 S'appuyant sur les retours d'expérience de ses clients réguliers depuis une dizaine d'années, SECMAIR a récemment développé une nouvelle interface homme-machine en cabine alliant confort accru des opérateurs et performances optimisées. Son nom? CABINE INTELLIGENTE.

C'est bien connu. Un opérateur qui applique régulièrement des solutions d'entretien des routes doit effectuer plusieurs actions différentes : corriger le dosage de l'émulsion et/ou des granulats, adapter la largeur de travail de la rampe de pulvérisation, sélectionner le tronçon de route à rapiécer, etc. Presque un authentique jeu de Tetris sur la route , tout sauf évident à manipuler.

Parallèlement, l'opérateur doit garder un œil sur la route, notamment en milieu urbain, où les chantiers deviennent de plus en plus réguliers et délicats à gérer. Il doit tout à la fois être conscient de la conduite des autres, rester concentré sur sa zone de travail, faire face aux éventuels obstacles qui se profilent, tout en maîtrisant les dimensions de son véhicule.

On comprend alors comment une bonne ergonomie en cabine, à la fois optimisée et intégrée (grâce à un écran unique) apporte à la fois rapidité et précision aux actions continues de l'opérateur. Bref, des conditions de travail améliorées, un opérateur attentif concentré sur son chantier et des conditions de sécurité accrues pour tous.

La conception de la nouvelle ergonomie de la cabine a donc été pensée suite à une étude avec les opérateurs pour répondre au mieux à leurs besoins. Il était primordial pour nous d'associer une évaluation forte des dernières innovations techniques à une prise en compte efficace des expériences de nos clients afin d'apporter la réponse la plus pertinente possible.

Des composants de haute qualité, conçus pour un usage professionnel, ont été sélectionnés pour garantir la meilleure durée de fonctionnement possible du système.

Les fonctions essentielles sont plus facilement accessibles, facilitant ainsi la prise en main du matériel, l'intérêt pour le travail et une optimisation de l'utilisation de la machine.

Pour résumer, la nouvelle cabine ergonomique SECMAIR, c'est :

Un écran tactile couleur HD 12" unique (1280x800) regroupant les fonctions de base du Chipsealer (dosage), un système de patching de contrôle assisté (New Pilot), des caméras de recul et la traçabilité

Un accoudoir ergonomique avec un mini joystick pour un contrôle rapide et précis

Une meilleure intégration de la console dans l'environnement de la cabine

Une approche clairement orientée vers l'usage et le bon sens.

Ce nouvel environnement ergonomique (accoudoir + écran) sera étendu à notre gamme dès le début de l'année 2023.

 Based on regular customers’ feedback over the past ten years, SECMAIR has recently developed a new cabin-located human-machine interface allying increased operators’ comfort and optimized performances. Its name? SMART CAB.

It is well-known. An operator applying road maintenance solutions steadily needs to perform several different actions: correct the emulsion and/or aggregates dosage, adapt the working width of the spray bar, select the road section to be patched, etc. Almost an authentic Tetris game on the road, all but obvious to handle.

At the same time, the operator must keep an eye on the road, especially in urban environments, which are jobsites becoming more regular and delicate to cope with. He must all at once be aware of other people’s driving, stay focus on his working zone, deal with the potential looming obstacles, while keeping his vehicle’s dimensions under control.

One hence understands how a good ergonomic in the cabin, both optimized and integrated (thanks to a single screen) provides both speed and accuracy to the operator’s continuous actions. In a nutshell, some improved working conditions, an alert operator focused on his jobsite, and increased security conditions for all.

The design of the new cabin ergonomics was therefore thought out following a study with operators to best meet their needs. It was critical for us to associate a strong assessment of the last technical innovations with an effective consideration of our clients’ experiences in order to come up with the most possible relevant answer.

High quality components, designed for professional use, were selected to ensure the best possible operating time of the system.

The essential functions are easier to reach, facilitating thus the handling of the equipment, the interest for the work and an optimization of the use of the machine.

To summarize, the new ergonomic cabin SECMAIR, it’s :

A unique HD colour 12” touch screen (1280x800) uniting the basic functions of the Chipsealer (dosage), an assisted control patching system (New Pilot), rear view cameras and traceability

An ergonomic armrest with a mini joystick for fast and precise control

A better integration of the console into the cabin environment

An approach clearly oriented towards use and common sense.

This new ergonomic environment (armrest + screen) will be extended to our range from the beginning of the year 2023.

 Gebaseerd op de feedback van vaste klanten van de afgelopen tien jaar, heeft SECMAIR onlangs een nieuwe mens-machine-interface in de cabine ontwikkeld die het comfort van de machinist en geoptimaliseerde prestaties verenigt. Zijn naam? SLIMME CABINE.

Het is bekend. Een operator die oplossingen voor wegenonderhoud toepast, moet verschillende acties uitvoeren: de dosering van de emulsie en/of toeslagstoffen corrigeren, de werkbreedte van de sproeibalk aanpassen, het weggedeelte selecteren dat moet worden hersteld, enz. Bijna een authentiek Tetris-spel op de weg , alles behalve duidelijk te hanteren.

Tegelijkertijd moet de machinist de weg in de gaten houden, vooral in stedelijke omgevingen, waar werkterreinen regelmatiger en delicater worden om mee om te gaan. Hij moet zich in één keer bewust zijn van het rijgedrag van andere mensen, zich op zijn werkgebied concentreren, omgaan met de potentieel dreigende obstakels, terwijl hij de afmetingen van zijn voertuig onder controle houdt.

Men begrijpt dus hoe een goede ergonomie in de cabine, zowel geoptimaliseerd als geïntegreerd (dankzij een enkel scherm) zowel snelheid als nauwkeurigheid geeft aan de continue handelingen van de machinist. Kortom, een aantal verbeterde werkomstandigheden, een alerte machinist die zich op zijn werkterrein concentreerde en betere veiligheidsomstandigheden voor iedereen.

Het ontwerp van de nieuwe ergonomie van de cabine is daarom bedacht na een studie met operators om zo goed mogelijk aan hun behoeften te voldoen. Het was voor ons van cruciaal belang om een ​​sterke beoordeling van de laatste technische innovaties te associëren met een effectieve afweging van de ervaringen van onze klanten om tot het meest relevante antwoord te komen.

Componenten van hoge kwaliteit, ontworpen voor professioneel gebruik, werden geselecteerd om de best mogelijke bedrijfstijd van het systeem te garanderen.
