À Hillhead 2026, Terex Washing Systems a dévoilé une machine conçue autour d’une idée simple : faire plus, avec moins.

L’AggreScrub P80 concentre sur un unique châssis modulaire cinq fonctions essentielles du traitement humide : précriblage, lavage intensif, criblage final, séparation des contaminants et gestion des boues.

Destinée aux matériaux fortement contaminés issus du BTP, de la démolition, des terrassements ou des carrières, la P80 attaque argiles, limons, matières organiques et contaminants légers pour transformer une alimentation complexe en produits lavés, propres et réguliers.

Au cœur du dispositif, le PowerScrub à double arbre impose son rythme. Ses pales en spirale provoquent une intense attrition pierre contre pierre, tandis que l’angle réglable adapte le temps de séjour aux conditions d’alimentation. Les entraînements indépendants à fort couple facilitent également les démarrages en charge et réduisent les risques de blocage.

Après le lavage, un crible incliné triple étage de 2,4 × 1,2 m produit jusqu’à trois fractions lavées. Un système de pulvérisation assure le rinçage final, tandis qu’un crible dédié de 1,8 × 0,6 m extrait plastiques et matières organiques.

Compacte, transportable et pensée pour une installation rapide, la P80 associe ainsi simplicité d’implantation, capacité de traitement et qualité du produit final.

The AggreScrub P80 combines five essential wet processing functions—pre-screening, intensive washing, final screening, contaminant separation, and sludge management—into a single modular chassis.

Designed for heavily contaminated materials from construction, demolition, earthmoving, and quarrying, the P80 tackles clays, silts, organic matter, and light contaminants to transform complex feedstock into washed, clean, and consistent products.

At the heart of the system, the twin-shaft PowerScrub sets the pace. Its spiral blades create intense stone-on-stone attrition, while the adjustable angle adapts the residence time to the feed conditions. Independent, high-torque drives also facilitate load starts and reduce the risk of blockages.

After washing, a 2.4 × 1.2 m triple-deck inclined screen produces up to three washed fractions. A spray system provides the final rinse, while a dedicated 1.8 × 0.6 m screen removes plastics and organic matter.

Compact, transportable, and designed for rapid installation, the P80 combines ease of setup, processing capacity, and high-quality end product.

And when sand becomes the priority, Terex Washing Systems complements its offering with the FM60C, a compact recovery system using hydrocyclones and a dewatering screen to recover one or two grades of sand.

Op Hillhead 2026 onthulde Terex Washing Systems een machine die is ontworpen rond een eenvoudig idee: meer doen met minder.

De AggreScrub P80 combineert vijf essentiële natte verwerkingsfuncties – voorzeven, intensief wassen, eindzeven, verontreinigingsscheiding en slibbeheer – in één modulair chassis.

De P80 is ontworpen voor sterk vervuilde materialen uit de bouw, sloop, grondverzet en steengroeven en pakt klei, slib, organisch materiaal en lichte verontreinigingen aan om complexe grondstoffen om te zetten in gewassen, schone en consistente producten.

Het hart van het systeem wordt gevormd door de PowerScrub met dubbele as. De spiraalvormige messen zorgen voor intense wrijving tussen de stenen, terwijl de verstelbare hoek de verblijftijd aanpast aan de samenstelling van de grondstof. Onafhankelijke aandrijvingen met hoog koppel vergemakkelijken bovendien het starten van de lading en verminderen het risico op verstoppingen.

Na het wassen produceert een schuin geplaatste drielaagse zeef van 2,4 × 1,2 m tot drie gewassen fracties. Een sproeisysteem zorgt voor de laatste spoeling, terwijl een speciale zeef van 1,8 × 0,6 m plastic en organisch materiaal verwijdert.
