L'éditeur américain de logiciels Aptean a racheté Mistral Group, l'éditeur français de logiciels ERP pour les loueurs et distributeurs de matériels BTP et agricoles. Le vendeur était la société de capital-investissement Omnes Capital et d'autres actionnaires privés.
Les logiciels Mistral sont utilisés par plus de 500 concessionnaires, distributeurs, loueurs et ateliers en France.

US software company Aptean has acquired Mistral Group, the French developer of ERP software for rental companies and distributors of construction and agricultural equipment. The seller was private equity company Omnes Capital and other private shareholders.
Mistral’s software is used by more than 500 dealers, distributors, rental companies and workshops in France.

Aptean, which is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA, said it would leverage its global scale and resources to accelerate Mistral’s growth and broaden its offer to existing customers.

It also has modules for field technicians, fleet management and customer relationship management (CRM).
Aptean’s ERP systems are sold to sectors including fashion, manufacturing, retail, life sciences and equipment dealer management.

Het Amerikaanse softwarebedrijf Aptean heeft Mistral Group overgenomen, de Franse ontwikkelaar van ERP-software voor verhuurbedrijven en distributeurs van bouw- en landbouwmachines. De verkoper was private equity-bedrijf Omnes Capital en andere particuliere aandeelhouders.
De software van Mistral wordt gebruikt door meer dan 500 dealers, distributeurs, verhuurbedrijven en werkplaatsen in Frankrijk.
