Deux finisseurs de route Vögele célèbrent également leur première à Hillhead, qui, compte tenu des scénarios de projet envisagés, ne pourraient tout simplement pas être plus différents. Amongst other things, the focus from 25 to 27 June will be on exciting premières for the British market, including the world’s first burner that can be fuelled exclusively with green hydrogen. On top of this, trade visitors to Stand Q1 at the show will be able to take a closer look and discover more about the digital solutions from the Wirtgen Group.
The focus of the special presentation will be on asphalt production

On the road to making the future of road construction more sustainable, the greatest leverage potential lies in the field of asphalt production. With the world’s first burner that can be fuelled exclusively with green hydrogen, Benninghoven presents a ground-breaking solution for the future that is already on the market today. Alongside the latest generation of burners for use with alternative fuels, the special presentation at the stand will also be showcasing further technologies for sustainable asphalt production.

The new mobile impact crusher MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe is making its premiere appearance in the UK at Hillhead 2024. The NEO line is the new efficient, compact class from Kleemann. Thanks to its compact dimensions and a low transport weight, the MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe can be used flexibly, quickly and in a very wide variety of applications. Operation in tight spaces on work sites or in frequently changing places of work is easily possible. Operation ranges from different recycling applications, such as the processing of concrete, rubble and asphalt, to the processing of soft to medium-hard natural stone. All-electric operation is possible with the MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEOe variant.

Also celebrating their premières at Hillhead are two Vögele road pavers that, in view of their intended project scenarios, simply couldn’t be more different. On the one hand, the MINI 500 compact paver, a machine that, with a minimum paving width of only 0.25 m, is predestined for working in the tightest spaces on particularly small construction sites. On the other hand, we have the new, Dash 5 generation, SUPER 1900-5(i) Highway Class paver, which, with paving widths of up to 11.5 m, is deployed primarily on motorways or other large-scale infrastructure projects.
Digitalisation as a driver of safety and sustainability

Alongside machine efficiency and alternative applications and methods, digitalisation and connected system solutions are important drivers for more sustainability in the road construction process chain. “Digital assistance systems, telematics solutions and the automation of processes will contribute to an increase in the efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout the road construction process chain and simultaneously further reduce CO₂ emissions”, explains Paul Holmes, Managing Director of the British Wirtgen Group subsidiary Wirtgen Ltd.

Van 25 tot en met 27 juni ligt de focus onder meer op spannende premières voor de Britse markt, waaronder de eerste brander ter wereld die uitsluitend op groene waterstof kan worden gestookt. Bovendien kunnen vakbezoekers van Stand Q1 op de beurs de digitale oplossingen van de Wirtgen Group van dichterbij bekijken en ontdekken.
De nadruk van de speciale presentatie ligt op de asfaltproductie

Op weg naar het duurzamer maken van de toekomst van de wegenbouw ligt het grootste hefboompotentieel op het gebied van de asfaltproductie. Met ’s werelds eerste brander die uitsluitend op groene waterstof kan worden gestookt, presenteert Benninghoven een baanbrekende oplossing voor de toekomst die vandaag al op de markt is. Naast de nieuwste generatie branders voor gebruik met alternatieve brandstoffen worden tijdens de speciale presentatie op de stand ook andere technologieën voor duurzame asfaltproductie getoond.

De nieuwe mobiele impactbreker MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe beleeft zijn première in Groot-Brittannië op Hillhead 2024. De NEO-lijn is de nieuwe efficiënte, compacte klasse van Kleemann. Dankzij de compacte afmetingen en een laag transportgewicht is de MR 100(i) NEO/NEOe flexibel, snel en in zeer uiteenlopende toepassingen inzetbaar. Bediening in krappe ruimtes op werkplekken of op vaak wisselende werkplekken is eenvoudig mogelijk. De exploitatie varieert van verschillende recyclingtoepassingen, zoals de verwerking van beton, puin en asfalt, tot de verwerking van zachte tot middelharde natuursteen. Volledig elektrische bediening is mogelijk met de MOBIREX MR 100(i) NEOe-variant.

Ook vieren twee Vögele-wegbestratings hun première op Hillhead die, gezien hun beoogde projectscenario's, simpelweg niet méér van elkaar konden verschillen. Enerzijds de compacte bestratingsafwerkmachine MINI 500, een machine die met een minimale bestratingsbreedte van slechts 0,25 m voorbestemd is voor het werken in de krapste ruimtes op bijzonder kleine bouwplaatsen. Aan de andere kant hebben we de nieuwe, Dash 5 generatie, SUPER 1900-5(i) Highway Class bestratingsafwerkmachines, die met bestratingsbreedtes tot 11,5 m vooral worden ingezet op snelwegen of andere grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten.
Digitalisering als motor van veiligheid en duurzaamheid

Naast machine-efficiëntie en alternatieve toepassingen en methoden zijn digitalisering en geconnecteerde systeemoplossingen belangrijke drijfveren voor meer duurzaamheid in de procesketen van de wegenbouw. “Digitale assistentiesystemen, telematicaoplossingen en de automatisering van processen zullen bijdragen aan een verhoging van de efficiëntie en kosteneffectiviteit in de hele procesketen van de wegenbouw en tegelijkertijd de CO₂-uitstoot verder verminderen”, legt Paul Holmes, Managing Director van de Britse dochteronderneming van de Wirtgen Group, uit Wirtgen Ltd.
