C'est la tradition chez Goldhofer de ne pas révéler et présenter les détails de ses nouveaux produits, technologies et services avant le premier jour du salon. Cette année aussi, l'excitation était également grande, comme en témoignent les nombreux représentants des médias présents à la première.
"Avec la présentation de la dernière première mondiale de Goldhofer sous la forme de la" FT-SERIES ", nous avons définitivement frappé dans le mille et introduit un véhicule qui changera le marché des transports pour les années à venir", se réjouit Robert Steinhauser. "La combinabilité universelle avec les modules et accessoires Goldhofer existants signifie des coûts d'acquisition réduits et ouvre de nouveaux modèles commerciaux dans le domaine de la coopération avec des partenaires et des activités de location croisée."
De la part des petites et moyennes entreprises, il y avait aussi un grand enthousiasme pour les véhicules Goldhofer exposés dans le segment à faible charge utile tels que le »TRAILSTAR« et le »STEPSTAR« Z en tant que nouveaux membres de la famille »STARLINE«. Un centre de gravité optimisé, un faible poids mort et un système d'arrimage intelligent se traduisent par des charges utiles élevées, des temps d'installation courts et des cycles de transport rapides. Comme attraction supplémentaire, les véhicules exposés étaient équipés d'un revêtement de sol léger TRAFFIDECK GO, qui combine une faible usure avec un coefficient de frottement élevé. Un grand intérêt s'est également manifesté pour les pneus à profil bas »CARGOPLUS« équipant divers véhicules, avec leur double avantage de charges utiles plus élevées et de hauteurs de chargement plus faibles. Plus précisément, »CARGOPLUS®«60 offre une charge à l'essieu de 10 tonnes contre 8 tonnes avec des pneus 205, et »CARGOPLUS®«80 une réduction de 75 mm de la hauteur de chargement pour la même charge à l'essieu avec des pneus 245. Cela se traduit par la possibilité de déplacer des machines de construction plus hautes et plus lourdes avec les nouveaux pneus Goldhofer. Cela signifie à son tour une plus grande polyvalence, plus de flexibilité et moins de détours en raison des restrictions de hauteur sur l'itinéraire.
Les autres solutions présentées au salon bauma, telles que »ARCUS« P6, MPA 5 et »ADDRIVE« 2.0, ont également suscité un vif intérêt. Lots of visitors, promising talks and contracts signed
Goldhofer Aktiengesellschaft was very satisfied with the outcome of this year’s bauma and the enormous interest shown by trade visitors in the new products unveiled. The trade show far exceeded the expectations of Robert Steinhauser, Vice-president Sales & Service Transport Technology at Goldhofer Aktiengesellschaft, with regard to the high level of demand for quality transport solutions and value-driven services. Major sources of interest were the international premiere of Goldhofer’s »FT-SERIES«, the new »STEPSTAR« Z and the »CARGOPLUS®« low-profile tire. Industry representatives and numerous interested parties were also keen to see the demonstrations of the PST/SL-E split combination with the FTV850 blade transporter. “bauma 2022 once again did justice to the event’s high standing in the industry,” says Robert Steinhauser.
It is the tradition at Goldhofer not to reveal and present the details of its new products, technologies and services until the first day of the trade show. This year, too, the excitement was correspondingly great, as evidenced by the many media representatives attending the premiere.
“With the presentation of Goldhofer’s latest world first in the form of the »FT-SERIES« we have definitely hit the bull’s eye and introduced a vehicle that will change the transportation market for years to come,” says a delighted Robert Steinhauser. “Universal combinability with existing Goldhofer modules and accessories means lower acquisition costs and opens up new business models in the field of cooperation with partners and cross-rental activities.”
On the part of small and medium-sized enterprises, there was also great enthusiasm for the Goldhofer vehicles on show in the low payload segment such as the »TRAILSTAR« and »STEPSTAR« Z as new members of the »STARLINE« family. An optimized center of gravity, low deadweight and intelligent lashing system result in high payloads, short setup times, and fast transportation cycles. As an additional attraction, the exhibited vehicles came with TRAFFIDECK GO lightweight flooring, which combines low wear with a high coefficient of friction. Great interest was also shown in the »CARGOPLUS« low-profile tires fitted to various vehicles, with their twin advantages of higher payloads and lower loading heights. More specifically, »CARGOPLUS®«60 offers an axle load of 10 tons compared with 8 tons with 205 tires, and »CARGOPLUS®«80 a 75 mm reduction in loading height for the same axle load with 245 tires. This translates into the ability to move taller and heavier construction machinery with the new Goldhofer tires. This in turn means greater versatility, more flexibility and fewer detours due to height restrictions on the route.
There was equally keen interest in the other solutions presented at bauma such as the »ARCUS« P6, the MPA 5 and the »ADDRIVE« 2.0. Visitors were particularly impressed by the self-tracking trailing dolly combination for transporting concrete beams and other long items, which can also be converted into a wind turbine blade carrier in conjunction with »BLADES«. This again results in a much wider range of applications and a faster return on investment.
The biggest crowd puller of all, however, was the PST/SL-E split combination demonstrated in combination with the new FTV 850. This solution gave an impressive demonstration of the fact that the decisive factor for blade transportation is not metric tons but lateral stability – with a vehicle width of up to 4,010 mm for maximum stability and safety even when the going is tough.
“Once again, bauma has been the perfect opportunity to meet with proven experts in the construction industry and talk about new transport solutions. The discussions held are mutually stimulating and lead to new ideas and approaches for innovative solutions, whose results we hope to present at Bauma 2025,” says a confident Matthias Ruppel, CEO at Goldhofer AG.

Goldhofer Aktiengesellschaft was zeer tevreden met het resultaat van de bauma van dit jaar en de enorme belangstelling van vakbezoekers voor de onthulde nieuwe producten. De beurs overtrof ruimschoots de verwachtingen van Robert Steinhauser, Vice-president Sales & Service Transport Technology bij Goldhofer Aktiengesellschaft, met betrekking tot de grote vraag naar hoogwaardige transportoplossingen en waardegedreven diensten. Belangrijke bronnen van belangstelling waren de internationale première van Goldhofer's »FT-SERIES«, de nieuwe »STEPSTAR« Z en de »CARGOPLUS®« laagprofielband. Vertegenwoordigers van de industrie en tal van geïnteresseerden waren ook enthousiast over de demonstraties van de PST/SL-E-splitcombinatie met de FTV850-bladtransporteur. Een geoptimaliseerd zwaartepunt, een laag eigengewicht en een intelligent sjorsysteem resulteren in een hoog laadvermogen, korte insteltijden en snelle transportcycli. Als extra attractie werden de tentoongestelde voertuigen geleverd met TRAFFIDECK GO-lichtgewichtvloeren, die een lage slijtage combineren met een hoge wrijvingscoëfficiënt. Er was ook grote belangstelling voor de »CARGOPLUS«-laagprofielbanden die op verschillende voertuigen werden gemonteerd, met hun dubbele voordelen van een hoger laadvermogen en lagere laadhoogtes. Meer specifiek biedt »CARGOPLUS®«60 een aslast van 10 ton vergeleken met 8 ton met 205 banden, en »CARGOPLUS®«80 een vermindering van 75 mm in laadhoogte voor dezelfde aslast met 245 banden. Er was even grote belangstelling voor de andere oplossingen die op de bauma werden gepresenteerd, zoals de »ARCUS« P6, de MPA 5 en de »ADDRIVE« 2.0. Bezoekers waren vooral onder de indruk van de zelfrijdende sleepwagencombinatie voor het transport van betonnen balken en andere lange voorwerpen, die in combinatie met »BLADES« ook kan worden omgebouwd tot windturbinebladdrager. Dit resulteert opnieuw in een veel breder scala aan toepassingen en een snellere terugverdientijd.
De grootste publiekstrekker was echter de PST/SL-E split-combinatie die werd gedemonstreerd in combinatie met de nieuwe FTV 850.
