À l’occasion du salon Svenska Maskinmässan 2026 à Stockholm, la société suédoise Steelwrist franchit une nouvelle étape dans l’évolution des tiltrotateurs. Le constructeur dévoile deux nouveaux modèles de sa gamme de troisième génération, les XTR7 et XTR13, tout en lançant officiellement SuperProp, une technologie hydraulique brevetée qui promet un niveau inédit de précision, d’efficacité énergétique et de contrôle.

Avec désormais sept modèles XTR couvrant les pelles de 2 à 23 tonnes, Steelwrist dispose de l’une des offres les plus complètes du marché. Conçue pour améliorer la productivité, la sécurité et la polyvalence des excavatrices, la gamme XTR combine rotation à 360°, inclinaison à 45°, géométrie optimisée, lubrification embarquée OptiLube et système de contrôle intelligent QuantumConnect.

La grande nouveauté reste toutefois SuperProp, une technologie hydraulique proportionnelle entièrement compensée en pression. Développée pour éliminer les pertes énergétiques et maintenir un débit constant, elle permet d’utiliser simultanément plusieurs fonctions — inclinaison, rotation, grappin, outils hydrauliques et mouvements de la pelle — sans compromettre la fluidité ni la précision des opérations. Résultat : un comportement plus réactif, une consommation énergétique réduite et une efficacité accrue, un avantage particulièrement stratégique à l’heure où les pelles électriques gagnent du terrain.

L’écosystème est complété par QuantumConnect, une plateforme numérique connectée qui simplifie l’installation, la configuration et la maintenance des tiltrotateurs grâce à des applications intelligentes, des mises à jour à distance et des fonctions avancées d’assistance aux opérateurs.

Pour marquer cet événement, Steelwrist déploiera à Stockholm son plus grand stand jamais présenté en Suède : 1 000 m² d’exposition, cinq excavatrices équipées de tiltrotateurs, des démonstrations en direct et l’intégralité de sa gamme de coupleurs rapides et d’outils de travail.

Au-delà des innovations produits, le fabricant poursuit également son engagement au sein de l’initiative Open-S, qui s’impose progressivement comme la référence mondiale des coupleurs automatiques ouverts. At the Svenska Maskinmässan 2026 trade fair in Stockholm, the Swedish company Steelwrist is taking another step forward in the evolution of tiltrotators. The manufacturer is unveiling two new models in its third-generation range, the XTR7 and XTR13, while officially launching SuperProp, a patented hydraulic technology that promises unprecedented levels of precision, energy efficiency, and control.

With seven XTR models now covering excavators from 2 to 23 tons, Steelwrist boasts one of the most comprehensive offerings on the market. Designed to improve the productivity, safety, and versatility of excavators, the XTR range combines 360° rotation, 45° tilt, optimized geometry, OptiLube on-board lubrication, and the intelligent QuantumConnect control system.

The major innovation, however, remains SuperProp, a fully pressure-compensated proportional hydraulic technology. Developed to eliminate energy losses and maintain constant flow, it allows for the simultaneous use of multiple functions—tilt, rotation, grapple, hydraulic tools, and excavator movements—without compromising the smoothness or precision of operations. The result: more responsive behavior, reduced energy consumption, and increased efficiency, a particularly strategic advantage as electric excavators gain ground.

The ecosystem is completed by QuantumConnect, a connected digital platform that simplifies the installation, configuration, and maintenance of tiltrotators through intelligent applications, over-the-air updates, and advanced operator assistance features.

To mark this event, Steelwrist will deploy its largest stand ever in Sweden in Stockholm: 1,000 m² of exhibition space, five excavators equipped with tiltrotators, live demonstrations, and its entire range of quick couplers and work tools.

Beyond product innovations, the manufacturer is also continuing its commitment to the Open-S initiative, which is gradually establishing itself as the global benchmark for open automatic couplers. Now with 29 international members, this standard promotes interoperability, safety, and freedom of choice between equipment from different manufacturers.

Op de Svenska Maskinmässan 2026 vakbeurs in Stockholm zet het Zweedse bedrijf Steelwrist een volgende stap in de evolutie van kantelrotators. De fabrikant onthult twee nieuwe modellen in zijn derde generatie, de XTR7 en XTR13, en introduceert officieel SuperProp, een gepatenteerde hydraulische technologie die ongekende precisie, energie-efficiëntie en controle belooft.

Met zeven XTR-modellen voor graafmachines van 2 tot 23 ton, beschikt Steelwrist over een van de meest complete assortimenten op de markt.
