À l’occasion du salon CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, Sinoboom a présenté le SmartHub Screen, sa nouvelle interface de commande grand format destinée aux nacelles télescopiques de grande hauteur. Cette évolution technologique marque une étape importante dans la stratégie de digitalisation du constructeur, avec pour objectif d’optimiser l’exploitation des machines, la maintenance et la gestion des flottes.

Conçu pour offrir une expérience utilisateur plus intuitive et plus performante, le SmartHub Screen repose sur quatre piliers majeurs : le diagnostic intelligent sans intervention manuelle, la visualisation complète de l’état de la machine, une sécurité renforcée des accès et une interface multilingue disponible en huit langues.

Un diagnostic intelligent pour réduire les temps d’arrêt

L’une des principales innovations du SmartHub Screen réside dans ses capacités avancées de diagnostic. Grâce à une bibliothèque de défauts enrichie, à des procédures de réparation guidées et aux mises à jour à distance OTA (Over-The-Air), les techniciens peuvent identifier et résoudre rapidement les anomalies sans recourir à des outils spécifiques. Cette approche vise à simplifier les opérations de maintenance tout en limitant les immobilisations des équipements.

Une visibilité complète de l’état de la machine

Basée sur une architecture réseau CAN structurée, la nouvelle interface fournit une visualisation claire et détaillée des paramètres de fonctionnement de la machine. Les opérateurs et responsables de maintenance bénéficient ainsi d’une meilleure compréhension de l’état des équipements, facilitant le diagnostic et le suivi opérationnel.

L’ergonomie a également été revue avec une navigation optimisée, un paramétrage simplifié des identifiants CAN et des fonctions de calibration des capteurs plus accessibles, améliorant ainsi l’expérience utilisateur au quotidien.

Une sécurité renforcée et une traçabilité accrue

Le SmartHub Screen intègre un système de sécurité avancé reposant sur un contrôle d’accès entièrement traçable. Un dispositif de mots de passe dynamiques à plusieurs niveaux garantit une gestion sécurisée des connexions et des autorisations d’utilisation.

Par ailleurs, la fonction EDR (Event Data Recorder), comparable à une boîte noire, a été améliorée afin d’assurer un enregistrement fiable des données et des historiques d’exploitation. Ces informations constituent un outil précieux pour l’analyse des incidents et l’identification des causes racines en cas de dysfonctionnement.

At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, Sinoboom presented SmartHub Screen, its new large-format control interface for high-reach telescopic boom lifts. This technological advancement marks a significant step in the manufacturer's digitalization strategy, with the goal of optimizing machine operation, maintenance, and fleet management.

Designed to offer a more intuitive and efficient user experience, SmartHub Screen is based on four key pillars: intelligent diagnostics without manual intervention, comprehensive visualization of machine status, enhanced access security, and a multilingual interface available in eight languages.

Intelligent Diagnostics to Reduce Downtime

One of the SmartHub Screen's main innovations lies in its advanced diagnostic capabilities. Thanks to an enhanced fault library, guided repair procedures, and over-the-air (OTA) updates, technicians can quickly identify and resolve issues without the need for specialized tools. This approach aims to simplify maintenance operations while minimizing equipment downtime.

Complete machine status visibility

Based on a structured CAN network architecture, the new interface provides a clear and detailed visualization of machine operating parameters. Operators and maintenance managers thus benefit from a better understanding of equipment status, facilitating diagnostics and operational monitoring.

The user interface has also been improved with optimized navigation, simplified CAN ID configuration, and more accessible sensor calibration functions, enhancing the daily user experience.

Enhanced security and traceability

The SmartHub Screen incorporates an advanced security system based on fully traceable access control. A multi-level dynamic password system ensures secure management of connections and user permissions.

Furthermore, the Event Data Recorder (EDR) function, comparable to a black box, has been enhanced to ensure reliable recording of data and operating history. This information is a valuable tool for incident analysis and root cause analysis in the event of malfunctions.
