Takeuchi élargit sa gamme de pelles série 300 avec l'introduction de la TB320. Le nouvel ajout appartient à la classe des deux tonnes du fabricant et présente une conception d’orientation arrière conventionnelle pour améliorer la capacité de levage et la stabilité.
Takeuchi propose également le système télématique de gestion de flotte (TFM) en option pour le TB320.

Selon Clay Eubanks, directeur des ventes mondiales de Takeuchi : « La demande de pelles de la catégorie des deux tonnes augmente régulièrement. Le TB320 est suffisamment compact pour s'attaquer aux travaux dans des espaces urbains restreints ou dans des endroits à accès limité.

« Malgré sa taille réduite, elle offre des niveaux de confort, de puissance et de performances généralement associés aux pelles plus grandes. Il est facilement transportable, ce qui en fait un choix polyvalent pour diverses applications, depuis les travaux publics en milieu urbain jusqu'au creusement et au nivellement sur des sites résidentiels.

Dans sa configuration auvent, le TB320 pèse 1 930 kg, tandis que la version équipée d'une cabine pèse 2 060 kg. La pelle est équipée d'un moteur diesel conforme aux normes européennes Stage V, délivrant 12,0 kW de puissance et jusqu'à 52,7 Nm de couple. Le TB320 offre une force d'arrachement du godet de 17,0 kN, une force d'arrachement du bras de 9,1 kN, une force de traction de 21,1 kN et une profondeur d'excavation maximale de 2 370 mm.

Les configurations auvent et cabine sont toutes deux équipées d'un circuit auxiliaire principal raccordé au bras central. Ils comportent jusqu'à quatre ports de service, augmentant ainsi les options d'accessoires hydrauliques et la polyvalence.

Le port d'entretien 1 est contrôlé par un interrupteur coulissant proportionnel sur le joystick gauche de la machine, fournissant un débit élevé de 40 L/minute, ce qui le rend compatible avec une large gamme d'accessoires à entraînement hydraulique. Les galets de roulement à triple flasque de la pelle améliorent la durée de vie des chenilles en offrant un meilleur soutien et en réduisant le risque de déraillement.

Takeuchi propose également le système télématique de gestion de flotte (TFM) en option pour le TB320. L'entreprise affirme que TFM contribue à réduire les temps d'arrêt et à contrôler les coûts en fournissant des informations sur l'état et l'état de la machine, la durée de fonctionnement (heures), l'emplacement de la machine, des diagnostics à distance, des rappels de maintenance programmés et des alertes personnalisables.

Takeuchi is expanding its 300 Series excavator range with the introduction of the TB320. The new addition belongs to the manufacturer’s two-tonne class and features a conventional tail swing design to enhance lifting capacity and stability.

According to Clay Eubanks, Takeuchi’s director of global sales, “The demand for excavators in the two-tonne class is steadily increasing. The TB320 is compact enough to tackle jobs in tight urban spaces or locations with limited access.

“Despite its smaller size, it delivers levels of comfort, power, and performance typically associated with larger excavators. It’s easily transportable, making it a versatile choice for various applications, from utility work in city environments to digging and grading on residential sites.”

In its canopy configuration, the TB320 weighs 1,930 kg, while the cab-equipped version weighs 2,060 kg. The excavator is equipped with a diesel engine that complies with EU Stage V standards, delivering 12.0 kW of power and up to 52.7 Nm of torque. The TB320 offers a bucket breakout force of 17.0 kN, an arm breakout force of 9.1 kN, a traction force of 21.1 kN, and a maximum digging depth of 2,370 mm.

Both the canopy and cab configurations come with a primary auxiliary circuit plumbed to the mid-arm. They feature up to four service ports, increasing hydraulic attachment options and versatility.

Service Port 1 is controlled by a proportional slider switch on the machine’s left joystick, providing a high flow of 40 L/minute, making it compatible with a wide range of hydraulically driven attachments. The excavator’s triple-flange track rollers enhance track life by providing greater support and reducing the risk of track derailment.

Takeuchi also offers the optional Fleet Management (TFM) telematics system for the TB320. The company says that TFM helps reduce downtime and control costs by providing machine health and condition information, run time (hours), machine location, remote diagnostics, scheduled maintenance reminders, and customizable alerts.
