À l’occasion du salon NordBau 2025, le Wirtgen Group a de nouveau démontré son rôle de pionnier dans le domaine de la construction routière. Le groupe a mis en avant des solutions de compaction automatisée, avec un accent particulier sur l’asphalte tiède, qui s’imposera dès 2027 comme nouveau standard en Allemagne en raison des nouvelles normes d’exposition aux fumées de bitume.

Des solutions coordonnées pour l’asphalte du futur

Dans le cadre de l’exposition spéciale intitulée « Warm mix asphalt – the future of asphalt construction », les spécialistes du groupe ont présenté des solutions parfaitement intégrées pour la production, la mise en œuvre et la compaction de l’asphalte tiède.
Deux vedettes ont particulièrement retenu l’attention :

Le Smart Compact Pro de Hamm, équipé du capteur Realtime Density Scan, qui révolutionne la compaction grâce à une mesure en temps réel de la densité.

Le MOBISCREEN MSC 703 EVO de Kleemann, un crible mobile polyvalent, adapté aussi bien aux carrières qu’aux applications de recyclage.

Anticiper la réglementation de 2027

Dès le 1er janvier 2027, une nouvelle réglementation allemande imposera une limite d’exposition aux aérosols de bitume de 1,5 mg/m³, contre 10 mg/m³ auparavant. Cette contrainte réglementaire fait de l’asphalte tiède (LTA) la seule solution viable pour les chantiers routiers. Outre la réduction des émissions, cette méthode permet également des économies d’énergie considérables.
« Cette évolution affecte l’ensemble de la chaîne de mise en œuvre, de la production de l’asphalte jusqu’à sa compaction. Grâce à nos marques spécialisées, nous offrons déjà des solutions globales et rentables pour relever ces défis », explique Sven Martens, Sales Manager chez Wirtgen Deutschland.

Smart Compact Pro : l’innovation plébiscitée

Les visiteurs ont pu tester eux-mêmes le Smart Compact Pro, véritable vedette de l’exposition. Grâce au Realtime Density Scan, il est désormais possible de contrôler et documenter instantanément la qualité de la compaction, sans avoir recours aux coûteux prélèvements d’échantillons.
« C’est la pièce manquante que l’industrie attendait depuis longtemps », souligne Dr Axel Muehlhausen, Product Manager Digital Solutions chez Hamm AG. Cette technologie permet d’optimiser le nombre de passes, d’améliorer la durabilité des chaussées et de réduire les coûts de construction.

Kleemann : un crible au cœur de l’attention

Aux côtés des fraiseuses, finisseurs et rouleaux exposés, le MOBISCREEN MSC 703 EVO de Kleemann a suscité un vif intérêt. Compact mais puissant, ce crible mobile s’adapte aussi bien au traitement de la pierre naturelle qu’au recyclage des matériaux, contribuant ainsi à une production d’agrégats efficace et durable pour la construction routière.

At NordBau 2025, the Wirtgen Group once again demonstrated its pioneering role in road construction. The Group showcased automated compaction solutions, with a particular focus on warm mix asphalt, which will become the new standard in Germany by 2027 due to new bitumen fume exposure standards.

Coordinated Solutions for the Asphalt of the Future

As part of the special exhibition entitled "Warm Mix Asphalt – The Future of Asphalt Construction," the Group's specialists presented seamlessly integrated solutions for the production, processing, and compaction of warm mix asphalt.
Two standouts in particular attracted attention:

The Hamm Smart Compact Pro, equipped with the Realtime Density Scan sensor, which revolutionizes compaction thanks to real-time density measurement.

The Kleemann MOBISCREEN MSC 703 EVO, a versatile mobile screen, suitable for both quarries and recycling applications.

Anticipating the 2027 regulations

As of January 1, 2027, new German regulations will impose a bitumen aerosol exposure limit of 1.5 mg/m³, compared to 10 mg/m³ previously. This regulatory requirement makes warm mix asphalt (WMA) the only viable solution for road construction sites. In addition to reducing emissions, this method also offers considerable energy savings.
"This development affects the entire implementation chain, from asphalt production to compaction. Thanks to our specialized brands, we already offer comprehensive and cost-effective solutions to meet these challenges," explains Sven Martens, Sales Manager at Wirtgen Deutschland.

Smart Compact Pro: The Popular Innovation

Visitors were able to test the Smart Compact Pro, the real star of the exhibition, for themselves. Thanks to Realtime Density Scan, it is now possible to instantly monitor and document compaction quality without the need for costly sampling.
"This is the missing piece the industry has been waiting for," emphasized Dr. Axel Muehlhausen, Product Manager Digital Solutions at Hamm AG. This technology optimizes the number of passes, improves pavement durability, and reduces construction costs.

Kleemann: A Screening Machine in Focus

Alongside the milling machines, pavers, and rollers on display, the Kleemann MOBISCREEN MSC 703 EVO attracted considerable interest. Compact yet powerful, this mobile screening machine is equally suited to natural stone processing and material recycling, contributing to efficient and sustainable aggregate production for road construction.

NordBau 2025: De Wirtgen Group loopt voorop met geautomatiseerde verdichting en warm asfalt

Op NordBau 2025 toonde de Wirtgen Group opnieuw haar pioniersrol in de wegenbouw. De groep presenteerde geautomatiseerde verdichtingsoplossingen, met een bijzondere focus op warm asfalt, dat vanaf 2027 de nieuwe standaard in Duitsland zal worden dankzij nieuwe normen voor blootstelling aan bitumendampen.

Gecoördineerde oplossingen voor het asfalt van de toekomst

Tijdens de speciale tentoonstelling "Warm asfalt – De toekomst van de asfaltbouw" presenteerden de specialisten van de groep naadloos geïntegreerde oplossingen voor de productie, verwerking en verdichting van warm asfalt.

Twee opvallende producten trokken in het bijzonder de aandacht:

De Hamm Smart Compact Pro, uitgerust met de Realtime Density Scan-sensor, die verdichting revolutioneert dankzij realtime dichtheidsmeting.

De Kleemann MOBISCREEN MSC 703 EVO, een veelzijdige mobiele zeef, geschikt voor zowel steengroeven als recyclingtoepassingen.

Vooruitlopend op de regelgeving van 2027

Vanaf 1 januari 2027 legt de nieuwe Duitse regelgeving een blootstellingslimiet voor bitumenaerosolen op van 1,5 mg/m³, vergeleken met 10 mg/m³ voorheen. Deze wettelijke eis maakt warm asfaltmengsel (WMA) de enige haalbare oplossing voor wegenbouwlocaties. Naast emissiereductie biedt deze methode ook aanzienlijke energiebesparingen.

Bezoekers konden de Smart Compact Pro, de echte ster van de beurs, zelf testen. Dankzij Realtime Density Scan is het nu mogelijk om de verdichtingskwaliteit direct te monitoren en te documenteren zonder dat er dure bemonstering nodig is.
"Dit is het ontbrekende onderdeel waar de industrie op heeft gewacht", benadrukt Dr. Axel Muehlhausen, Product Manager Digital Solutions bij Hamm AG. Deze technologie optimaliseert het aantal passages, verbetert de duurzaamheid van het wegdek en verlaagt de bouwkosten.

Kleemann: Een zeefmachine in beeld

Naast de tentoongestelde freesmachines, bestratingsmachines en walsen trok de Kleemann MOBISCREEN MSC 703 EVO veel belangstelling.
