Schwarzmüller dévoile le RH100 : la semi-remorque plateau extensible pensée pour les charges extrêmes

À l’occasion du salon NUFAM 2025, Schwarzmüller lève le voile sur une innovation marquante : la RH100, une semi-remorque plateau 3 essieux avec châssis extensible, conçue pour répondre aux défis les plus exigeants du transport spécialisé.

Avec une structure centrale extensible jusqu’à 7 000 mm, le RH100 conjugue un châssis en acier léger et des équipements robustes pour offrir une combinaison optimale de souplesse d’utilisation et de capacité de charge. Résultat : une polyvalence inégalée pour déplacer les charges les plus volumineuses et complexes – qu’il s’agisse de pièces de grue, conteneurs, machines industrielles ou matériaux de construction extra-longs.

Capable de supporter jusqu’à 20 tonnes de charge ponctuelle sur 5 mètres, le RH100 se distingue par sa solidité et sa conception bien pensée. La surface de chargement de 13 500 mm peut être allongée par paliers de 500 mm, grâce à un système pneumatique de verrouillage complété par un voyant lumineux de sécurité. Le design du col de cygne, d’une hauteur réduite à seulement 100 mm, permet un plan de chargement bas (env. 1 010 mm), facilitant ainsi les opérations de chargement et déchargement, notamment via les rampes fournies de série.

Pour assurer un arrimage sûr et flexible, Schwarzmüller a intégré une large palette d’équipements :

4 paires d’anneaux d’arrimage de 8 t

9 paires d’anneaux de 10 t

10 paires de champignons d’arrimage intégrés au cadre extérieur

de nombreux logements pour poteaux amovibles répartis sur toute la surface

8 ranchers galvanisés à chaud (1 500 mm de hauteur utile)

des verrous pour conteneurs (1x40ft, 2x20ft, 1x30ft, etc.)

Côté technologie, le RH100 ne fait aucun compromis. Il est équipé d’un relevage automatique d’essieu, d’un troisième essieu suiveur avec blocage de marche arrière, d’un système de contrôle de pression des pneus Optitire, ainsi que du Smart Board de WABCO, qui fournit des données essentielles comme les charges par essieu ou le kilométrage. De plus, le véhicule intègre de série le SWIT (Schwarzmüller Intelligent Telematics) pour une gestion connectée et efficace.

Schwarzmüller Unveils the RH100: The Extendable Flatbed Semi-Trailer Designed for Extreme Loads

At NUFAM 2025, Schwarzmüller unveils a significant innovation: the RH100, a 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer with an extendable chassis, designed to meet the most demanding challenges of specialized transport.

With a central structure extendable up to 7,000 mm, the RH100 combines a lightweight steel chassis with robust equipment to offer an optimal combination of flexibility and load capacity. The result: unparalleled versatility for moving the largest and most complex loads – whether crane parts, containers, industrial machinery, or extra-long construction materials.

Capable of supporting up to 20 tons of point load over 5 meters, the RH100 stands out for its robustness and thoughtful design. The 13,500 mm loading surface can be extended in 500 mm increments, thanks to a pneumatic locking system complemented by a safety indicator light. The gooseneck design, with a height reduced to just 100 mm, allows for a low loading surface (approx. 1,010 mm), thus facilitating loading and unloading operations, particularly via the ramps provided as standard.

To ensure secure and flexible lashing, Schwarzmüller has integrated a wide range of equipment:

4 pairs of 8-ton lashing rings

9 pairs of 10-ton lashing rings

10 pairs of lashing mushrooms integrated into the outer frame

Numerous removable post holders distributed throughout the entire surface

8 hot-dip galvanized stakes (1,500 mm usable height)

Container locks (1 x 40 ft, 2 x 20 ft, 1 x 30 ft, etc.)

In terms of technology, the RH100 makes no compromises. It is equipped with an automatic axle lift, a third steering axle with reverse lock, an Optitire tire pressure monitoring system, and the WABCO Smart Board, which provides essential data such as axle loads and mileage. In addition, the vehicle features SWIT (Schwarzmüller Intelligent Telematics) as standard for connected and efficient management.

Op NUFAM 2025 onthult Schwarzmüller een belangrijke innovatie: de RH100, een 3-assige vlakke oplegger met een uitschuifbaar chassis, ontworpen om de meest veeleisende uitdagingen van gespecialiseerd transport aan te gaan.

Met een centrale constructie die tot 7.000 mm uitschuifbaar is, combineert de RH100 een lichtgewicht stalen chassis met een robuuste uitrusting voor een optimale combinatie van flexibiliteit en laadvermogen. Het resultaat: ongeëvenaarde veelzijdigheid voor het verplaatsen van de grootste en meest complexe ladingen – of het nu gaat om kraanonderdelen, containers, industriële machines of extra lange bouwmaterialen.

De RH100 kan tot 20 ton puntlast over 5 meter dragen en onderscheidt zich door zijn robuustheid en doordachte ontwerp. Het laadoppervlak van 13.500 mm kan in stappen van 500 mm worden verlengd dankzij een pneumatisch vergrendelingssysteem, aangevuld met een veiligheidsindicatielampje. Het zwanenhalsontwerp, met een hoogte van slechts 100 mm, maakt een laag laadvlak mogelijk (circa 1.010 mm), wat het laden en lossen vergemakkelijkt, met name via de standaard aanwezige oprijplaten.

Voor een veilige en flexibele sjorring heeft Schwarzmüller een breed scala aan uitrusting geïntegreerd:

4 paar sjorringen van 8 ton

9 paar sjorringen van 10 ton

10 paar sjorpaddestoelen geïntegreerd in het buitenframe

Talrijke verwijderbare paalhouders verdeeld over het gehele oppervlak

Op technologisch vlak doet de RH100 geen concessies. Hij is uitgerust met een automatische aslift, een derde gestuurde as met achteruitrijblokkering, een Optitire bandenspanningscontrolesysteem en het WABCO Smart Board, dat essentiële gegevens zoals aslasten en kilometerstanden levert. Bovendien is het voertuig standaard voorzien van SWIT (Schwarzmüller Intelligent Telematics) voor een geconnecteerd en efficiënt beheer.
