Renta Group a acquis Hederén Maskinuthyrning, une société de location générale suédoise comptant plus de 30 employés et un chiffre d'affaires annuel d'environ 70 millions de SEK (6,1 millions d'euros). Aucun détail financier de la transaction n'a été révélé.

Fondée en 1989, Hyrpoolen opère à partir de deux dépôts à Stockholm et est active dans les secteurs de la construction, de l'industrie et des services.

Renta Group has acquired Hederén Maskinuthyrning, a Swedish general rental company with more than 30 employees and annual revenues of approximately SEK 70 million (€6.1 million). No financial details of the transaction have been revealed.

Founded in 1989, Hyrpoolen operates from two depots in Stockholm and is active in the construction, industry, and service sectors.

Renta says the acquisition allows it to expand its presence in the southern and eastern parts of Stockholm and is “perfectly aligned” with its strategy to strengthen its position in the capital region, while also reinforcing its strategic step in building a nationwide network in Sweden, where it now 54 depots.
