Dans le segment très recherché des chargeuses sur pneus articulées, TOBROCO-GIANT monte au créneau en introduisant la toute nouvelle version télescopique de sa très populaire série G2700. TOBROCO-GIANT a ajouté pas moins de 3 nouveaux modèles à sa gamme.
Grande portée et excellente visibilité

Les G2700 TELE HD et G2700 TELE HD+ sont équipés d'un moteur Kubota de 50 ch, tandis que la G2700E TELE est la première chargeuse sur pneus télescopique électrique de TOBROCO-GIANT.
Offrant aux clients tous les avantages associés à sa conception compacte largement reconnue, la machine offre une hauteur maximale du point d'articulation de 3711 mm, augmentant la hauteur de levage de 48 % par rapport aux modèles X-TRA et de 24 % par rapport aux modèles standard. La partie avant du châssis est basée sur le modèle G2700 X-TRA, qui offre une excellente visibilité sur l'accessoire et génère un centre de gravité relativement bas. L'option Stabilo offre le plus haut niveau de stabilité et permet à l'opérateur de continuer à travailler en toute sécurité dans des conditions de terrain très difficiles et inégales.
Système de guidage intelligent

Toutes les conduites hydrauliques standard sont logées à l'intérieur de la flèche télescopique, ce qui améliore la visibilité et la protection contre les corps étrangers. TOBROCO-GIANT a optimisé la cinématique* permettant aux fourches à palettes de rester complètement parallèles lorsque le bras de levage est levé ou abaissé.

Les modèles G2700 TELE sont équipés d'un système unique de guidage d'accouplement hydraulique (HCG), offrant un accès facile et n'interférant pas avec l'accessoire pour une sécurité accrue. En conséquence, la longueur du tuyau hydraulique n'est jamais compromise par la position de l'accessoire par rapport à l'angle de l'accessoire, améliorant la sécurité et évitant les fuites.

Les modèles G2700 TELE disposent en standard d'une fonction hydraulique double effet (mécanique). Avec 2 fonctions hydrauliques supplémentaires à double effet (proportionnelles), un raccord d'huile de fuite, un haut débit et une option de retour libre, les G2700 HD TELE et G2700 HD+ TELE aideront les clients à faire fonctionner leur machine dans une large gamme d'applications pour renforcer encore la rentabilité. Le G2700E TELE dispose d'une fonction hydraulique supplémentaire à double effet (proportionnelle), d'un raccord d'huile de fuite et d'une option de retour libre. Tous les modèles G2700 peuvent être adaptés aux demandes spécifiques du client, de la cabine au toit de sécurité et toutes sortes d'options comme par ex. phares de travail, radios et contrepoids.

Tout comme le G2700E, le G2700E TELE est équipé de 2 moteurs électriques. Un moteur de 7 kW entraîne les roues et permet d'accélérer rapidement jusqu'à 20 km/h, délivrant une force de traction inégalée. Un deuxième moteur de 12 kW alimente l'hydraulique à distance, assurant une productivité suffisante avec une capacité allant jusqu'à 40 l/min de débit d'huile. Ce chargeur télescopique électrique ne produit aucune émission et contribue directement à un air plus pur et à une meilleure santé pour les animaux et les humains. De plus, il accomplit ses tâches de manière silencieuse.

Le G2700E TELE est livré en standard avec une batterie Li-ion de 260 Ah, sans entretien, et peut éventuellement être mis à niveau vers une batterie de 390 Ah ou 520 Ah, selon les besoins du client. Le chargeur embarqué assure une batterie standard à charger de 20% à 80% en 3,5 heures. Afin d'améliorer considérablement la disponibilité, le chargeur rapide externe de 300 A permet un temps de charge de la batterie de 520 Ah de 20 % à 80 %, en seulement 50 minutes.

In the highly sought after segment of articulated wheel loaders, TOBROCO-GIANT steps up to the plate by introducing the all new telescopic version of their highly successful G2700 series. TOBROCO-GIANT has added no less than 3 new models to its line-up.
High reach and excellent visibility

G2700 TELE HD and G2700 TELE HD+ feature a 50 hp Kubota engine, whilst the G2700E TELE is the first electric telescopic wheel loader from TOBROCO-GIANT.
Providing customers with all the advantages associated with its widely recognized compact design, the machine delivers a maximum height of the hinge point of 3711 mm, boosting the lifting height by 48% compared to the X-TRA models and 24% compared to the standard models. The front section of the frame is based on the G2700 X-TRA model, which provides excellent visibility on the attachment and generates a relative low center of gravity. The Stabilo option provides the highest level of stability and enables the operator to continue working safely in highly challenging and uneven ground conditions.
Smart guiding system

All standard hydraulic lines are accommodated inside the telescopic boom, which results in enhanced visibility and protection against foreign objects. TOBROCO-GIANT has optimized the kinematic* allowing for the pallet forks to remain completely parallel when the lifting arm is raised or lowered.

The G2700 TELE models are equipped with a unique Hydraulic Coupling Guiding system (HCG), providing easy access and does not interfere with the attachment for enhanced security. As a result, the length of the hydraulic hose is never compromised by the position of the attachment in relation to the angle of the attachment, enhancing safety and avoiding leakages.

The G2700 TELE models feature a double acting hydraulic function (mechanical) as standard. With optional 2 extra double acting hydraulic functions (proportional), leak oil connection, High Flow and a free return option, the G2700 HD TELE and G2700 HD+ TELE will help customers to run their machine in a wide range of applications to further strengthen profitability. The G2700E TELE has one optional extra double acting hydraulic function (proportional), leak oil connection and a free return option. All G2700 models can be adapted to the customer’s specific demands, from cabin to safety roof and all kinds of options like e.g. working lights, radios and counterweights.

Just like the G2700E, the G2700E TELE is equipped with 2 electric motors. A 7 kW motor driving the wheels and enables to accelerate rapidly up to 20km/h, delivering unrivalled pulling force. A second 12 kW motor powers the remote hydraulics, ensuring sufficient productivity with a capacity up to 40l/min oil flow. This electric telescopic loader produces zero emissions and contributes directly to cleaner air and better health for animals and humans. Moreover, it performs its tasks in a silent fashion.

The G2700E TELE comes standard with a 260 Ah, maintenance free, Li-ion battery, and optionally to be upgraded to 390 Ah or 520 Ah battery, depending on customer requirements. The on-board charger ensures a standard battery to be charged from 20% up to 80% in 3,5 hours. In order to significantly improve uptime, the external 300A fast charger enables a charging time of the 520 Ah battery from 20% up to 80%, in just 50 minutes.

In het zeer gewilde segment van knikgestuurde wielladers, stapt TOBROCO-GIANT naar de plaat door de geheel nieuwe telescopische versie van hun zeer succesvolle G2700-serie te introduceren. TOBROCO-GIANT heeft maar liefst 3 nieuwe modellen aan haar assortiment toegevoegd.
Hoog bereik en uitstekend zicht

De G2700 TELE HD en de G2700 TELE HD+ hebben een Kubota-motor van 50 pk, terwijl de G2700E TELE de eerste elektrische telescopische wiellader van TOBROCO-GIANT is.
De machine biedt klanten alle voordelen van het alom erkende compacte ontwerp en levert een maximale hoogte van het scharnierpunt van 3711 mm, waardoor de hefhoogte met 48% toeneemt in vergelijking met de X-TRA-modellen en met 24% in vergelijking met de standaardmodellen. De G2700E TELE heeft één optionele extra dubbelwerkende hydraulische functie (proportioneel), lekolie-aansluiting en een vrije retourmogelijkheid. Alle G2700-modellen kunnen worden aangepast aan de specifieke wensen van de klant, van cabine tot veiligheidsdak en allerlei opties zoals b.v. werklampen, radio's en contragewichten.

Net als de G2700E is de G2700E TELE voorzien van 2 elektromotoren. Een motor van 7 kW drijft de wielen aan en maakt een snelle acceleratie tot 20 km/u mogelijk, wat een ongeëvenaarde trekkracht levert. Een tweede motor van 12 kW drijft de externe hydrauliek aan en zorgt voor voldoende productiviteit met een capaciteit tot 40 l/min oliestroom. Deze elektrische verreiker produceert geen uitstoot en draagt direct bij aan schonere lucht en een betere gezondheid van dier en mens. Bovendien voert het zijn taken geruisloos uit.

De G2700E TELE wordt standaard geleverd met een onderhoudsvrije Li-ion-accu van 260 Ah en kan optioneel worden geüpgraded naar een accu van 390 Ah of 520 Ah, afhankelijk van de wensen van de klant. De ingebouwde lader zorgt ervoor dat een standaard accu in 3,5 uur van 20% tot 80% wordt opgeladen. Om de inzetbaarheid aanzienlijk te verbeteren, maakt de externe snellader van 300 A een laadtijd van de 520 Ah-accu van 20% tot 80% mogelijk in slechts 50 minuten.
