Op een wegenbouwplaats is gewicht een wapen. Met de CP28 drijft Dynapac deze logica tot het uiterste: gepresenteerd als 's werelds zwaarste pneumatische wals, kan hij variëren van 10,5 tot een indrukwekkende bedrijfsmassa van 31 ton.

Het geheim zit hem in een modulair ballastsysteem met drie afgesloten compartimenten. Stalen platen, water, nat zand of andere materialen zorgen ervoor dat de machine snel kan worden aangepast aan de eisen van de bouwplaats.
