Afin d'optimiser l'espace et d'augmenter la productivité sur une ligne de production d'éléments préfabriqués en béton (blocs, dalles, pavés, etc.), nous pouvons installer un chariot à doigts rotatif.

La rotation et la translation sont simultanées et permettent ainsi de gagner entre 15 et 20% de temps par rapport à l'utilisation d'une voiture standard. L'opérateur peut contrôler et diriger la voiture à distance à l'aide d'une commande wifi depuis la cabine centrale. Il est également équipé d'un système d'assistance en ligne.

Sur une ligne de production avec chariot à doigts rotatif, l'élévateur, le descendeur et le chariot à doigts sont situés dans la zone de séchage, ce qui permet un contrôle fin de la température et de l'humidité.

Le chariot à doigts peut atteindre différentes hauteurs d'étagères en fonction de la taille de l'installation.

In order to optimize space and increase productivity on a production line of precast concrete (blocks, slabs, paving stones, etc.), we can install a rotating finger car.

The rotation and the translation are simultaneous and thus save between 15 and 20% of time compared to the use of a standard car. The operator can control and steer the finger car remotely using a wifi command from the central cabin. It is also equipped with an online assistance system.

On a production line with a rotating finger car, the elevator, the descender and the finger car are located in the drying area, which allows for fine control of temperature and humidity.

The finger car can reach different shelf heights depending on the size of the installation.

Om de ruimte te optimaliseren en de productiviteit te verhogen op een productielijn van prefab beton (blokken, platen, straatstenen, enz.), kunnen we een roterende vingerwagen installeren.

De rotatie en de translatie zijn gelijktijdig en besparen zo tussen de 15 en 20% tijd in vergelijking met het gebruik van een standaard auto. De machinist kan de vingerwagen op afstand bedienen en besturen met behulp van een wifi-commando vanuit de centrale cabine. Het is ook uitgerust met een online assistentiesysteem.

Op een productielijn met een roterende vingerwagen bevinden de lift, de daler en de vingerwagen zich in de droogruimte, waardoor temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid nauwkeurig geregeld kunnen worden.

Afhankelijk van de grootte van de installatie kan de vingerwagen verschillende rekhoogtes bereiken.
