Capable de produire jusqu’à 300 tonnes par heure de sable déshydraté à partir d’un châssis modulaire unique, le FM 300 Compact™ s’impose comme une solution idéale pour les exploitants à la recherche d’un sable propre, conforme aux spécifications, tout en optimisant l’espace disponible sur site.
Derrière son encombrement réduit se cache une technologie complète et parfaitement intégrée : une cuve de collecte, une pompe à boue centrifuge, un ensemble d’hydrocyclones haute efficacité et un crible de déshydratation haute fréquence fonctionnent de concert pour éliminer argiles et fines avec une précision remarquable. Le système peut produire jusqu’à deux qualités distinctes de sable lavé, tout en conservant une empreinte compacte de seulement 10,13 m de hauteur, 5,36 m de largeur et 8,69 m de longueur.
Conçu pour durer, le FM 300 Compact™ intègre des composants d’usure remplaçables en caoutchouc ou en céramique, prolongeant ainsi la durée de vie de la machine dans les environnements les plus exigeants. Les hydrocyclones, revêtus de caoutchouc, assurent une séparation efficace des particules inférieures à 75 microns (#200), tandis que l’ensemble des tuyauteries de boue est entièrement doublé pour une résistance accrue à l’abrasion.
Le crible de déshydratation à mouvement linéaire et haute fréquence est dimensionné pour traiter l’intégralité du débit de 300 tph. Ses panneaux modulaires en polyuréthane permettent un remplacement rapide et simplifié. Un système de régulation automatique du niveau par flotteur garantit un volume constant dans la cuve, protégeant la pompe contre le fonctionnement à sec et assurant une production stable, quelles que soient les variations d’alimentation.
L’ergonomie et la sécurité n’ont pas été laissées au hasard. Les zones de maintenance sont facilement accessibles, les supports d’isolation vibratoire Marsh Mellow™ réduisent les contraintes structurelles, et des arrêts d’urgence sont judicieusement répartis sur l’installation. Des passerelles entièrement galvanisées avec planchers en GRP offrent un accès sécurisé aux zones opérationnelles, tandis qu’un réservoir incliné et une goulotte de décharge à faible friction limitent l’accumulation de matériaux fins et favorisent un écoulement fluide.

At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, Terex Washing Systems will unveil the FM 300 Compact™, the flagship and largest model in its FM Compact™ range. Designed to meet the most demanding requirements of modern quarries, this new system embodies the perfect combination of power, compactness, and performance.
Capable of producing up to 300 tonnes per hour of dewatered sand from a single modular chassis, the FM 300 Compact™ is the ideal solution for operators seeking clean, specification-compliant sand while optimizing available on-site space.
Behind its compact footprint lies a comprehensive and seamlessly integrated technology: a collection tank, a centrifugal slurry pump, a set of high-efficiency hydrocyclones, and a high-frequency dewatering screen work together to remove clays and fines with remarkable precision. The system can produce up to two distinct grades of washed sand, all while maintaining a compact footprint of just 10.13 m high, 5.36 m wide, and 8.69 m long.
Built for durability, the FM 300 Compact™ incorporates replaceable rubber or ceramic wear components, extending the machine's lifespan in the most demanding environments. The rubber-lined hydrocyclones ensure efficient separation of particles smaller than 75 microns (#200), while all slurry piping is fully lined for increased abrasion resistance.
The high-frequency, linear motion dewatering screen is sized to handle the entire 300 tph throughput. Its modular polyurethane panels allow for quick and easy replacement. An automatic float-based level control system ensures a constant tank volume, protecting the pump from dry running and guaranteeing stable production regardless of feed variations.
Ergonomics and safety have not been overlooked. Maintenance areas are easily accessible, Marsh Mellow™ vibration isolation mounts reduce structural stress, and emergency shutdowns are strategically placed throughout the installation. Fully galvanized walkways with GRP flooring provide safe access to operational areas, while an inclined tank and a low-friction discharge chute minimize the accumulation of fine material and promote smooth flow.
