Lors des Platformers' Days (8 et 9 septembre à Karlsruhe, en Allemagne), JLG/Power Towers présentera le pratique Nano 35, particulièrement adapté aux projets à accès limité, ainsi que d'autres innovations technologiquement avancées.

Avec une hauteur de travail de 5,46 m, le nouveau Nano 35 est la plate-forme de travail la plus haute de tous les Nano. Conçu pour travailler en toute sécurité dans les espaces les plus restreints, il ne mesure que 1,205 m x 0,76 et pèse 423 kg. Idéal pour déplacer cette plate-forme pusharound sans effort jusqu'à son lieu d'utilisation, le petit modèle pouvant passer par n'importe quelle porte. Son panier glisse rapidement sur le double mât et - grâce à la technologie Ultraglide - de manière absolument fluide - électriquement. Là où d'autres paniers disposent également de montants horizontaux sur lesquels les utilisateurs peuvent grimper et se retrouver ainsi dans des situations dangereuses, le panier du Nano 35 n'a délibérément que des montants verticaux - pour une sécurité maximale. La plate-forme robuste et antidérapante d'une capacité de charge de 200 kg et les roues avant autobloquantes garantissent également un environnement de travail stable et sans danger.

Cette plateforme pratique à plancher surbaissé convient à de nombreuses applications telles que les travaux de peinture ou d'entretien, les tâches de nettoyage et les opérations de décoration. Facile à transporter et parfaitement adapté à une utilisation dans des espaces confinés, c'est une solution idéale pour le commerce et l'industrie partout où des échelles seraient autrement utilisées - mais sur lesquelles il serait interdit de travailler par la loi. Le certificat JLG pour l'utilisation de la plateforme peut être obtenu en seulement 1,5 à 2 heures.

JLG présentera également la plate-forme tout-terrain avec la possibilité de doubler la capacité de la batterie de 10 KW à 20 KW.

X22SJP :

Cette plate-forme de travail compacte sur chenilles est disponible pour la première fois avec un bras télescopique uniquement. Il peut atteindre une hauteur de 22 m – idéal pour les travaux d'élagage par exemple. Le véhicule sur chenilles, disponible avec de nombreuses options, devient particulièrement respectueux de l'environnement grâce au pack lithium-ion pour un fonctionnement sur batterie purement électrique.

Cette nacelle télescopique autonivelante pour des travaux de construction en toute sécurité à plus de 20 m de hauteur a déjà été lancée sur le marché fin 2022, mais sera accessible pour la première fois aux clients allemands au salon de Karlsruhe. At the Platformers' Days (8/9 September in Karlsruhe, Germany), JLG/Power Towers will present the handy Nano 35, especially suited for projects with limited access, and other technologically advanced innovations.

With a working height of 5.46 m, the new Nano 35 is the highest working platform of all Nanos. Designed to work safely in the smallest of spaces, it measures only 1.205 m x 0.76 and is lightweight at 423 kg. Optimal for moving this pusharound platform effortlessly to its place of use, with the little model fitting through any doorway. Its basket glides up the double mast quickly and - thanks to Ultraglide technology - absolutely smoothly - electrically. Where other baskets also have horizontal struts that users can climb on and thus get themselves into dangerous situations, the basket of the Nano 35 deliberately has only vertical struts - for maximum safety. The robust, non-slip platform with a load capacity of 200 kg and the self-locking front wheels also ensure a hazard-minimised, stable working environment.

This handy platform with low floor is suitable for many applications such as painting or maintenance work, cleaning tasks and decorating operations. Easy to transport and perfectly suited for operation in confined spaces, it is an ideal solution for trade, commerce and industry wherever ladders would otherwise be used - but on which it would be prohibited by law to work. The JLG certificate for the use of the platform can be obtained in only 1.5 - 2 hours.

Anyone who wants to experience the Nano 35 live will have the opportunity to do so at Platformers' Days. JLG/Power Towers will be presenting the platform, which will be available from the 4th quarter, at their exhibition stand in Hall 1 H115.

EC450AJ Gen 2 4WD:

From 4Q23, an 4WD version of the fully electric and thus environmentally and climate-friendly EC450AJ will be available in the DACH region for the first time. JLG will also show the all-terrain platform with the option to double the battery capacity from 10 KW to 20 KW.

X22SJP:

This compact crawler work platform is available for the first time with a telescopic arm only. It can reach heights of up to 22 m - ideal for pruning work, for example. The crawler, which is available with many options, becomes particularly environmentally friendly with the lithium-ion package for purely electric battery operation.

670SJ:

This self-levelling telescopic platform for safe construction work at heights of more than 20 m was already launched on the market at the end of 2022, but will be accessible to German customers for the first time at the trade fair in Karlsruhe. This is because, due to the groundbreaking technology, the entire production volume was previously purchased from abroad. It can now finally be demonstrated on the demo area opposite the JLG stand.

Op de Platformers' Days (8/9 september in Karlsruhe, Duitsland) presenteert JLG/Power Towers de handige Nano 35, vooral geschikt voor projecten met beperkte toegang, en andere technologisch geavanceerde innovaties.

Met een werkhoogte van 5,46 m is de nieuwe Nano 35 het hoogste werkplatform van alle Nano's. Ontworpen om veilig te werken in de kleinste ruimtes, meet hij slechts 1,205 m x 0,76 en is hij licht van gewicht met 423 kg. Optimaal om dit duwplatform moeiteloos naar de plaats van gebruik te verplaatsen, waarbij het kleine model door elke deuropening past. De mand glijdt snel en – dankzij de Ultraglide-technologie – absoluut soepel – elektrisch langs de dubbele mast. Waar andere manden ook horizontale stutten hebben waar gebruikers op kunnen klimmen en zo in gevaarlijke situaties terecht kunnen komen, heeft de mand van de Nano 35 bewust uitsluitend verticale stutten - voor maximale veiligheid. Het robuuste antislipplatform met een draagvermogen van 200 kg en de zelfremmende voorwielen zorgen bovendien voor een stabiele werkomgeving met minimale risico's.

Dit handige platform met lage vloer is geschikt voor vele toepassingen zoals schilder- of onderhoudswerkzaamheden, schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en decoratiewerkzaamheden. Gemakkelijk te transporteren en perfect geschikt voor gebruik in krappe ruimtes, het is een ideale oplossing voor handel en industrie, overal waar anders ladders zouden worden gebruikt - maar waarop het wettelijk verboden zou zijn om te werken. Het JLG-certificaat voor het gebruik van het platform kan in slechts 1,5 - 2 uur worden behaald.

Iedereen die de Nano 35 live wil meemaken, krijgt daartoe de mogelijkheid op Platformers' Days. JLG/Power Towers zal het platform, dat beschikbaar zal zijn vanaf het 4e kwartaal, presenteren op hun beursstand in hal 1 H115.

De met vele opties verkrijgbare rupsband wordt bijzonder milieuvriendelijk met het lithium-ionpakket voor puur elektrische batterijwerking.

670SJ:

Dit zelfnivellerende telescopische platform voor veilige bouwwerkzaamheden op een hoogte van meer dan 20 meter werd eind 2022 al op de markt gelanceerd, maar zal op de beurs in Karlsruhe voor het eerst toegankelijk zijn voor Duitse klanten. Dit komt doordat door de baanbrekende technologie voorheen het gehele productievolume uit het buitenland werd aangekocht. Nu kan hij eindelijk worden gedemonstreerd op de demoruimte tegenover de JLG-stand.
