À Steinexpo 2026, Wirtgen Group entend marquer les esprits avec une vitrine technologique consacrée au concassage et au recyclage. La grande attraction du salon sera la première mondiale du concasseur à percussion Kleemann MOBIREX MR 130 EVO, une nouvelle génération de machines conçue pour offrir davantage de performances, de sécurité et de rentabilité aux exploitants de carrières.

Véritable pièce maîtresse du stand, le MR 130 EVO embarque un crible secondaire à double étage capable de produire simultanément deux granulométries finales. Son nouveau système Lock & Turn Quick Access facilite les opérations de maintenance grâce à un accès plus rapide, plus sûr et plus ergonomique au concasseur. La machine bénéficie également du concept d'entraînement D-DRIVE, associé à une nouvelle génération de moteurs plus sobres en carburant et plus silencieux, tandis que son système d'évacuation des métaux a été optimisé pour les applications de recyclage.

Kleemann présentera également une chaîne complète de production pour la pierre naturelle, associant le concasseur à mâchoires MOBICAT MC 120 PRO, le concasseur à cône MOBICONE MCO 90 EVO2 équipé d'un crible secondaire à double étage, ainsi que le crible de classification MOBISCREEN MSC 952 EVO. Steinexpo 2026: Wirtgen Group Unveils the New Kleemann MOBIREX MR 130 EVO World Premiere

At Steinexpo 2026, Wirtgen Group aims to make a strong impression with a technological showcase dedicated to crushing and recycling. The main attraction of the trade fair will be the world premiere of the Kleemann MOBIREX MR 130 EVO impact crusher, a new generation of machines designed to offer quarry operators greater performance, safety, and profitability.

A true centerpiece of the stand, the MR 130 EVO features a double-deck secondary screen capable of simultaneously producing two final particle sizes. Its new Lock & Turn Quick Access system facilitates maintenance operations thanks to faster, safer, and more ergonomic access to the crusher. The machine also benefits from the D-DRIVE drive concept, combined with a new generation of more fuel-efficient and quieter engines, while its metal discharge system has been optimized for recycling applications.

Kleemann will also be showcasing a complete natural stone production line, combining the MOBICAT MC 120 PRO jaw crusher, the MOBICONE MCO 90 EVO2 cone crusher equipped with a double-deck secondary screen, and the MOBISCREEN MSC 952 EVO classification screen. Thanks to the intelligent interconnection of the various units, this installation is capable of producing up to four finished products with a continuous, uninterrupted production flow.

Another major new product is the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO, the largest scalping screen in the PRO range, making its market debut. Designed for coarse materials in quarries, it accepts blocks measuring 880 x 550 x 330 mm and boasts an impressive capacity of up to 750 tons per hour. Its high degree of modularity allows for quick adaptation of screening parameters to different site conditions.

The show will continue with a live demonstration of the Wirtgen Rock Crusher WRC 240 X. This mobile, wheeled unit is capable of crushing rock, compacted layers, demolition concrete, or paving stones at a rate of up to 600 tons per hour, showcasing the group's expertise in quarrying, road infrastructure, and recycling.
