Skanska JV signe un projet de traitement des eaux usées aux États-Unis
Une coentreprise dirigée par Skanska a signé un contrat pour des travaux dans une usine de traitement des eaux usées à New York, aux États-Unis.
Skanska travaillera avec RJ Industries sur le contrat du Département de la protection de l'environnement de la ville de New York à l'installation de récupération des ressources en eaux usées de Hunts Point dans le Bronx. Le contrat total vaut 309 millions de dollars américains (237 millions de livres sterling) et la part de Skanska vaut environ 248 millions de dollars américains (190 millions de livres sterling).
Le contrat comprend l'installation de béton coulé sur place, d'un poste de garde préfabriqué et de passerelles, d'équipements électriques, de chauffage, de ventilation et de plomberie, d'instrumentation et de contrôle, de dégagement du site, d'excavation et d'aménagement paysager final.
La construction débutera ce printemps et devrait s'achever en mars 2026.

Skanska JV signs for US wastewater project
A Skanska-led joint venture has signed a contract for work at a wastewater treatment works in New York, USA.
Skanska will work with RJ Industries on the New York City Department of Environmental Protection contract at Hunts Point Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility in the Bronx. The total contract is worth US$309m (£237m) and Skanska's share is worth about US$248m (£190m).
The contract includes the installation of cast-in-place concrete, a prefabricated guardhouse and walkway bridges, electric, heating, ventilation and plumbing equipment, instrumentation and controls, site clearance, excavation and final landscaping.
Construction will begin this spring and is scheduled for completion in March 2026.

Een door Skanska geleide joint venture heeft een contract getekend voor werkzaamheden bij een afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie in New York, VS.
Skanska zal samenwerken met RJ Industries aan het contract voor milieubescherming van het New York City Department of Environmental Protection in de Hunts Point Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility in de Bronx. Het totale contract heeft een waarde van US $ 309 miljoen (£ 237 miljoen) en het aandeel van Skanska is ongeveer US $ 248 miljoen (£ 190 miljoen) waard.
