MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 avec une nouvelle unité de criblage à deux étages au travail dans la pierre naturelle et le recyclage

Trois nouveaux concasseurs à percussion mobiles et une installation de criblage ont été mis en service l'été dernier dans le sud de la France. Différentes tâches et différents produits finaux sont quelques-uns des défis relevés avec flexibilité par les installations MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 avec unité de post-criblage à deux étages et le MOBISCREEN MSC 953i EVO.

Les quatre usines sont utilisées à la fois pour le concassage du calcaire et pour des tâches de recyclage. L'un des arguments en faveur de l'achat était la faible consommation – d'une part, un pas de plus dans la protection du climat et, d'autre part, les coûts d'exploitation étaient ainsi réduits. La maniabilité des machines a également impressionné.

Le calcaire est concassé dans une carrière à Robion. Le matériau est très doux, fin et a tendance à provoquer de la poussière. En revanche, en hiver, surtout dans des conditions humides, il est également collant, ce qui peut avoir un effet négatif sur le processus de concassage et de criblage. Grâce au train d'installations flexible composé du concasseur à percussion MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 avec unité de post-criblage à deux étages et du crible de classification MOBISCREEN MSC 953i EVO, les différents défis peuvent être relevés. Un très grand nombre de mises à l'échelle différentes peuvent ainsi être obtenues : à partir du matériau d'alimentation 0-400, dans la première étape, 0/31 et 0/63 sont séparés. Ceci est suivi d'un concassage supplémentaire et d'une séparation sur l'installation de criblage : ici, les granulométries 0/4, 4/6, 6/16 et 16/22 sont déchargées en parallèle pour l'industrie du béton ou pour l'ingénierie souterraine.

Avant l'utilisation du MR 110i EVO2, un autre concasseur à percussion était utilisé dans la carrière avec deux installations de criblage et une surface de criblage de 12 mètres carrés. Aujourd'hui, il y a une installation de criblage de moins et la surface de criblage a été réduite à 9,5 mètres carrés. La nouvelle usine de Kleemann produit néanmoins la même production. Cela signifie une machine de moins à faire le plein et à entretenir. En conséquence, les coûts de production peuvent être réduits. Alors qu'autrefois, il fallait remplir 300 litres chaque jour, il ne faut désormais remplir que 500 litres tous les deux jours, soit 50 litres de moins par jour. De plus, la réduction des ravitaillements et des temps d'arrêt entraîne une réduction des coûts de personnel. Lorsqu'elle travaille sur du calcaire, l'usine interconnectée fournit une production allant jusqu'à 2 500 tonnes par jour.
Utilisation dans le recyclage

Sur deux sites, les concasseurs à percussion MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 sont utilisés pour le traitement des matériaux recyclés. Ici, des gravats mélangés d'une taille de 0 à 600 sont chargés sur le concasseur. La configuration avec tamis à vent a fait ses preuves pour cette tâche et sépare de manière fiable les pièces en plastique et le bois. Le travail fastidieux de tri manuel peut ainsi être réduit. La mobilité de l'installation s'avère payante aussi bien dans la carrière, où le déplacement de l'installation est parfois nécessaire, que dans le recyclage, où les travaux de concassage sont en partie effectués par des entrepreneurs.

Les opérateurs de machines apprécient la facilité d'utilisation et la bonne accessibilité des installations. Le concept de commande innovant SPECTIVE permet même aux opérateurs inexpérimentés d'utiliser la machine facilement. SPECTIVE permet une utilisation intuitive et, en cas de dysfonctionnement, indique directement quelle pièce est à l'origine du dysfonctionnement. Cela réduit le temps nécessaire au dépannage et les temps d’arrêt associés.
Bien pris en charge par le support et le service

Durant les projets – depuis les premières discussions jusqu'à la mise en service – le directeur général de la société d'exécution Sylvestre s'est senti bien accompagné et conseillé : « Ici, vous avez affaire à des gens passionnés par le sujet et qui connaissent très bien leurs machines », dit Rudy Sylvestre. « Bien sûr, certaines choses n'ont pas fonctionné lors de la mise en service. Ceci est normal avec des processus aussi complexes que ceux-ci. Cependant, nous avons toujours pu compter sur l'aide rapide et simple de Wirtgen France et de Kleemann.

Three new mobile impact crushers plus a screening plant started operation last summer in southern France. Different tasks and different final products are some of the challenges dealt with flexibly by the MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 plants with double-deck post screening unit and the MOBISCREEN MSC 953i EVO.

The four plants are used both for limestone crushing as well as recycling tasks. One argument for the purchase was the low consumption – on the one hand, another step in direction climate protection and, on the other hand, the operating costs were thus lowered. The handling of the machines also impressed.

Limestone is crushed in a quarry in Robion. The material is very soft, fine and tends to cause dust. Especially in damp conditions in winter, on the other hand, it is also sticky, which can have a negative effect on the crushing and screening process. With the flexible plant train, consisting of the impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 with double-deck post screening unit and the classifying screen MOBISCREEN MSC 953i EVO, however, the different challenges can be mastered. A very large number of different scalings can thus be obtained: From feed material 0-400, in the first step 0/31 and 0/63 is separated. This is followed by further crushing and the separation on the screening plant: Here, the grain sizes 0/4, 4/6, 6/16, and 16/22 are discharged in parallel for the concrete industry or for underground engineering.

Prior to the use of the MR 110i EVO2, another impact crusher was used in the quarry with two screening plants and a 12 square metres screening surface. Today, there is one less screening plant and the screening area has been reduced to 9.5 square metres. Nevertheless, the new Kleemann plant produces the same output. This mean one machine less that has to be refuelled and serviced. As a result, the production costs can be lowered. Whereas 300 litres had to be filled every day in the past, now only 500 litres have to be filled every second day: 50 litres less per day. Furthermore, less refuelling and downtimes results in lower personnel costs. When working on limestone, the interlinked plant delivers an output of up to 2,500 tons a day.
Use in recycling

At two locations, the impact crushers MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 are used for processing recycling material. Here, mixed rubble with a size of 0-600 is loaded onto the crusher. The configuration with a wind sifter has proved its value for this task and reliably separates plastic parts and wood. Tedious manual sorting work can thus be reduced. The mobility of the plant pays off both in the quarry, where movement of the plant is occasionally required, as well in recycling, where crushing work is partly carried out by contractors.

The machine operators appreciate the ease of operation and good accessibility of the plants. The innovative SPECTIVE operating concept allows even inexperienced operators to operate the machine easily. SPECTIVE makes intuitive operation possible and, in case of faults, indicates directly which part caused the fault. This reduces the time required for troubleshooting and the associated downtimes.
Well looked after by support and service

During the projects – from the initial discussions to commissioning – the managing director of the executing company Sylvestre felt well looked after and advised: “Here you’re dealing with people who are passionate about the subject and who are very familiar with their machines“, says Rudy Sylvestre. “Of course, there were a few things that didn't quite work out during commissioning. This is normal with processes as complex as these. However, we could always rely on fast and uncomplicated help from Wirtgen France and Kleemann.“

Drie impactbrekers met dubbeldeks nazeef maken indruk in Zuid-Frankrijk

MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 met nieuwe dubbeldeks postzeefinstallatie aan het werk in natuursteen en recycling

Drie nieuwe mobiele impactbrekers en een zeefinstallatie zijn afgelopen zomer in Zuid-Frankrijk in gebruik genomen. Verschillende taken en verschillende eindproducten zijn enkele van de uitdagingen die flexibel worden aangepakt door de MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2-installaties met dubbeldeks postscreeningeenheid en de MOBISCREEN MSC 953i EVO.

De vier fabrieken worden zowel gebruikt voor het breken van kalksteen als voor recycling. Een argument voor de aankoop was het lage verbruik – enerzijds een nieuwe stap in de richting van klimaatbescherming en anderzijds werden daarmee de bedrijfskosten verlaagd. Ook de bediening van de machines maakte indruk.

Kalksteen wordt vermalen in een steengroeve in Robion. Het materiaal is zeer zacht, fijn en heeft de neiging stof te veroorzaken. Vooral onder vochtige omstandigheden in de winter is het daarentegen ook plakkerig, wat een negatief effect kan hebben op het breek- en zeefproces. Met de flexibele installatietrein, bestaande uit de impactbreker MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 met dubbeldeks postzeefinstallatie en de classificatiezeef MOBISCREEN MSC 953i EVO, kunnen de verschillende uitdagingen echter worden overwonnen. Zo kan een zeer groot aantal verschillende schaalverdelingen worden verkregen: Uit voedermiddel 0-400 wordt in de eerste stap 0/31 en 0/63 gescheiden. Daarna volgt het verder breken en het scheiden op de zeefinstallatie: Hier worden de korrelgroottes 0/4, 4/6, 6/16 en 16/22 parallel gelost voor de betonindustrie of voor ondergrondse techniek.

Voorafgaand aan de inzet van de MR 110i EVO2 werd in de groeve nog een impactbreker ingezet met twee zeefinstallaties en een zeefoppervlak van 12 vierkante meter. Tegenwoordig is er één zeefinstallatie minder en is de zeefoppervlakte teruggebracht tot 9,5 vierkante meter. Niettemin produceert de nieuwe fabriek in Kleemann dezelfde productie. Dit betekent één machine minder die moet worden bijgetankt en onderhouden. Hierdoor kunnen de productiekosten verlaagd worden. Waar er vroeger elke dag 300 liter gevuld moest worden, hoeft er nu nog maar 500 liter per dag gevuld te worden: 50 liter minder per dag. Bovendien zorgen minder tankbeurten en stilstandtijden voor lagere personeelskosten. Bij het bewerken van kalksteen levert de onderling verbonden fabriek een productie van maximaal 2.500 ton per dag.
Gebruik bij recycling

Op twee locaties worden de impactbrekers MOBIREX MR 110i EVO2 ingezet voor de verwerking van recyclingmateriaal. Hier wordt gemengd puin met een grootte van 0-600 op de breker geladen. De configuratie met een windzifter heeft zijn waarde voor deze taak bewezen en scheidt op betrouwbare wijze kunststofonderdelen en hout. Het vervelende handmatige sorteerwerk kan zo worden verminderd. De mobiliteit van de installatie werpt zijn vruchten af, zowel in de steengroeve, waar af en toe verplaatsing van de installatie nodig is, als in de recycling, waar het breekwerk deels door aannemers wordt uitgevoerd.

De machinebedieners waarderen het bedieningsgemak en de goede bereikbaarheid van de installaties. Dankzij het innovatieve SPECTIVE-bedieningsconcept kunnen zelfs onervaren bestuurders de machine eenvoudig bedienen. SPECTIVE maakt een intuïtieve bediening mogelijk en geeft bij storingen direct aan welk onderdeel de storing heeft veroorzaakt. Dit vermindert de tijd die nodig is voor het oplossen van problemen en de daarmee gepaard gaande stilstandtijden.
Goed verzorgd door ondersteuning en service

Tijdens de projecten – vanaf het eerste gesprek tot en met de inbedrijfstelling – voelde de directeur van uitvoerend bedrijf Sylvestre zich goed verzorgd en geadviseerd: “Je hebt hier te maken met mensen die gepassioneerd zijn door het onderwerp en zeer vertrouwd zijn met hun machines“, zegt Rudy Sylvestre. “Natuurlijk waren er tijdens de inbedrijfstelling een aantal dingen niet helemaal gelukt. Dit is normaal bij zulke complexe processen. We konden echter altijd rekenen op de snelle en ongecompliceerde hulp van Wirtgen France en Kleemann.“
