Aujourd'hui, des pays du monde entier s'efforcent d'atteindre une efficacité encore plus élevée de la consommation d'électricité en adoptant des mécanismes et des normes avancés dans la construction, en installant des équipements économes en énergie et en introduisant d'autres mesures globales.
D'ici 2030, la consommation annuelle ouzbèke d'énergie électrique par habitant devrait atteindre 2 665 kWh, soit 71,4 %, contre 1 903 kWh en 2018. Dans le même temps, cette valeur est nettement inférieure à celle de pays comme la Corée (9 711 kWh), Chine (4 292 kWh), Russie (6 257 kWh), Kazakhstan (5 133 kWh) ou Turquie (2 637 kWh) à fin 2018.
L'efficacité énergétique et les économies d'énergie sont parmi les facteurs les plus importants pour la mise en œuvre réussie des réformes économiques et sociales en cours en Ouzbékistan. Augmenter l'efficacité énergétique de l'économie tout en diminuant sa consommation d'énergie serait crucial pour un meilleur approvisionnement en énergie électrique à travers le pays.

Depuis juin 2022, Kant Cement Plant, JSC, qui fait partie de notre holding, a commencé le revêtement de son four rotatif utilisé pour la production de ciment. Le garnissage de ce four contribuera à réduire les pertes de chaleur et à améliorer l'efficacité énergétique de la production en général. La différence de température dans le four avant et après le revêtement est d'environ 100 degrés Celsius. Les travaux de revêtement ont été réalisés avec des briques RMAG-H2 qui offrent une meilleure résistance à l'usure et une plus longue durée de vie. De plus, des briques réfractaires HALBOR–400 ont également été utilisées.

Today, countries of all over the world strive for even higher efficiency of electricity consumption by adopting advanced mechanisms and standards in construction, installing energy-efficient equipment, and introducing other comprehensive measures.
By 2030, Uzbek annual consumption of electric energy per capita is expected to grow up to 2,665 kWh, or by 71.4 %, compared to 1,903 kWh in 2018. At the same time, this value is significantly lower than that in countries like Korea (9,711 kWh), China (4,292 kWh), Russia (6,257 kWh), Kazakhstan (5,133 kWh) or Turkey (2,637 kWh) as of the end of 2018.
Energy efficiency and energy-saving are among the most important factors for the successful implementation of ongoing economic and social reforms in Uzbekistan. Increasing the energy efficiency of the economy while also decreasing its energy consumption would be crucial for better electric energy provision across the country.

Since June 2022, Kant Cement Plant, JSC, which is part of our holding, has begun lining of its rotary kiln used for cement production. Lining of this kiln will help reduce heat losses and improve the energy efficiency of the production in general. The temperature difference in the kiln before and after lining is about 100 degrees Celsius. The lining works were performed using RMAG–H2 bricks that boast improved wear resistance and longer service life. In addition, HALBOR–400 refractory bricks were also used.

Tegenwoordig streven landen van over de hele wereld naar een nog hogere efficiëntie van het elektriciteitsverbruik door geavanceerde mechanismen en normen in de bouw toe te passen, energiezuinige apparatuur te installeren en andere uitgebreide maatregelen te nemen.
Tegen 2030 zal het Oezbeekse jaarlijkse verbruik van elektrische energie per hoofd van de bevolking naar verwachting groeien tot 2.665 kWh, ofwel met 71,4 %, vergeleken met 1.903 kWh in 2018. Tegelijkertijd is deze waarde aanzienlijk lager dan die in landen als Korea (9.711 kWh), China (4.292 kWh), Rusland (6.257 kWh), Kazachstan (5.133 kWh) of Turkije (2.637 kWh) per eind 2018.
Energie-efficiëntie en energiebesparing behoren tot de belangrijkste factoren voor de succesvolle uitvoering van de lopende economische en sociale hervormingen in Oezbekistan. Het verhogen van de energie-efficiëntie van de economie en het verminderen van het energieverbruik zou van cruciaal belang zijn voor een betere levering van elektrische energie in het hele land.

Het bekleden van deze oven zal warmteverliezen helpen verminderen en de energie-efficiëntie van de productie in het algemeen verbeteren. Het temperatuurverschil in de oven voor en na het bekleden is ongeveer 100 graden Celsius. De bekledingswerken werden uitgevoerd met RMAG-H2-stenen die een verbeterde slijtvastheid en een langere levensduur hebben. Daarnaast werden ook HALBOR-400 vuurvaste stenen gebruikt.
De United Cement Group is de grootste cementholding in Centraal-Azië, met een totale productiecapaciteit van 7,6 miljoen ton.
