Sur le chantier du parc industriel AVENTIN Dyje, en République tchèque, la nouvelle usine de SANBORN s.r.o. prend forme à un rythme soutenu. Au cœur de cette réalisation de 7.047 m², confiée à IMA Construction, une machine s'impose comme le véritable catalyseur de productivité : la SENNEBOGEN 683 E.

Conçue pour les opérations de levage les plus exigeantes, cette grue télescopique sur chenilles assure l'installation des éléments préfabriqués en béton avec une précision remarquable. Son atout majeur réside dans la combinaison d'une forte capacité de levage, d'une longue portée et de sa fonction pick-and-carry, qui lui permet de déplacer les charges tout en roulant. Une caractéristique qui élimine les repositionnements permanents imposés aux grues mobiles conventionnelles et accélère considérablement le montage de la structure.

Les conditions de terrain, renforcées par une couche stabilisée à la chaux et des matériaux recyclés, mettent également en valeur les qualités du châssis sur chenilles. Grâce à sa large surface d'appui, la 683 E conserve une stabilité exemplaire, même sous la pluie, la neige ou le gel, garantissant des opérations sûres là où les grues sur pneus atteignent rapidement leurs limites.

Cette efficacité opérationnelle s'est traduite par un résultat concret : malgré un démarrage retardé d'une semaine, la structure du hall a été achevée une semaine avant le calendrier initial. Une performance rendue possible par la parfaite coordination entre les opérateurs de grue, les équipes de montage et la direction du chantier.

At the AVENTIN Dyje industrial park construction site in the Czech Republic, SANBORN s.r.o.'s new factory is taking shape at a rapid pace. At the heart of this 7,047 m² project, entrusted to IMA Construction, one machine stands out as the true catalyst for productivity: the SENNEBOGEN 683 E.

Designed for the most demanding lifting operations, this telescopic crawler crane ensures the installation of precast concrete elements with remarkable precision. Its key advantage lies in the combination of a high lifting capacity, a long reach, and its pick-and-carry function, which allows it to move loads while driving. This feature eliminates the constant repositioning required by conventional mobile cranes and significantly speeds up the assembly of the structure.

The challenging terrain, enhanced by a lime-stabilized base course and recycled materials, also highlights the capabilities of the crawler chassis. Thanks to its wide contact patch, the 683 E maintains exceptional stability, even in rain, snow, or frost, ensuring safe operations where wheeled cranes quickly reach their limits.

This operational efficiency translated into a tangible result: despite a one-week delay in the start date, the hall structure was completed a week ahead of schedule. This achievement was made possible by the seamless coordination between the crane operators, the assembly teams, and the site management.

For IMA Construction, this marks their first collaboration with SENNEBOGEN telescopic cranes. A particularly successful initial trial, further strengthened by the technical support of the distributor INTERMARKET, which was praised for the quality of its assistance throughout the project.

With the 683 E, SENNEBOGEN demonstrates once again that mobility, stability, and versatility have become essential drivers for accelerating the construction of modern industrial infrastructure, while simultaneously improving site safety and profitability.

Op de bouwplaats van industriepark AVENTIN Dyje in Tsjechië vordert de bouw van de nieuwe fabriek van SANBORN s.r.o. in een rap tempo. In het hart van dit 7.047 m² grote project, dat is toevertrouwd aan IMA Construction, staat één machine centraal als ware katalysator voor de productiviteit: de SENNEBOGEN 683 E.

Deze telescopische rupskraan is ontworpen voor de meest veeleisende hijswerkzaamheden en zorgt voor de installatie van prefab betonelementen met opmerkelijke precisie. Het belangrijkste voordeel is de combinatie van een hoog hefvermogen, een groot bereik en de pick-and-carry-functie, waarmee lasten tijdens het rijden kunnen worden verplaatst. Deze functie elimineert het constante herpositioneren dat nodig is bij conventionele mobiele kranen en versnelt de montage van de constructie aanzienlijk.

Het uitdagende terrein, versterkt door een kalkgestabiliseerde fundering en gerecyclede materialen, benadrukt eveneens de capaciteiten van het rupschassis. Dankzij het brede contactoppervlak behoudt de 683 E een uitzonderlijke stabiliteit, zelfs bij regen, sneeuw of vorst, waardoor veilige werkzaamheden gegarandeerd zijn waar mobiele kranen snel hun grenzen bereiken.

Deze operationele efficiëntie vertaalde zich in een tastbaar resultaat: ondanks een vertraging van een week in de startdatum, werd de halconstructie een week eerder dan gepland voltooid. Dit werd mogelijk gemaakt door de naadloze coördinatie tussen de kraanmachinisten, de montageteams en de projectleiding.

Voor IMA Construction markeert dit de eerste samenwerking met SENNEBOGEN telescoopkranen. Een bijzonder succesvolle eerste proef, die verder werd versterkt door de technische ondersteuning van distributeur INTERMARKET, die werd geprezen voor de kwaliteit van de assistentie gedurende het hele project.
