Une alliance aux ambitions globales

L'opération reste soumise à l’approbation des actionnaires et des autorités de régulation de la concurrence, avec une finalisation attendue pour le premier semestre 2026. Tata s’est engagé à maintenir le siège historique d’Iveco à Turin, ainsi que l’ensemble de ses infrastructures industrielles à travers l’Europe, témoignant d’un respect appuyé pour l’ancrage territorial et l’héritage industriel de la marque italienne.

À l’issue de ce rapprochement, un géant industriel verra le jour, pesant près de 22 milliards d’euros de chiffre d’affaires annuel et totalisant plus de 540 000 véhicules produits chaque année. Le groupe combiné opérera depuis deux marchés nationaux majeurs : l’Europe (représentant 50 % du chiffre d’affaires) et l’Inde (35 %), tout en poursuivant une stratégie de conquête active sur les marchés nord-américain, sud-américain, asiatique et africain.
